I have been working with Mitzi Miles to furnish our home. She has been incredibly helpful, patient and a joy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and honest. I appreciate her every suggestion and kind disagreement. Everything we’ve bought from her has exceeded our expectations. Jake and Jay were the delivery men and they were professional as well. They took great care in protecting our hardwood floors and installing the new furniture. We couldn’t be happier. I took my time shopping at Fischer Furniture and in all three stores the staff was available, helpful but not pushy. I got the couch I needed and it looks so nice and is very comfortable too. He is super awesome and has always gone above and beyond with giving me details and honesty along with the best price he possible can. When entering Fischer Home Galleries or Fischer Furniture I am always welcomed within 10 seconds with a friendly welcome! Love this place! I know the owners as well and they are outstanding people!

Teri Fuchs was our sales rep and she was wonderful! We explained to her the look we were going for in our new house and what our current furniture looked like, she was able to find us the exact items we were dreaming of to match. She was knowledgeable about where all the items were between the multiple stores and was great at putting pieces together.

Sherry Lyn was helpful and showed what Fischer had to offer for bedroom sets. My daughter is very happy with her bed. We are just waiting for the dresser and night table to arrive.

I purchased a sofa back in October 2020 and as of July 2021… still not here!!!!! We have purchased from them for years. Will never purchase from them again!!!! They didn’t offer any credit back or discounts!!!! This is ridiculous!!!

Joe was so helpful and accommodating,. I had literally just got out of the hospital and not even been home yet. And had to purchase a recliner that I could get in and out of from my wheelchair. He listened to our needs and respected them. Didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. Best experience I have ever had buying a piece of furniture.

Payed for a bed found out it wouldn’t fit. I then decided to just get a refund. Was told that if I purchased the table I looked at that I wouldn’t be charged the 100 got a call about my refund and guess what he still attempted to charge me the refund fee. Wow Fischer you haven’t even ordered my bed. He also told me that he could have refunded it on Saturday when I called but guess what you didn’t. Place is literally a scam I lost 107.00 for fees really. Not to mention he tried to push me to purchase the bed when it doesn’t fit. What part of that makes sense. I guess none of the sales people are on the same page. Oh yeah before I forget two people told me two different things. Do not shop at these stores.

We are purchasing a bigger home and needing some important items right away... but were starting to get overwhelmed by the lack of options and outrageous prices of furniture in Rapid. Until we stumbled upon Fischers! Holy cow its huge in there; lots of great options and amazing prices! My only complaint is the back order on some of the items we purchased.

This review is based off our first visit to Fischer Home Galleries. This was only our second visit to any furniture store ever and we were pleasantly surprised by the service we received. We werent pressured and were free to take our time to look around. Our salesperson Mark H. was seriously the best! So knowledgeable and extremely patient and understanding through all our questions, our kids, and my back and forths! Mark even moved furniture pieces to other parts of the store so I could see them side by side to the pieces I was interested in, without me even having to ask if it was possible! Definitely will be coming back for any and all our future furniture needs. Friendly service from everyone and great selections! Oh, and if you happen to stop in make sure to ask for Mark H, you wont regret it!

This was my first time shopping at Fischers, we just moved to town. We worked with Mark. He gave us great customer service, was very knowledgeable and not pushy. We found exactly what we were looking for. We love the color, quality, and style of our new sofa. I would recommend and plan on shopping there again.

I just got a lovely bed set and couch from fishers and cannot be happier with my purchase. We are currently furnishing our home and we plan to get most of our furniture from this store due to the quality of the product and helpfulness of the staff

Has good selection of bedroom sets and competitive prices. Awaiting arrival of our set. Store was busy the night we visited so it took awhile to get assistance, but the salesperson Mark H. was very friendly. We were told the nightstand that we purchased was the only option available in the set we purchased, and I see online that there is one other nightstand option. As noted, the salesperson that assisted us with our purchase was very friendly and helpful, but the lady I spoke to on a prior visit was not helpful with the questions I asked, and she did not volunteer to get me more information.

After walking through the store with me showing me many items that I asked about, my sales person was patient and informational as I stopped at a chaise lounge. I continued shopping at other stores and found a better deal. I called Fischer to thank them for their help and they offered me a better deal! The only thing that is not ideal, is that if you want something that they dont have on their floor, or a different color, it takes ~10 weeks to get. The color they had on their floor was most certainly not my first option, but I still love it and was unwilling to wait for a different color. Delivery is almost 2 weeks out, but its also right after a holiday. Im very pleased with the service and options Fischer has to offer.

Our salesman Mark Herrick was extremely helpful and pleasant. He made buying furniture a delightful experience. We found the perfect couch, chair, and ottoman that we ever could have asked for. We will definitely be going to shop here again and we will tell all of our friends about it as well.

We were in the market for a loveseat and sofa. The first place we stopped was Fischer Home Galleries, then went to seven other stores. We decided to go back to Fischers because we didnt find the quality elsewhere. Mark, our salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We are still unhappy with Fischers, and we are still upset with this company. We bought a temperpuetic mattress from them almost two years ago now and paid in full before even taking the mattress out the door. Somehow there was a mistake in their bookkeeping department so I received a call not one day but NINE MONTHS after we made the purchase explaining the situation and telling us we owe around $200 since the bookkeeper made a mistake. REALLY?! I was so upset because no decent company would try to collect money when it was their mistake they cant figure out the books and messed up. Oh well, the wasted brochures in the mail make great fire starter!Manager - Yes, we were unaware of that charge and it should have presented to us RIGHT AWAY not nine months later. We just found out this happened to a friend too so I would get that figured out before you lose more customers than you already have lost. They also said the after care sucks, and they live in Rapid so I think after talking to them and more people we wouldnt come back even if this pricing incident didnt occur because we live a few hours from town so if it took your crew one month to go out and fix my friends table that was under warranty I wouldnt want to see how long it would take for you to come out to our house....

Right when we walked in the door Mark our salesman greeted us and asked if he could assist us. We told him we were there for a new mattress. He was so patient with us showing the pros and cons of every single mattress they had. By the time we decided which one was right for us I think we tried them all out. We also looked at bedroom sets and he was patient again with our picky I am and listened to what I like and disliked and headed me in the right direction. Down side to shopping at Fischer Furniture is they never have any thing we purchase in stock. This time around they said only 2-4 wks for our stuff. We have waited 6 months before on items we have purchased.

Our washing machine broke a couple days ago. I have searched a few places around town but found a rockin Memorial Day sale at Fischers with a 5 year warranty too! So we bought a new dryer as well.
