Got my Monthly Groceries And A Guy Came Up And Said Come To Number 11. I Did And It Was Closed, He Opened It Up For Me And Several Others. Very Grateful To Have Such Great Service. GOD IS OH SO GOOD. AMEN

I went in today to send money to another Walmart to pay for a purchase to someone. I was asked by the clerk what it was it was for, I looked at her for a moment then asked why they would need to know. If I am sending money it is my business. In the end and 3 managers later I was told and flagged that they would not do my requested transfer service because of policy and they felt it was fraud related!I did get my transfer done with no help from Walmart that has cameras everywhere like everyone who comes in is a thief. I will shop there no more!

Typical Walmart, online the post stated product was there, but wasn’t and electronic person didn’t even try to find the in stock item.Left and went to Target matched Walmart’s price a plenty in stock.Walmart used the excuse that at online accounting was never up to date and they could have had the product earlier that day, though it it is not a heavy ticket item. And while I was there I showed it was in stock and since I had experience with the inventory tool, hand held readers, I asked the assistant manager to look and they were out.So why couldn’t the electronic person do this?He blamed online again. If you need in right away call first.

Very easy to navigate even in a wheelchair. Check out was quick. Staff were friendly and helpful. Store was clean.

I am a regular customer. When I asked La Tanya or Tanya in training she told me that I offended her by asking her if she could ask to please put all 3 of my items on text. Then I called back and the next time she told me no one can help me and. Hung up. It is disheartening that a person in training gets defense and all bent out of shape. Maybe a public interfacing job is not for her? I hope to have a manager call me to discuss.

Usual WalMart. Sales people were helpful in showing me the area but not a good selection of pajamas so I left disappointed.

They got our tires done and out the door super fast. The man working the register in the tire area did an outstanding job. Super nice and helpful!

Typical Walmart. Careful though....there are signs at the cashier saying they cant ring up alcohol. Just pay attention because you dont see it easily until youre up there, then you have to leave and go through a whole new line.

Were out of some items I wanted. Waited in line forever, and Im not exaggerating!! Only 2 available check out lines. Had to go to check out 9, because of perfume purchase. I am not a thief, but made to feel like one. Times we live in.

Went to get pup treats for our friends @ Hart Ranch that bring their pups by our camper trailer to visit with us. We were able to find the flavored mini Milk Bones. They are just the right size for all the different sized visitors we get. Made our day.

I asked an associate in the clothing section to please point out where I could find zip up Hoodia Jackets. She looked at her watch and said it would be an hour and a half before she could help me.. 😡

The oler lady working near the money center I asked for help snapped at me and asked rudely What do you need!! and was very disgruntled. I realize people have bad days, but even on my worse days I still try my best to be kind to those that need help where I work. I really hope this isnt the norm and that she was just having a day. I hope and sincerely pray that she is not this way to everyone.

This Walmart was convenient to our campground while we visited Rushmore.We dropped our stuff at camp and bought perishable food when we got to town instead of carting it on a road trip. Mostly a good move, except we werent the only ones who opted for this... there were zero sub sandwiches left in the grab n go area of the deli. Ha. And it was a bit crowded at our dinner time run. Also no biodegradable plasticware utensils. Oh well.Still, we found other options and were happily on our way. Good service despite the crowds at check out. Glad we could grab fresh food and other stuff we needed!

Walmart was busy, but when is it not. Was able to find what I needed plus some. Did not take to long to check out through self checkout. Associates are friendly.

Great store.. just the restroom has been untidy multiple different times. I appreciate the workers present in different departments for questions or needed assistance. The produce section has always had fresh veggies. Theyve always handled my returns with the right attitude. Ive always loved north walmart I just try to have the kiddos use the restroom beforehand.

They have affordable clothes n I have admit theyre getting better in picking nicer styles...

