Horrible experience at this location. Several employees were disrespectful. One in particular- Kelly was on the name tag. She seemed unhappy to be at work and was horrible at interacting with paying customers. I usually love visiting this location and always have pleasant baristas, but not this time. I am discouraged from getting my morning coffee here again. Sad that a good business can be ruined by one employee and an awful experience. I wont be ordering from this location again if I notice this barista working.

Super fast and friendly service. Line looked very long but it moves rapidly and my drinks were exactly as ordered.

This is my favorite Starbucks in town! They are always so extremely kind, accommodating, and make my drink exactly how I like it- every time!

Always delicious drinks and cakes, not bad for a left leaning place that hits against capitalism but benefits from it. I do appreciate them using paper straws for the decomposition purposes, wont get stuck in seas turtles noses etc.

Read the good reviews and what I can say was the coffee was good. I must have had this experience when my barista and another store employee were having a bad day. Rude with a healthy dose of condescension. I really put them out by asking for a stir stick, sweetener AND a cardboard sleeve.

Its Starbucks for ya! Very friendly staff and always smells of good coffee! Drive thru line is a little crazy in the morning. Everyone wants their coffee! Parking gets a little crammed because of all the drive thru traffic. Typically clears up about 10:00am though.

My black ice tea did not taste right so I reached out to the manager on duty..she was nice enough to replace it...I go to Starbucks alot and I enjoy my Black ice tea, all ice no water or sweetener...its the best for me!!!

I have yet again ran into a problem with the same employee at this location. The first time about a month ago, I had ordered a venti iced coffee. The employee tried to hand me three drinks and my total was 3 times what it should have been. I told him I had only ordered the one and he went ahead and “voided” the transaction or so I thought. I realized he gave me my drink and still charged me for the three. Today I had ordered another venti iced coffee and he handed me a grande forgot the oat milk in it and still charged me for a venti. I have had bad experience with this employee two times now and I hope this person is not doing this to others. Very unsatisfied! :(

The Batista Quinn was very kind to me tonight. He went out of his way to have an encouraging conversation to me during a break a took on a very busy nursing evening shift. A small thing made a big impact. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks, the employees are amazing.

My husband and I have a daily Starbucks ritual. The staff and management on Mt. Rushmore go above and beyond in great customer service and theyre always cheerful! 🌞☕👍

When you need a fix of caffeine always a good stop.

I dont feel like this location has consistent recipes at all. Yesterday I ordered a toasted white mocha that was excellent and today I went back for more and received a drink that was barely better than hot water. The staff are usually very helpful if an order is incorrect, but I had to head to work and the phone was busy so this never got resolved. Just a couple weeks prior to this, I had a problem with a green tea frapp that was so weak you could barely tell it was green. They gave me two free drinks after that which was great, but only one of the two tasted even close to how these drinks should. The other was another weakling. Used to frequent the Starbucks in the Gap, which seemed more reliable from drink to drink, but Ive moved and its not in a good location for me any longer, sadly.

The Mt Rushmore store messed up our drinks again. The least favorite of all the locations in Rapid

This location seems to be a bit behind the curve. There tend to be a lot of hang-ups in getting through the line (so beware the drive-thru) and issues with accuracy are increasing in frequency (for example, putting sugar or flavor where there should be none, wrong size, iced vs hot, etc. The sugar thing is especially a big deal because it means I have to throw the entire coffee away.)I try to make a point to go to the other drive thru location on Eglin, but I work on this side of town so its a bummer to have to drive across town to get what I ordered.

A pretty typical Starbucks with great baristas and all you expect from a Starbucks. I wish they had a larger parking lot, when its busy it can be difficult to maneuver through.

I’ll be honest, Starbucks is not my top choice for coffee, however when we do go, it’s always hot and it’s delivered with a genuine smile and light conversation, especially in the drive through . Mount Rushmore road Starbucks has the best customer service of any Starbucks I have ever been too. It is superior to any other location in Rapid city. Thank you for the effort.

