Absolute worst customer servive I have ever recieved from a store/regional manager!!!! Have had Cricket for YEARS! Has always been wonderful and caring service, but this manager sounded like she wanted to throw the phone as she was speaking to us. Every experience besides this one has been great! Current store manager needs a lesson in customer service and lots of anger management classes. Truly should not represent the business. Ive been in the service industry 10+ years and this is appalling and also the only bad review I have ever left.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I drove 30 minutes to the store (one way, an hour total) to upgrade my phone and wanted to just pay in cash outright for the phone. The employee (glasses and scruffy beard) told me the phone I wanted was only available online and then sent me to another store to look at a similar (but double the price) model. The employee at the other store was clearly brand new at the job and had no idea what she was doing. She was nice but not very informative. I left the second store wihout a new phone. After talking to cricket customer service online for over an hour, and to a supervisor, the phone is apparently actually available in stores!! I have wasted so much time and am very frustrated and disappointed.
Danny was superb she taught me so much and she didnt even charge me for putting on a new screen cover or put it in a new memory card she was awesome I really appreciate it her helpfulness
Clerk helped us with suggestion on where to get an iPhone repaired while we were on vacation

This is a company that would love for you to join their awesome network but unlike the other companies, they arent going to slander the competition to get you to join. They are all very honest employees that are dedicated to their customers happiness with their service. They are able to answer nearly any question you have about the network. If they ever get stumped on a customer question, they reach out and find the correct answer for you, rather than guessing or saying what you want to hear. Ive been with this network for 3 years and have never had any problems. I highly recommend this company!
I have been here twice for phone assistance....have been helped by Danny each time, and both times was extremely happy with her knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism. Cant go wrong here.

Cricket service is amazing dont get me wrong but Summit mobile the company that bought a chunk of cricket for rapid city are rip offs. Who charges $3 for people to come into there stores in rapid city to PAY there bills? Summit mobile.
This store is extremely frustrating to work with. They never answer the phone and dont even have a voicemail set up (at a PHONE store nonetheless). Ive had the same problem with my account since I signed up in the summer and they keep saying they fixed it yet the problem persists without yield. Verizon was always a pain to deal with but at least the fixed your problems right away when you asked!I am also unhappy with the service coverage for Cricket though I understand this store has no control over that. They tell you in store that they have great coverage and point to a map showing good coverage yet Ill be in areas that the map says they cover and have absolutely NO service! Like, emergency calls only and no texts no service. This is very inconvenient and frusterating to say the least.
They take way too long to deal with simple fixes, always out of stock, understaffed. Just horrible experience.
