It was close to closing time and we needed help with a product. The ladies (forgive me but I forgot her names) helped us open the box and made sure the filter that was needed already came with the product. It did and they were so helpful and courteous that I know we will be back for more goodies! Thankful & Grateful for the friendly customer service!

Ordered an item on 1 December. First one shipped on 9 December. I contacted them on 17 December and they said they were shipping another one expedited and I was assured it would be here in 2-4 business days. As of 23 December it still hasn’t left the facility. Extremely disappointed in a company like this.

The shopping itself was a lot of fun, with so many things of interest. What really made the experience a good one was the helpfulness of the cashier who was able to guide my son in signing up for the BBY emails to save him money, not just on this purchase, but future purchases as well. Thank you for making our shopping day a very pleasant experience. We will be back. Actually I myself have been back since then.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The store is clean and laid out very well. Good prices on quality merchandise.

The shopping experience is still the same and I enjoy finding fun gift ideas but they are closing at 7 pm even on weekend nights. There is no time for dinner and then shopping.

Continually has promotions that they do not honor. Seems a little fraudulent to advertise items that you know you do not have in stock and then refuse to honor your advertisement. When you know you dont have items in your store take down your in-store bonus offer.

This is the only place in 50 miles that I have been able to get my green tea for my Keurig!!

They have a lot of inventory! Which was cool. But the customer service... ehhh. Sadly Not even a hello. I had to walk all the way up to the front from the very back of the big store to find an employee. And there they all were, all four of them just chatting behind the desk. I stood there for a moment before they even noticed me and I said can I get help please and only one of them turned there attention towards us. I work retail as well and customer service is a must. I will probably just order online.

So many helpful tools and supplies, but they didnt have everthing we were looking for! But still a super great store!

Nice store, great service

We ordered a instapot online and received it damaged. We were given very poor service when we tried to return this item. We are now over a week from the time we shipped it back (looks like at our expense) we are now told it will take another two weeks to process. Very disappointed with BB&B customer service. Would not recommend them and will not use them again.