Almost always have a good experience at this Starbucks! It must have less traffic than the one closest to me (Eglin), because it almost always has items that run out early at Eglin.

I went in with family. Im not a coffee drinker, so this was a challenge for me. Stephanie was super helpful with helping me choose something to my liking! The pink drink is delicious! Everyone in there seems to love their job, which is unusual in my experience. Ill definitely have to start going to Starbucks more often!

Clean, fast, amazing stuff

In need of coffee and internet on a long road trip, we were happy to see this Starbucks open for sit down. The staff laughed at the drivers corny jokes, and watched as we struggled to coordinate phones and laptops to save photos. The manager came over and offered us sandwiches that would otherwise have been discarded at days end. That sure brightened our outlook and fed the electronics frustration right out of us! Thats the kind of customer service we really appreciate!

Nice, comfortable seating options. Most Starbucks Ive been to in Cali have such heavy business that nice furniture would be ruined quickly. I also appreciate the booster seat and changing table. The best is watching the baristas learn.

We were in Rapid for Doctor appointment.Very unfriendly employees!!!Restrooms were closed and all tables looked like you could sit but then when sat down noticed signs saying all tables closed!!! And employees gave us nasty looks!!!Never, ever will patronize this establishment again!!!!!

The Starbucks on Mt. Rushmore Rd., Not only was my order wrong. But the window was left open and I heard the baristas inside talking about how they all chew on their masks. And how they really need to stop and laughing about it nonchalantly. Dude, Im sorry you have to wear a mask for covid, but chewing on it is gross.

I don’t know what is up with them, but every time I order a Pink Drink with no berries, it ends up tasting like Pineapple.... like, I have worked at a Starbucks, and I have made Pink Drinks without berries for myself and have had them made for me as a customer even before that, I know what they are supposed to taste like and it is not this. They’re very friendly though and quick service so they get 2 stars.

Everybody is so friendly here! its almost like having a bunch of friends. We go here very often, so a lot of the workers know what we like and stuff. But, its so awesome how they keep track of customers and they also have great personalities.

My daughter loves Starbucks and so do I and they usually make her order perfect.

I placed a mobile order, and was pleasantly surprised that it was all ready when I got there for pick up. BUT... their chocolate croissants are very popular (most days they dont even have any), but I was finally able to get one tonight. Very disappointingly it was much smaller than before and with just a very small amount of chocolate in it. Because of the shortage of them all the time, it had been awhile since I had bought one. It will be my last one however. I was a very disappointed customer. 😩😔

The staff is very friendly, and the drinks are tasty. Also, the spinach wrap is a must try! I would give 5 stars based on that, BUT the parking lot is an absolute nightmare. I definitely avoid this Starbucks when it is busy. The drive thru line is usually so long that nobody can get in or out of the parking lot without hassle.

The absolute WORST COFFEE I have ever had! I recommend nobody going to this one.... Take my word for it and go to the next Starbucks. They do not know how to make a simple French Vanilla Latte And my caramel macchiato was literally undrinkable, I had to dump so much sugar in it just to get it down... Never again will me or my bf go to this one, well go to caribou coffee before we ever go to this one again....... 👎👎👎🤮

Always great coffee! Short a few breakfast items due to the large attendance of the Sturgis Motor cycle event, I always thought motor cyclist just enjoyed oil, Guest great coffee at Starbucks has given way to the preferred drink!

Super respectable local Starbucks. The parking lot is postage stamp tiny, so it can be a little tricky to navigate in and out. Staff is super friendly, and the indoor seating area usually isnt too crowded.

Not a huge Starbucks fan, but in a crunch for some caffeine they did an excellent job! Construction on the main road made it a little tricky to get into the parking lot, but the staff was very accommodating and friendly! Made it worth the stop.

Messed up my wifes drink 3 times. Didnt shake my shaken ice tea. Gave attitude to my wife who is a partner at Starbucks. Hope someone can help train these baristas to uphold the Starbucks vision. Sad that my wife and I had to encounter this type of service.
