Hard time finding items, customers really trashed the store....long lines at check out but employees were very kind & helpful!

This place is trash. Went to look for clothes with my 5 year old and it looked like a hurricane hit that place. There were clothes all over the disgusting floor and almost nothing on the shelves. Even the entire footwear section was rampaged with the shoes thrown all over and empty boxes everywhere. Not one employee to be found other than cashiers. We left very quickly and were sure sanitized our hands afterward. Will not be returning and will not recommend anyone to go here either. PLEASE FIX THE SITUATION BEFORE YOUR STORE GETS SHUT DOWN.

I am a 16 sometimes a 16w and sizes were a little difficult to find and selection wasnt the best. Looked like there were lots of cute things in other sizes. People were nice, store was pretty clean.

I liked the reasonable prices on the many products they have from clothing to housewares. The only thing I noticed was limited on petite size for womens clothing.

Not a good experience in shopping there. Junior dept had poor selection to choose from. All the masks didnt make me feel comfortable when all of the stores around were back to normal. Wont shop there again

Very low on sizes,customer service was great .

Very disappointed with our store. Shelves looked like a tornado hit them. Clothes everywhere not neat and orderly and never saw anyone on the floor working. Wide open spaces with not alot of inventory. Pretty sad when I could not find one thing to buy to use my $5 coupon or 30% off.

I was here a couple days before Christmas, trying to find a specific brand and style of t-shirt. I spent WAY too much time searching for it, mainly because there wasnt one associate that approached me offering assistance, nor could I find one that wasnt already working on a register. Once I located the rack of shirts and brand I needed, the style I wanted was sold out. Sadly, that shopping trip was a bust, and just another reason on-line shopping is winning the retail race.

This is my favorite department store in Rapid City. The aisles are big so its not crowded. Theres a great selection of womens clothing and shoes and theres usually a sale going on. And I love the clearance racks!

I was a little disappointed after driving all the way into town that the item I went there for, was only available on line. I then looked around the store and picked up several items I was interested in buying, but needed to try on. Understandably the fitting rooms were closed due to Covid 19 but none the less it was an inconvenience for me. I wasnt willing to drive that far and be unsure if my purchase would fit and if not have to make that trip again to return something, so I ended up not buying anything.

We returned some curtains and they were quick and helpful.

Returned a package reference Amazon through Kohls. Took less than 3 minutes and the staff was super nice and friendly

Looks like a dying store. Staff was pleasant just seemed like theyre out if everything.

I have never been to a more helpful,friendly Kohls store before.I wish we could have employees like Rapid City South Dakota in more Kolhs stores in my home state.

I normally love Kohls but not during covid. You can’t buy jeans without trying them on. I am not buying $400 of jeans just to try on and buy one pair. When its 2 hours away to home its not practical. Staff indicated people are trying on in rest room and returning but that is disgusting. Might as well open up one dressing room. I went to Farm Fleet and bought same jeans cheaper.

Looks like reduced merchandise offerings and increasing prices have arrived. Not near the great shopping experience it used to be. Headed down the JCP road, it looks like.

Placed an online order for in store pickup Wed. Morning. Had to call Thursday afternoon because it still showed In Fulfillment. Was told the order was ready. Was able to pick up the order inside the store but the online status hasnt changed. They still have an online/in-store issue.

Overpriced. Rude staff. People who work here talk about all the OSHA violations in the back. YIKES.

Good selection of clothes but a bit over priced. Found same type of coat at Weathered vane for $50 cheaper and the coat at Kohls was the sale price. I do love to shop at Kohls though. Great store!

I was actually disappointed with my recent trip to Kohls. Normally the associates are on the floor asking if you need help. This did not happen. Also the womens restroom was in dire need of cleaning and maintenance. There was only one stall that was suitable to use and even one of the toilet seats was broke in half and still lying in the stall! The only positive thing about our visit was the return I did. It went smoothly and quickly!

No dressing rooms open. So youre forced to try clothes on over what youre wearing, or buy it and try it on at home, then bring stuff that doesnt fit back and stand in line forever.

I dont care what political parties CEOs of a company support until they decide to publicly take sides. The purchases that I just picked up in the last week are coming back to Kohls. I will seek impartial sellers to replace what I bought from Kohls.

Items are over priced and they let politics determine what products they sell. Myself or my family will never shop there again.

We got soaked and all our shoes were ruin in yellow stone. Since all shoe stores were close, kohl was the only store with the brand name that everyone could agree on. We got 6 pairs of shoe and everyone was happy

I searched the entire town for shoes and clothes at a decent price and size. Kohls has somehow managed to hit that mark for me. Now Ill stop by kohls before I search anywhere else. Theres this woman named Jessi that helped me out tremendously my first visit and got me amazing deals. Thanks!

You can use Kohls to return Amazon Merchandise. Amazon returned funds about 20 minutes after item was scanned at Kohls.

If you are just looking for deals this is your place but the customer service is lacking. I walked in with my son looking for a suit for his violin recital and was surprised at how every employee avoided me by rushing through clothes just to not interact with me. Not only that but as we were lost I walk by what looked like the higher ups with their papers and radios taking about store details and just stood in our way without asking if we needed help. My son and I had to walk around them through the clothes even though the five of them could have moved. I dont know how they are still in business. My son, who is nine, asked me why we werent getting help and I could not answer him. I finally found the small section but couldnt reach the suit tops. We had to go to find someone at a register to help us get them down. The whole experience was just horrible. I know now why the parking lot was bare.

Had trouble with the shoe department trying to find a particular shoe. They gave us the wrong shoe twice before a second Associate actually helped us. The help we received at the jewelry desk was excellent.

This place is a joke! I applied for the position they had available and got an email back from them telling me to schedule an interview so I did. I went in today for my interview and sat there for 25 minutes just for a lady name Heather to take me in the back room to tell me they have no positions available and I can apply again when they have an opening. If that was the case why didnt I get a phone call telling me not to come in to the interview or when I came in why didnt someone say anything before having me sit there for 25 minutes? The sad part of me sitting there for so long I got to see that customer service was the most busy part of the store. Not one person was there to buy something. They were all there to return something. EVERY ONE was returning something. Im not applying here again. A waste of time! Plus Im telling all my friends and told alot of family members about them and they agreed on not going back to this store. Maybe I should send a bill for my gas and time. The labor board will definitely hear about this!

We found some really nice clothes here and the staff was very helpful. We also saved money shopping here, between the sales and the discounts! Its too bad that we have to travel two hundred miles to go to a Kohls store. We live in Pierre, SD and the closest Kohl store is either in Rapid City or Sioux Falls. A Kohls store is soarly needed on Pierre, please think about it! We have alot of people here that want a Kohls store really bad. We have around 17, 000 people who live here plus people from surounding towns.

Absolutely love shopping here... something is always on sale and they have 15% discount emails all the time. The quality of their merchandise is excellent. I especially love their clothing lines.
