Coffee was great However if I am required to ware a mask per CDC GUIDELINES I suggest all employees handling drinks and chocolate to be utilizing gloves and waring a mask. And not touching there face then grabbing chocolate to cover in white chocolate.

Business started in 1980s had a couple of different owners, current owner has the family working for her, so care and quality are expressed consistently throughout the business! They offer high quality beverages that tie in wonderfully with their chocolates! Currently the business is only at drive through mode, they hope to open in full capacity mode starting in October. Definitely come and explore their different chocolate varieties which are afford in both milk chocolate and dark chocolate forms and where you can order individually or in small or large gift box packages....They have all different types of mediums that they use such as carmels, creams, nuts, fruits and even truffles, all high quality and tastes Great! So many choices. It was a hot day (80 degrees) and they included a refreezable brick with my chocolate purchase so the chocolate wouldnt melt while I did more shopping. Arrived home 60 miles away perfectly.

Not impressed with the blended drinks...way too much ice. Also truffles arent as good as I remember them...I mean theyre good and all but the flavors seem like just a name, at least for the toffee and Kahlua...

Due to the pandemic we only could do drive through. The chocolates and mochas were delicious. I wish I could have been able to view all options.

Cute store and I wanted to love the chocolate but didnt. I purchased a small variety pack and my opinion the chocolate had a funny taste almost like an old taste, hard to explain. It was fairly costly also but again cute store but I probably wont go back or recommend. Didnt feel like the staff was welcoming.

Larger than I expected. Huge selection of anything chocolate. In same buildingas ice cream shop and pottery painting. Quaint and homey looking. We got a chocolate sampler. Nice variety. The prices are about what you would expect at a gourmet chocolate shop. The girl waiting on us was very quiet and we had to ask questions as she didnt offer too much info. Definitely worth a stop. We enjoyed it.

I went in today to buy some chocolate, and while I was in their drive thru, I heard an employee get berated and then fired. The treatment of that employee was completely uncalled for and completely shocked me. If this is how they treat their staff, what prevents them from treating their customers the same?

I was in the drive thru with a friend and heard a worker get berated and fired. Situation was handled beyond poorly and that experience ruined my entire opinion of the place. If they can’t even treat employees with some basic dignity, I would hate to see how they handle a customer who was not completely satisfied with their order.

Use to think this was a great place. Just called twice to ask about dairy free chocolates (yes its a thing), they hung up on me both times. My girlfriend cannot have dairy products and I thought this place could help me out or at least point me in the right direction...I guess not. So sad, I have been buying Xmas gifts from them for years. They just lost my future business for life.

I am not a huge fan of Rocky Mountain because the large candy store chains typically taste a little strong on preservatives. I tried here thinking it was more of a fresh-made mom & pop type store but the variety of chocolates I had were about the same quality as the big stores. Good customer service, though.

Such a cute little place!! You get a little cup of chocolate treats when you order coffee. Everything is made to order with the coffee items. Drive-up window is nice.

The coffee here is great, much better than Starbucks next door. Chocolate truffles are AMAZING, many different flavors and all around great chocolate. Love all of the cute little shopping and gift ideas throughout the store as well. Will definitely be back.

Chocolate is excellant. Price is high. I bought some individual pieces at $2.25 a piece. Looked at a display case full of different chocolates- $24.95 a pound.Sales person helpful and friendly.

This place is super pricey but its worth it. Its definitely not somewhere I would go all the time cuz I wouldnt be able to afford it but when Im looking to spoil myself or a loved one, this is where I go. My boyfriend says its the beat chocolate hes ever had.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in downtown Rapid City is SO much better. And professional. They really listen and are very than helpful. This place? Not so much. Mostly Chocolates is NOT professional, and only looking to make a buck. Honestly, I dont think they deserve even one star.

I love Mostly Chocolates! Every year when I lived back home in Rapid, my mom would get me and my siblings bags of goodies from there for Valentines Day. I also loved getting chocolates and coffee from there when I would go to Pottery 2 Paint next door to paint some Pottery with my grandma. I dont think they deserve all of the negative reviews and comments. They apologized for the incident that happened and it was mainly a big misunderstanding. Ive talked to them before in their store and they are always super friendly. I cant wait to go back and get some of their sweets when I visit Rapid again! I will definitely be bringing some down to Florida with me.

Just walking in is a great choice. The aroma of the chocolate and the coffee is wonderful. If you like chocolate, fudge, caramel corn or great coffee you will love this place. The staff is always nice.

Absolutely love Mostly Chocolates. For the past several years I have always went there to purchase chocolates for my kids for Valentines day. I have also stopped by there for many other occasions and have never been disappointed. The staff has always been very friendly and accomadating.

I have been going to Mostly Chocolates since they first opened in their original location on Mt Rushmore Rd. I have traveled to many different states and a few different countries and I always try to find a chocolate shop during my travels because I love chocolate truffles. I have yet to find a chocolate shop that has as good of truffles as Mostly Chocolates.

Owner is extremely rude and disrespectful! I will never go back there again...

I was unsure about going due to all the bad reviews, but we had a very pleasant experience. The young lady at the counter was very patient (we had 3 kids who couldnt decide what they wanted). The chocolate was tasty but pretty expensive.

I have been vacationing in the Black Hills. Best place I have been to. The chocolates are amazing....I even watched to people make them. Espresso bar and gelato in this store. I could not have been happier with this place.
