I want to say Thank You to Cyrus today for the exceptional customer service! He understands the product and service being sold, He went beyond my expectations and fulfilled explicit and implied promises, showing respect and interacting outside the parameters of business transactions, I was able to save 1000s of videos and photos of my children! Priceless! Great simplicity! Very successful in getting my problems fixed and End of the world questions answered! I left feeling great knowing I would drive all the way across town even if its a simple question like, How do you turn on the WIFI he offered comfort of not being in Idiot Because of him my teenager son that is located in California will be upgrading to the IPHONE 12 pro max gold! what took me so long? Why would I ever switch carriers! I wish more companies had customer service like this!
Outstanding customer service. I am a sprint customer from the east coast and they were extremely patient with me upgrading my phone. Apparently the Sim cards are different and the software differs. They have to learn a whole new system for customers like me! Tyler and Crisstina were the ones that assisted me & have made me excited to switching to T-Mobile when sprint becomes obsolete.
Idk what these other people are talking about. We were there about a month ago and it’s the best service I’ve ever had anywhere

Excellent customer service. Did an upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy A71. It was fast friendly and they helped walk me through the benefits of the phone and the 5G coverage in our area. Highly recommend this location and T-Mobile.
The younger smaller girl working at the counter didnt like to listen to what I was asking her do and just wanted to do what she wanted even though I am the customer. I had to tell her multiple times to ship my girlfriends new phone to my house and not to the store so I didnt have to deal with their incompetency. She also turn off find my iPhone when I told her she didnt have to and she said she had to in order to order the phone which is not true. Whoever is reading this needs to tell their employee to listen to the customer especially when they know more about technology and cell phones then the person working in the store. Will be doing all transactions online or through the 800 number as those people actually listen to what I want.
Crisstina and Christian are seriously the best customer reps I have ever had the pleasure working with! Christian helped us cut our bill in half!! And Crisstina is AMAZING for helping me get everything successfully transferred over to my new phone. This girl is SO knowledgeable with apple products! THANK YOU! Customer service at store polite helpfully phone survive. Very poor. To many dead zones dropped calls after complaining for 2 months still not getting booster we was promised I think it is time to switch companys lots of promises

I went in to T-Mobile seeking info on the plans and their rates and other details. And was greet by Zach Branich. He was very polite to me and immediately helped me with what I had came in for. Thanks to Zach I am seriously considering transferring over from my current cell phone network carrier
I was there in October and was helped by Zach he was awesome very knowledgeable and helpful he really worked hard to set me up with best program for me not what he wanted. Will recommend friends to go see him
