They get the fifth from me where Im usually very miserly, and here is why. Ive always said you can win me over and cover up shortcomings with friendly personal and while it wouldve been nice to find someone working in the dept I was looking in he or she wasnt there but I ran in to some teen 20 somethings employed by the store who yelled over to a young man who was helpful and being as I was in somewhat of a hurry it means they will get five stars because the young people all four I spoke with were kind pleasant and helpful thank you to them and Fleet Farm you have a new fan.

This was my 1st time in fleet farm. The store was well lit clean and well kept. The staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful. They were the only store in town to have bib overalls that fit my son. For that reason alone Ill back to see them. Didnt see much else in the store as I was there for the overalls. The place is huge. They got a lot of stuff. Fir me they are well worth the stop.

First time here.... Good selection of items. Lots to see and purchase. Will be back. Prices very reasonable.

So glad to have this in Rapid City now. As expected, product in-stock and employee friendliness were fantastic at the grand opening event and days following. Ive been able to visit a couple time since then and in-stock is still strong, but employees have appeared too busy to say hello. Thats unfortunate. Making customers feel welcome goes a long way in ensuring repeat business. The photos attached are from grand opening weekend. The car wash has been out of service much of the time since. Hope it gets back to full function soon.

Prices are a little high but the store has most everything and is (so far) just great!

I was EXTREMELY pleased with the assistance I received from Findlay, the auto service center manager. I was headed back home, with a 20 hour drive in front of me, and I discovered my trailer leaf spring had cracked in half, and was ready to fall off at any large bump. I stopped in to see if the parts I needed were in stock, and than goodness, Findlay found them for me.He was very helpful and even let me borrow a few tools to complete the repair, which took about an hour, laying out on the parking lot.When I have problems out on the road, it is a refreshing change to find someone who is invested with his customer having a successful outcome.I am currently about halfway home and I wanted to show my appreciation for his help.Thanks Fleet Farm for employing such a helpful associate!Thanks to Mark also. First time in a fleet farm and it is very impressive for a farm/sporting goods store!

I purchased new tires for my truck plus have them install them for me, i asked how long it would be and they said little over an hour. I said ok thats fine then 3 and half hours later they finally got it done. Took my car in the other day to have my tires swapped out to studded tires. Theyre were 4 guys working there however i was the only customer. I asked how long it would take and she said 30 minutes. Took 4 guys to swap out my tires and they have 3 or 4 machines and 1 and half hours later they finally got it done. Very very slow.

Great store, has about everything you can think of and then some! Excellent customer service. Well worth stopping by and checking out!

This place is like a Home Depot and a Walmart having a baby! Awesome! I went in just to see and 3 hours later I walked out with a basket full of items that I couldnt help buying. Great store you at least have to stop to take a look, I rarely give 5 stars but this place deserves it.

Oh Hell! This place is HUGE! I am a disabled vet, back and knees, you cant just willy-nilly go wondering around or you may break down! Loved the layout, everything organized kind of like that Old Supply Sgts supply room. Whenever I come back to town, I definitely stop in, but I know what I want and I dont wander off too much.

This seems to be a good chain store but I havent seen what it might offer our area for supplies compared to chain stores that are already here. Im rating it a 3 for now because they offer a military discount. We will see if this changes as places in our area are able to stock their shelves like they normally would. The name is a bit deceiving I if you are expecting it to be a farm and ranch supply location. From what I have seen its a different name for a place like Scheels or Cabelas but added some gardening items outside.

The bulk candy section is by far the strongest section in the whole store. You can get basically anything your sweet tooth desires, however the tool section is extremely limited and I was hoping for more. Overall a good store with a lot of options, but did not live up to the hype I had been hearing.

At the time the cheapest gasoline prices in the area. Clean station. Windshield cleaner was full and able to clean the bugs off the windshield. Appears to be a new business. Will return.

This place is amazing. Great selection of stuff especially in the hunting & fishing area. Not sure why the clerk behind the hunting counter wouldnt ring me up.Other than that clerk sending me to the registers up front to check out I was very impressed with the store. I guess he preferred to stand around than ring up a good paying customer. Maybe he missed the customer service training???

My first but not last visit. Was not sure what to expect. Its Home Depot, Bass Pro, Walmart, Petco, farm supplies, furniture store, and groceries stores combined. They have everything! On top of that I had two employees actually ask if I needed any help. Cashier was very friendly. This will become my go-to store in Rapid city.

If you are traveling and need something, this is the best place to find it, we needed a life jacket for our trip to the lake, only place that had a large selection, truly a one stop place for all your needs

This place is great Its like its like if WalMart and Cabelas had a baby this world be it. So oooo many tools and all the major brands not the generic tools. Camping, fishing hunting everything is there. I went to go see what it was like and 3 hours later I left with a basket full of items!! I dont really h give 5 stars but this place for mine for sure. Loves this place when it first opened but anymore half the shelves are empty. Even things shown to be in stock online arent on the shelf.