The store is making it harder for people to shop and pay for their groceries. They took away the aisle price check machines to encourage people to use the walmart app which is absurd to assume thats something everyone can do (and has only resulted in customers having to ask associates for price checks even more than before, which impedes their work)Also just recently the store has been refusing to fill the self checkout machines with cash so that cash purchases can be done. They are trying to encourage the use of cards only in the store, if you want to use cash, you have to wait in the longest lines to do so.What ever happened to the time where stores tried everything they could do to make shopping as easy as possible for the consumer?

Clean store, helpful staff... Id give it a 5 but Walmart and other large chain stores keep putting mom and pop shops out of business.

Its a Walmart. It was pretty clean all things considered. It was absolutely packed and some things were out of stock, but likely due to the influx of tourists.We waited in line a solid 15 minutes, but in their defense, they had every register open which is something Ive never seen actually done.

This store is very clean and nice. I sometimes shop here instead of the Lacrosse Street Walmart. The layout is different than the Lacrosse Walmart, so for me it is a little confusing. Not all Walmarts are the same because it was built recently.

Had everything I needed compared to the other Walmart and everyone is so polite and knowledgeable and kind and happy to answer your questions and happy to show you where the product is, I am soooo satisfied 🙋🏻‍♀️💗💖💋👍😉😊😊✔🙏🇺🇸🦅

Gotta love Walmart, sometimes dont have everthing in stock and sometimes areas are rather unclean, shoppers can be rude, but self checkout is easy and quick and the associates are usually very friendly and helpful.

Incredibly rude staff. I walked in and one of the employees told me I was too ugly to be shopping there. I was incredibly offended and tried to walk out of the store. On my way out the manager took a photo of me and said they were going to put it on their “wall of uggos” in the break room. I’m just at a loss of words really…

When I walk into Walmart I expect to be greeted by the person at the door. Not because I walk in to a store, but because the job title is greeter. Instead when I walked in I was with a glare that told me they did not trust me to pay for what I leave with. I do not expect much from Walmart, but I expect better than this.

This Walmart had what I needed and from what I could tell, they had a good inventory. The greeter was nice and complimented me as I left.

Just a quick visit for soda and cupcakes. Cupcakes were baked excellent. This walmart has a great bakery. Check out was self and went very quickly. In and out visit....great visit over all.

I’m a vendor at this walmart. Today a manager was extremely rude to me and my partner. At one point she was calling me a “bread boy”. I put in a formal complaint to walmart and my place of work. Action will soon be taken against her. This is not okay. Several other vendors have had the same issue with her.

Long lines but the workers were very helpful and the greeters were very kind to us, we had to wait for the cab for four hours and the greeters kept checking on us to make sure we were ok. It was very cold that day! Very wonderful people that work there!

Pretty sure the greeters or bag checkers target Natives. Im a 24 yr/o white guy that gets checked infrequently, whilst some of my native friends get bag checked everytime they exit.

Every time I check out, all of Walmart cashier take forever. They do it very slow motion than any other grocery market. I don’t know why their management never take any action on this. They always waste a lot of times.

They seem to be having a.bad habit of keeping expired goods on there shelves. When brought to their attention. They got very upset, and rude about being informed.Only about 30% of the customers were wearing mask.Costco is a much better choice.

Almost no lanes open and self checkout was our only way of leaving quickly. Employee in sporting goods was excellent in helping find something for the motorcycle.

I really think yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back for my family. We had a rather large purchase that involved unlocking memory cards from anti theft cases. Could not find anyone to do it, even had a yellow vest make eye contact but otherwise ignore me.I called customer service because there was only 1 manned register with 7 customers lined up waiting for that lane, including a few with loaded shopping carts. They said they had no one to run tills: meanwhile there were several yellow vests standing around doing little to nothing. The customer service person I spoke with was extremely rude.As far as I understood, managers were required to call a code when 3 or more were waiting for a register.Returned the GoPro we had just bought in electronics and left the cart with the rest of our goods.We wont be back.
