Rentall location at east north street in rapid city was amazing minus not having our bedroom set which had to be ordered (hopefully it won’t take to long to receive, the air mattress is starting to hurt!) The customer service provided by Manny was tremendous he went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with having to wait a little longer for our bed, he was very educated and informative to us on how leasing works with this company and made it a very easy process. We just moved here from a different state and were displaced from our home and had to come up with something on the fly and we are just so grateful for Manny and the rental team with being able to provide us with the option of not only getting our material items replaced but In getting quality items that we were able to pick out and wanted, we would highly recommend anyone in the Rapid City area that needs any sort of furniture or home Decour or electronics to go and talk with Manny and the rest of the team at Rentall, they are sure to take care of you!

Im from Dallas, TX and I had to move in quickly to assist with the storm damage in Rapid City, Rent All was able to furnish my apartment that was a 3 month lease. If it were not for Joe assisting me through the process (that took less then 2 days) I would have been sleeping on the floor in an empty apartment. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Joe Cooper is your guy to go too! Hes understanding and works with you when your not able to pay at due date. Hes easy to talk to, as long you maintain communication and pay when you say. They dont just come take your things like other rental companies..The stores layout is always different and changing to display products. Joes always polite and hospitable.

I rented furniture from Joe at RentAll over the summer months of this year and could not say better things about my experience. He was great to work with. The furniture was clean, delivered, and set up. He even accommodated a rental agreement for me to meet my needs. When the rental term was coming to an end, Joe sent his team to pick up the furniture and something happened where the man who picked it up accidentally caused some minor damages to the apartment, but Joe was very professional, kind, and agreed to pay for any damages caused. Luckily, it all worked out and there was no damage that needed to be charged! I highly recommend this service if you are in the market to rent furniture and work with Joe.

I absolutely love this place the team that works there makes you feel.like you are at home and well taken care of. Very flexible and honest with you in every aspect of your contract and payments. Would.reccomend them to anybody who needs furniture.

The manager Joe, always answers any questions or inquries I may have. He is very professional and great to work with. Im a traveling medical professional, and I utilize services that are offered by companies like AFR from coast to coast. I’d like to share my experience with AFR.After a disappointing experience with two of AFRs local competition, I decided to give AFR an opportunity. I spoke with Joe, the manager, at AFR and we discussed my furnishings needs and a time frame to work with. The time frame was very short and delivery needed to happen in without issues. During the rental, an issue developed with a lamp. With-in a reasonable time frame, both lamps (only one had a problem, but both replaced for proper aesthetics) were replaced. Due to my late work hours, the staff went above and beyond to make the exchange at my convenience without complaint.Joe met my needs with quality furnishings, electronics and delivered them on schedule without any issues. Billing was handled on time and without discrepancies. Pick up was handled professionally and on schedule.Due to the flexibility of the staff, quality of the merchandise and professional conduct of business, I recommend AFR without hesitation to anyone in need of their service.Glenn F. There is something to be said still in this day and age, about true customer service. thats what my wife and I got from Joe and the staff at this place. Friendly, professional, helpful... If you need furniture, computers, tools, just about anything, this is where you need to shop. Hats off to this establishment and Joe and his staff.

I would place no stars but it wont let u do that. due to my location between two towns. I chose Spearfish SD and Jon was very abrupt and informed me that I would be better going some where else. He was not interested in my business and I could have brought quiet a bit to Spearfish so I would not recommend this store due to very poor customer service

I want to point out this is a Rapid City store. The previous post about Spearfish does not apply.I learned a few weeks ago that the store was under new management. At first it made me a bit nervous with my account, due to the high turnaround of management. Joe the new manager has proven otherwise. He went above and beyond and forgave my late fees after a failed promise made by the previous manager.Everytime Ive gone into the store since the initial meeting, customer service has been amazing from both Joe, Cory and Brady. Take the time to check them out. You wont regret it.

We dealt with two joes during our experience with rentall...First was Joe in the store, he was awesome!!...Very informative, helpful, thourough and made us the center of his attention from start to finish...Then came the delivery of our products...Joe was a young man, i’m assuming his early 20’s, he was a complete professional, very careful not to track up the floors, made sure everything was set up and working and was able to answer all my questions...Both Joe’s deserve a raise...We will be return customers!!
