Tim was great at helping me select a phone and answering my questions on the phone. I am an old fogey and don’t want what everyone else wants- he understood that but warned me away from one phone because of limitations to functions that I do use. When I came to the store, the woman who set up my phone did great with the set up- even my text messages moved to the new iPhone from my ancient android, although I had been warned that they might not. Both were very patient and courteous despite the fact that I was crabby about costs of service and accessories (not their fault, blame goes to Verizon). Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend Russell Cellular.

Im very disappointed in my experience here. I got two phones because the employee told me they were part of a rebate before Christmas. Just to find out that they werent part of the rebate. I have called the place several times to never get my phone calls returned. When the manager was finally available to talk to me she said that money would be credited on my phones and the distract manager would contact me. Been over a month still hasnt happened. When my phones are paid off I will never return to this place. Very disappointed. The employees dont get proper training or something. Dont recommend anyone goes here.

Mandi was very kind and very helpful! It was an all around great experience! She not only helped me get my new phone but she also talked with me about more then just the phone so my time spent there didn’t feel like long at all!

TJ was very helpful and friendly. He answered my questions throughly and helped me get upgraded to a new phone since I haven’t had a new one since the iPhone 6. He took the time to show me how to work the iPhone 12 and even wrote down directions for me. Definitely will be returning to this location for any of my Verizon needs.

All I can say awesome experience came from straight talk to Verizon they where able to buy my iPhone x for 97 dollars due to the back of my phone was cracked and where able to apply it to my account right away TJ rep at the store was awesome as well did great job answering questions and being patient with me great customer service

This store is always teady for customers, most Verisin stores you have to have to wait an hour or so to get waited on. TJ Evans was so helpful and friendly as are most of the sales people working there. Kudos for this store and good customer service they give.

I have never made the effort to correct a review that I am making here. After writing a good review for Russell Cellular and especially Tim, Google Maps buried it under the Fayetteville, AR location which is incorrect. The project that Tim signed up for in transferring my old phone to a new phone got worse and worse....for him....as this unfolded because I had long ago inadvertently clicked a double verification requirement with Google. This became maddening as the day progressed but Tim hung in there without complaint. I watched others get solutions to tech problems during my time in the store and I dont think a Verizon store can do anything any better than what these folks do. The corporate store 500 yards away remains closed so..You are in good hands with these guys. Thank you Tim.

I picked up a new IPhone here and the young man that helped me has to be underpaid as I don’t think the store could pay him what he is worth. Not only did he do an excellent job with my questions and ultimate purchase, I listened in to the customers before us and he did great with them as well. Mandi was awesome and so was Elliott. We had a complicated issue with switching phones and getting into a better plan and they handled it all. Mandi even offered to get a phone case for us that was at a different store, saving us the hassle of driving around. Good experience!

Omg! These guys are awesome. The day we came in, TJ and Mandy went above and beyond what we would have expected from a cell phone store. They checked to see if there was and phones close in stock at other stores to help us get service that day and went and got them for us. We came over from T-Mobile and due to them just coming out here and not having the best service coverage, they helped us get setup and I couldnt be happier. Definitely gonna come back!