We didnt go in. The webpage states pet friendly as long as theyre on a leash but we were stopped and told our dogs arent allowed. Someone needs to make a change or inform store personnel.

I found stuff on sale that I hadnt intended to buy. I wasnt able to get an ice chest. Rhey are very helpful & friendly.

Huge selection of products and fun store to browse but as someone who grew up in Nebraska and Iowa and spent plenty of time in south Dakota my wife and I were surprised to find none of the employees volunteering the friendly can I help you or finding what you need, some actually ignored us as we stood at the counter!?

I want to love this store so bad but they never have anything. They did not have 25x6x2 air filters. I wanted to buy a dewalt drill there and of course they were out. Ended up getting the drill at Stan Houston and the air filters at menards. No guns or ammo but thats everywhere I guess. Fishing selection is ok at best.

This place is awesome....I wish we had this store in my hometown in Tennessee.

Good selection but cant ever seem to get any department to answer the phone. Front end picks-up but transfer never does. Not as big of a deal if they end up having what I need but very frustrating to make the drive only to find out that they dont.

Stopped for fuel this weekend. 10 cents cheaper than anywhere else. Clean bathrooms, nice convenience store. Will stop again!

Awesome place for hunting/gun and pet/farm supplies plus so much more. Usually find good deals on items which is always nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great Selection definitely one of my new favorite stories oh and dont forget the your savings at there gas pumps.

The customer service was terrible. The person who i asked for help shunned me and went and helped the persone who looked like he had alot of money and just fyi im brown skinned. And someone followed me the whole time.

I love this place. Their gun dept is awesome. Alex is a great customer service pro. Their store is very clean. They have the best gas prices in town plus you get a 4 cent off coupon w every in store purchase. They have a decent grocery section. One stop shop. You get free fresh popcorn when you buy gas. Great customer service. Good camping selection.Theres no need to go to Cabelas-bAssPro anymore. That place is dead. Many of the mistreated employees from Cabelas came here so I will support this place.

When you shop first thing in the morning, usually a customer wants to get in and out and get on with the day, but Fleet Farm seems to have difficulty with having enough checkouts open, I have seen people leave items, because the line is to long and no one at customer service when you go ask what the problem is.

Just about anything youd ever need is here. The stores enormous and the staff is friendly and helpful!

Love this place! It was great to be able to try on jeans during covid. Staff wears covid masks which is great. They offer military discount which is very nice. Staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help. We were knew to ice fishing and staff got us fixed up with right gear.

Cool, another giant box store run by a giant corporation with offices in some other state. Might as well be Amazon.

It was their grand opening weekend so everything looked spiffy and ready to go. Pricing on items I was looking for were competitive. The facility was in excellent shape and very clean. The store had easy signage to follow. Staff were fast and friendly, well trained to handle the crowd they had. They also made the experience enjoyable.It was fun to look over all they had to offer with a fun-for-all scavenger hunt. Perhaps consider doing fun promos like this every month?Overall, the store is a great addition to our community and hope for their success for many years to come.

Employees didnt even acknowledge that we were there shopping. We stood at the gun counter for a good fifteen minutes. The clerk ( older man) didnt ask if we needed anything. My son was going to buy 2 hand guns. The store Lost a $1200.00 sale. Will not recommend this store.

Plenty of parking. Store is huge so be prepared to walk a lot.

It was the grand opening today and everyone I spoke with and the cashier that I dealt with were extremely friendly and courteous. Was a lot of fun doing the scavenger hunt and learning the entire store. I definitely will be back!! Ordered a grill and accessories on line, called ahead of time and double checked that all items were in stock. I Was told that items were in stock. Drove 30 miles to get to the store. My wife and son wasted three + hours of their time while the items were being sought after. They never found the item they assured me was in stock. The only had two accessories. It was like they could care less what they put us through. As far as Im concerned they can pack up and drag all their items back where they came from. If we dont have it you dont need it they say. Well I needed it and they did not have it. Thanks for nothing. Their online listing still shows the item is in stock. Total 60 miles driven = three hours for two people wasted = 6 hours lost. This seems to mean nothing to this store manager. 01/03/2021 Good start to the new year! (NOT) Ended up going to Runnings where they really do have what they advertise and label in stock!

I was looking for a smoker for meat and was disappointed at the selection. The accessories were well stocked but only 1 brand of upright unitsAfter not finding anything we walked around the store and found a very nice lLane recliner to buy but they do not stock this item not can they tell me when they would get them. They even had them on sale!!!We will not go back there

We used the gas station. I payed for a car wash but the carwash wasnt working. And so I wasted time getting out of my car to get a refund boo hoo.

Man I love this place ! Everything I could possibly need all in one spot. I get the majority of my trucks maintenance done here and the folks here always make me feel at home.
