Great Customer service and communication. Have been going here for years for all my techy needs. I used to be a tech and these people were the only ones I found that I trust with my devices and info. Kudos :)

We purchased 2 custom build computers for our daughters to game on and Affordable Computing totally delivered. We just stopped in and they asked us a few questions, we picked out the cases for a customized look, our hardware and they did the rest. We are super happy about the speed and friendly customer service that we received. It was a slam dunk!

Its a great feeling when you deal with the staff and they actually care about your needs! If they dont have what you want, they will get it! There custom rigs are the best in town, not to mention they carry items to keep your older PC running. Eat your heart out best buy!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was doing a custom build for a family member and was shipped bad parts from a third party. I called affordable computing and asked if they could help and they were with me the entire process of isolating and fixing the issues I was having. Their tech was super knowledgeable and very helpful. I will be going here for all of my custom builds from now on.

My go to computer store. Always fun but also professional. They definitely know their stuff. If they don’t have what you need they will get it. Also a great consignment store. So glad they are in Rapid City.

I recently came in to get new hardware for my gaming PC. The staff was more than happy to help. When I had an issue setting it up when I got home, they game me clear and concise instructions over the phone. They are 10x better than Best Buy. I am very happy with how they treat customers and how very professional they are.

Bought a Mint green Athlon build and sold one or two graphics card for a good price, friendly and helpful staff.

Hands down, best locally owned computer store in town! Friendly, affordable and quick with service! They definitely deserve more than 5 stars!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I took my laptop here initially for what should have been a simple repair. In fixing my laptop, which was just replacing the plastic cover, they broke my webcam and microphone. 3 weeks later, my laptop was still not back to working condition, even though they caused more damages. I eventually stopped taking it in because I completely lost faith that they could even repair the damages they caused. Now my NEW plastic cover is separating from the rest of my laptop because it was not installed correctly (they have already attempted to fix this new case once for the same issue). They were apparently unable to even fix the initial problem I took my computer in for. Their constant delays caused me to fall behind in my college classes. I seriously would not trust this company to fix anything. Additionally, an employee at the desk named Frankie accused me of breaking my own microphone when I called to report the damage. The only compensation I got was a new part to repair the microphone and webcam. I literally paid them to BREAK my computer. My advice would be to stay as far away from this company as possible.

Needed my laptops charging port fixed right before the spring semester started, was able to fix it quickly and for a reasonable price

They took the time to figure out issues with my tower after updating. They really put in the time and effort for their customers!
