The Hail Center was excellent to work with. They did an amazing job repairing the hail damage on my car in a quick and timely manner. It was hassle free for me and they had a rental car for me to use while my car was being repaired. I would highly recommend them to others! Fast, fair, friendly, great to work with!

Ron and his team are amazing! I stopped by got a quote, came back the next day and was taken care of immediately. I had two small dents compliments of Rapid City Walmart. The dents were massage out with no signs were ever there. Quality work, good prices, and friendly customer service are hard to come by these days, but the Hail Repair Center checked all the boxes. First of all, I have always been hesitant of using non-local hail companies, but I contacted my insurance company and their “preferred provider” was over 2 months out just to get an estimate.After seeing an advertisement left by Kaleigh(?), I decided to go talk to the Hail Repair Center. The owner Ron dealt with me directly and explained the process and did a quick estimate. He advised that it would be a 12 day job and gave me a loaner while he worked on my truck.My experience was outstanding. Everything was explained to the fullest and all questions answered. It was a very professional interaction.Today I got the call that my truck was done. Wait, it had only been like 8 days?? There’s no way a quality job could be done in 8 days!! Well guess who was wrong again...this guy!!I pulled up to the repair facility and see my truck sitting out front. I pulled up and immediately inspected it. Perfect!! I climbed all over looking for one blemish...nothing. I went in and joked with Ron about how we needed to pull it inside and put it under the light. He said “I’ll have someone pull it in right away”I laughed and said it wasn’t necessary.Best experience EVER!!
