Was here last night and hadnt done hookah in over 10 years. James really helped us with picking the right mix and easing us into it again. Great time and really happy with the service. Theyre bringing the food back again too. We did the elite and it was great. They have rebowels and all different flavors too. The ventilation is nice too so you dont feel swamped in smoke.

Great place to hang out! The food is also really good! Prices are the best in town and cant beat them, service is above average, and they are starting a new trivia night on Fridays!

Even while have one person working he did an amazing job and work so hard would highly recommend

I had never been to a hookah lounge before going here, and I would 100% go back. The people that helped us out were super friendly and they taught us the ropes. Its a nice way to spend an evening chatting or playing board games, or just hanging out. Its very relaxing.

This was an awesome place to spend part of my 18th birthday! Great prices, and I even got a birthday float! All the employees were laid back and very tentative. It was also I relaxing atmosphere! We did not have a single problem during our visit! Would go again!

Amazing place. Went there with my friends after turning 18 and the staff welcomed us with open arms. Very competent and friendly staff to hang out with and amazing pizza. Great place to spend a Friday night. Also, in the back there are a million games and consoles to play on which only adds to the experience. Try it out!

As a regular at Ifrits Hookah Lounge, I can vouch for its awesome service and delicious food! The staff is filled enthusiastic and experienced smokers with a lot of hookah know-how. In the afternoons, it makes a great place to get some work done and hang out, but at night the music is lit and the crew is tons of fun. For non-smokers, they offer patio seating in the summer if youre just looking for a bite to eat. Make sure you check out their themed parties, too!

Came out to check to see if they do have the best pizza in town like it says on the window. We waited 30 minutes for the pizza before we left. There were only 8 other customers in the establishment at the time. Even if they serve decent pizza its not worth the wait.

The owners of this place create an environment where you really feel like youre part of the hookah family. After one visit, CJ the co-founder -remembered my blend and my name. I worked on mount Rushmore St. t -and order the $5 Cinn-Ifrits probably twice a week. After work if I dont drop in I ahead and they have my Pizza ready to go. So C.J told me they use a buffalo milk style cheese thats more expensive, but then same kind that Wolfgang Puck uses in his restaurans- probably true see for yourself nIn 2015 a group of managers from the laze Puzza chain [before they opened up] came in for a hookah and said they tried every pizza place I town- and after trying Ifrits they were legitimately worried that they had competition. Try it out for real!

I had a great experience during the day. As a hookah enthusiast from the Portland, OR area I can be very picky. The mix was well done, the coal management was great, and using the elite size KM stem, Khalil Mamoon base, and Harmony bowl led to a great smoking experience. The thunderclouds of smoke made for many rings and the customer service from Matt was great. This is a place that Id hang out to chill, do homework, whatever during the day if I lived in the area.

Came in looking for shisha, left with a brand new hookah! Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the environment was nice and chill, and the owner took care of us by letting us test-smoke our new hookah in the shop, so we knew we liked it. Will definitely be going back, and sending my hookah buddies there for their first purchase!

Im a pretty frequent customer and ive continued to go back for years now due to the clean environment, the friendly staff and even other friendly regulars at the location. i would highly recommend Ifrits Hookah Lounge.foods good too,but they hands down have the best Dr. Pepper on tap in Rapid City.

The pizza is seriously amazing. The staff is friendly. I come here to get food, soda, and work during the day sometimes. They have WiFi, people to talk to if youre stuck on a problem, and the light for working is perfect at the front of the lounge. The smell of hookah isnt like cigarette smoke, it smells like berries and sweet things. I dont smoke hookah anymore, but there are still enough amenities like board games, video games, and conversation that make this place appealing. It feels like a family here, even though Im probably 20 years older than everyone else, they are still so sweet. Dont complain about millennials, come here and do a case study on one.

Some friends a I decided to go to Ifrits yesterday after not being there in years. Honestly if there was an option for no stars I wouldnt even give them one. There was two people sitting at a table and maybe three people sitting at the bar. The man working saw us walk in, watched us sit down, then continued to ignore us for another 10 minutes before he decided to come over to our table. When he did finally come to our table he didnt speak a word just looked at us. After we received our hookah he made no attempt to come over and rotate/check our coals until AFTER the bowl was burnt and ruined. He never asked how we liked our flavor, never asked if he could get us anything else, he acted as if serving us was an utter inconvenience for him. Its a shame, this place used to be a great place to hang out.

The service is unreal, I haven’t been to an establishment with better servers and owners. The food is amazing, and the hookah is absolutely amazing.

Good service to amazing service depending on the day I suppose, but I frequent enough to say ive never truely had bad service, although there seems to be the day where my table gets left alone for a long while. The staff is very friendly and relaxed, the selection is pretty decent and the food is surprisingly amazing! Going on weekends usually means youll be surrounded by good company too, whether you go with friends or not, the atmosphere is just fit for chilling. PS Seriously, try their pizza.EDIT: I dont know what happened here. I used to like this place, and their pizza was really the best in town. I keep trying over and over again but the no matter what day of the week I go its just a serious let down. The staff are no longer glowing conversationalists, its just a guy that glares at you. I always feel like the tender just wants us to leave. Kitchen is open at odd unreliable hours if ever at all. It just doesnt have the energy it had before. It hardly has any energy at all, even down to the new playlist they play there.
