My wife and I have been coming here for years when were in the Rapid City area for vacations. We have never been let down and keep coming back for a reason. Consistently great coffee and service.

Staff was nice and quick. Both coffees we ordered were undrinkable. It would be best to avoid this place.

Order a dirty chai frappe and I honestly did not expect it to be as good as it was! It had a perfect balance of sweetness and amount of coffee, not too sweet yet not too bitter! Every sip was like a smooth pillow of caffeine that was very much needed. 100% recommend!

Good coffee and really friendly employees. They have lots of options youd expect to find at most true coffee shops. Its neat a busy roadway and hard to hear when ordering.

Theres a reason this little coffee shack is the #1 rated coffee shop in Rapid City. They serve a great cup of coffee! Their specialty coffees are excellent and the flavors are bold and tasty. Great selection of teas and they offer both hot and cold drinks.

Coffee was amazing they said there card machine wasnt working so drinks were free. I had cash. People working were very friendly and fast

Really enjoyed the Lavender Fog but Ive had better lattes. Id definitely go back though to try more of their creative coffees.

The coffee itself is good, but the drink I got was way too sweet. That or something was off. I also was given the wrong size. I would’ve gone back to get a different drink, but we were on a road trip so I couldn’t. I’d like to try them again though and get something different.

Did I just find the best chai latte in the world? It has been a long quest with a lot of disappointing chai... Sometimes to sweet, sometimes to spicy... But the Dixon chai is a perfect blend of both! I got the frozen dixon chai and it was marvelous! Cant wait to come again and try a hot chai. Too bad I live 1600 miles away...

First time trying Dixon and didnt know what I wanted, let the girls know what I liked from the coffee place I frequented in Colorado and she made me something based off that. So good!

Our drinks were too hot and not hot enough. My boyfriends breve tastes like an americano with some cream on top. It was way too hot. Couldnt taste the coffee. Mine was like warm after a few minutes. I like that they have small sizes though. Ill give this place one more try and hopefully someone will be working who actually knows how to make drinks right

Great coffee, great customer service!This was my first visit to Dixon’s and absolutely loved it. First, I liked that it was a drive up coffee shop and the barista wore a mask. So many places around the city put precautions against Covid aside, so I felt safe being here.The barista was very friendly and happy to help steer us in the right direction of what to order based on our flavor preferences (coffee/tea, sweet, bold, creamy, etc).We got different lattes with different flavors and were very happy with our choice. She did mention she makes a mean caramel macchiato, so that’s next on my list to try.Take a break from the usual Starbucks or chain and try something different!

Love stopping by here for a great cup of coffee! I especially love the iced americano!

On a cross country road trip and it was a treat to find a lovely fair trade local coffee shop in Rapid City, we came back for seconds!

Absolutely Amazing Matcha latte made with fresh homemade almond milk. It has the perfect flavor & I can see you use a high quality matcha powder. I tried a few different coffee shops around the area and yours WINS BIG. Well, actually the best matcha in the state of South Dakota! Never loose your vision of making amazing handcrafted drinks.

Dixon has the best ladies ever! Theyre funny yet professional at the same time! I only have a couple places that I prefer to get my coffee from and Dixon is one!

Absolutely love this place. I was raised here but I live in Florida now. Whenever I come back, my wife and I go here every day. It’s that good. We’ve tried several things on the menu (Golden Milk!!) and have never been disappointed. The only negative of this place is that it isn’t where I live! Highly recommend.

A nice medium roast espresso is served here. Fantastic decor on this small shop and fast service.

I got a coconut latte! Super good! Not sure what they use for their coconut flavor but it is so authentic tasting. A little on the sweet side but still Absolutely delicious!

Best coffee in the Black Hills by far. Im from Sioux Falls but out west for work every two months and go out of my way to get coffee here. Americanos are amazing and iced coffee is great, as well. The staff is always so friendly and sweet. As a business owner, this is the stuff you should be proud of - great branding, great products, great staff. Good work!

I want to drop you a note to tell you how wonderful your company is. I was in Rapid City SD for work, my daughter came with me and we had three days to play, we stopped by to get a coffee and noticed you had lavender honey milk tea so we tried it and let me just say it is the best tea I have ever had...EVER! We stopped by again on the way out of town and asked if you could fill our growlers with that magic potion, and you were kind enough to do it for us, thank you so much! Ive stopped by here many times. The coffee is consistently excellent as is the service and price. Being able to drive through makes it very convenient as well.

Loved my Meil latte and my husband liked his breve. Our only complaint would be that the milk was over steamed so the drinks were extremely hot, and the milk lost its flavor. Extremely cute/aesthetically pleasing building/menu and an easy to get to location! We will definitely come again next time we are driving through Rapid!

Very happy. I called ahead with an order just to see if they could make it and I was given an affirmative.I still was not sure if it would be right because the person I was getting it for is from Washington state.I came in and in no time I was handed my coffee.I got it home and have it to the person that asked for it.She looked at it with a well, we will see. Look on her face.She no sooner tipped the cup up and just as she started to sip her eyes opened and she smiled.She insisted everyone try the coffee, every coffee drinker gave an approval.She needed to know where you where located and the last I know, she stopped there twice more before she left town.One of the things that is making her decide to move back to Rapid.Nice job ladies!

This is by far my favorite coffee stop on my way to work. Service is always great. Coffee is the best! Worth the wait.

First time with being here. Got in line and saw what looked like children running the coffee stand. Then asked if they can make a red bull Italian soda and they said no and wouldnt give a reason why. Then we placed our order with nobody else in line and the people who ordered about 5 minutes after us got their drink first and paid for before we even got ours. The coffee isnt bad. Its one step above Starbucks and I hate Starbucks. Dixons shots were burnt as well. Probably wont be coming back again.

YOOOO!!! Dixon is by far my favorite lattes and coffee in Rapid city! I’ve probably been here like 200 times?? It’s like beyond amazing! There staff is amazing and extremely friendly. They also actually care about how the drink tastes! Which is what I believe makes a great Barista! Anyways! 10/10! Super highly Recommend!

Im actually a little disappointed. I ordered a cafe miel that had no honey or cinnamon in it. Basically it was a plain latte. Other than my drink order, service was fast and friendly. Reccomend going, though maybe ask for more honey and cinnamon with your cafe miel.

After reading the glowing reviews, I was looking forward to a great experience at Dixon’s but was VERY disappointed with my coffee. I ordered an Americano on a busy Monday morning. After driving away, I tasted it... it tasted like old, stale coffee. It was maybe one step up from gas station coffee.It didn’t taste like any espresso I’ve had so I opened it up - there was no crema. I’m guessing I was given coffee instead of an Americano.Either way, it was not good. I usually drink my coffee black but had to stop at a gas station and add cream in order to choke it down.Two stars for quick, cheerful service... but I will not be returning to the Dixon Coffee Company.

Love everything about Dixon coffee. The baristas area amazing, friendly, helpful, and ways smiling. I love the whippie as well a fun touch to a morning trip to get a coffee ( I get coffee the little a whippie) the pups also like to tag along to get a small snack. I havent had a bad brew from Dixon yet. My favorite is the cafe Bianca, but I mix it up with the Italian sodas, teas, and my second fav order the caramel macchiato.

They make their own almond milk which is rich and creamy. Excellent coffee as well!
