This was the first time that I contacted Denny Menholt about purchasing a vehicle from them. Nick was my contact person/sales rep. I am very happy with my entire experience. I live 350 miles from Rapid City, but they made the process very smooth and comfortable.
Bethany was very helpful in keeping me informed of what needed to be done and progress as the job continueded. I was impressed that they were able to work me into their schedule with my battery not functioning well. Everyone was very pleasant with a can-do attitude.

Good service, but they fixed more things then they said they would. Which normally wouldnt have been a problem, but it caused my wife to be late for work. They NEED to call and confirm we have extra time for the additional item to be fixed. Also, when customer service tells me the vehicle will be ready in an hour, and it takes almost 2 hours for the vehicle to be ready makes me never want to use your services again.
Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable! Called to talk about getting our windshield replaced. We had got a chip on a road trip and before we got home it had spread pretty fast. I had talked to Jake and he said to talk to Bethany and she would get that ordered. Bethany go the windshield ordered called when it arrived. Gave me a loaner vehicle got a windshield, oil change all at the same time. Dave and I are always extremely happy with our service. Thanks for having a GREAT team of employees!!

Mike was our sales guy and he was super helpful. We hate buying cars and especially been trapped in a dealership for three or four hours. They made the process super quick and we were in and out in about an hour and a half. I’ll definitely buy another Honda from them.

The service at Honda was efficient and courteous. When the service was complete, the attendant told us there was no charge because we had a service warranty. We thanked her and left, about 30 minutes later, the attendant called me and said she had made a mistake and there would be a charge and would I like to pay the charge over the phone. No, not over the phone, waaaayyyy too many security issues these days. We returned, took care of the account (we did receive the services). But, I think Honda should have maybe compensated us a bit for their mistake.
With the family on vacation and poor me at work back in Texas, my Honda Odyssey had a check engine light come on. My wife also told me the brakes were acting up. With 7 people and luggage, things happen. When I called and talked to Will in the service department about the problems going on with the van he was helpful and knowledgeable. He tracked down the parts the van needed and gave me some options.and assured me the van, if brought in before 9:30, would be fixed the same day. Well, we got the van back the same day. My wife told me the brakes are smooth and also the engine is running better than ever. Will and Rushmore Honda took care of my family when I could only do so much.Thank you very much. Not that I want to have a need to stop in again in the future, but if I do I know they will take good care of my family van.
We had the oil pan shield come loose on our drive from Denver to the Black Hills, due to an oil change place that didn’t tighten all the bolts sufficiently. So this was an emergency, unscheduled visit. The service advisor, Joshua McCaskell, was extremely courteous, told us they were very booked but would work us in as soon as they could. Within a half an hour, they had it fixed and didn’t charge us anything!!! When does that happen these days?!!! When I thanked Joshua and offered to pay something, he replied “We like to help people out when we can!”I’ll probably never be back, but I’d endorsed this dealership as one that can be trusted!
My car was repaired in a very timely manner, I was given a ride home and was picked up when my car was done. Very pleased with how everything went.

I drive a 2016 white civic and had a incident that took over 6 months to fix but these guys are more helpful as ever to help with the problem. Zach and josh tell you exactly what the problem is while being straightforward and finding the solution. Don’t mind paying extra for service! Keep it up

Driving home from the Black Hills my tire pressure light came on so I filled it.. stopping to eat in Rapid City it lost pressure again so I drove over to Honda Service right in the service center. They too quick care of my problem, a nail in my tire, and charged me a minimal fee and off we went heading home to Minnesota. Thank you!!
I took my car in to have hail damage repaired at the collision center. They replaced the top of the car with a cheap headliner of molded plastic. The visors are hard molded plastic and are hard to move.In fact one fell off as I tried to move it. My original headliner was padded fabric as were the visors. Today I discovered my windshield washer nozzles were completly missing. Wouldnt be so bad but I have a 300 mile round trip journey to get to them. And I bought the car new from them.
