They were friendly and helpful, however they threaded one of my lugnuts. Then they proceeded to blame me on not changing my tires ever. When I shot that down they tried to blame the last two places that touched that tire.

Very very disappointed to have my 2500 dollar rims scratched up because they did not mount them correctly and did not fix anything after confronting the manager multiple time

Noticed tire tread separating on a loaded trailer. Called these folks and limped the trailer to their shop. Even though they were short two employees, they found time to put my spare on for me. Great experience with these folks.

Scheduled a 10 am appointment for an alignment and had to wait for an hour before they even put it on the rack and got attitude from the guy working like it was my fault. As a result I had to reschedule another appointment I had because I missed it due to BB not keeping their word.

I HIGHLY recommend Bargain Barn Tires. Ive been there twice already for tire mounting and balancing. The first time they were very professional, transparent, kind, and fair priced. I recently went in and got my rear tires mounted with new tires as they were messed up from gravel roads. My full size spare was on and after hitting a curb in winter at low speed, the rim made the steering wheel wobble when placed on one of the front wheels and at high speeds. I asked if the damage was minor enough to be able to solve or reduce it by adding balancing weights. They said theyll gladly take a look at it. After they were finished they told me that they went ahead and added weights and while they said the tire isnt perfect its far better than before and should give no or minimal wobble now. I checked and they were right! Very minimal wobble for the spare to the point Id be comfortable riding on the spare at high speeds like on the interstate. After checking the receipt I saw they didnt even charge me for balancing the spare. So that was very kind of them and greatly appreciated. When I made my appointment on the phone, I talked to a Robbie (I believe thats the name I heard) who was very helpful and got me an appointment the same day. At the shop, I had Carson as my salesperson and he was extremely polite, kind, helpful, and professional. Every time I went, the pricing has been upfront, transparent, and exactly what I was told on the phone before my appointment (minus tax of course). I will definitely be going there for all of my cars needs that they can take care of. Thanks Bargain Barn, you guys are really great!

Had a balancer that could fit my 37’s (which a lot of other places couldn’t)Wanted all to re-balance all my wheels but after they took a quick look at it they noticed it just needed the tires rotated (I went in for a small vibration)Got me in and out quick and saved me some money(UPDATE)- I got my tires rotated at a place here in North Carolina on a road trip... Bargain Barn cross threaded lugs on both my rear tires. I had to purchase new lugs. As well as studs and had the place I was getting my tires done at fix it. I shouldnt have had to pay for that but I guess with them knowing I was leaving South Dakota they didnt care.

Really nice guys, made sure to explain everything in a way I would understand. I go there for all my tire issues!

Bargain Barn is awesome. Had nail in tire on 9/8/20. We are from out of town. Had a 9 hour drive home today. Tires plus said they did not have openings until 9/14 and someone called in sick today. Bargain barn said they could get it in within the hour. They had it on the lift at exactly the appointment time. I was out 20 min later with fixed tire. Thank you! VERY polite and prompt. I believe “Cory” helped me but not certain, 9/8/20 at 9am.

My son in law had a flat and needed to get home to Wyoming. The business was booked solid but they worked him in anyway. This was extremely generous on their part and enabled him to get home safely with his family. Good staff at the campbell st. Location.

We read reviews online and we’re so glad we came here. We were in a real jam on a Sunday and had a flat tire on the first day of vacation, they got us on our way quickly and inexpensively and got us in when we wouldn’t have been able to get in anywhere else. We really appreciated their help and enjoyed how they treated us along the way.

We just moved to Rapid City from Texas where we were regular Tire Pros customers. After being here only a week, my wife caught a screw in her tire. Made an appointment for a tire patch. It was pretty straight forward. They had all my information from a previous repair I had done. They were pleasant and easy to work with. The patch was like $17.50 or so. Will continue to do business with them.

Michael lahren bought a new tire and was extremely happy and thankful that the nice employees didn’t steal the chrome valve cover cap while replacing a tire like most of the other tire shops in the world would. I didn’t check the tire pressure or anything but I’m sure they did a good job. I trusted them on behalf of not stealing my tire cap and my car has been driving fine. Quality place to go.

We had a flat tire on our journey and i called in advance for appointment and they were very friendly on the phone, we arrive much earlier than I anticipated and they were able to squeeze us in earlier than my appointment time even though they were very busy. They fixed the tire the right way (patch not a plug) and were very fast. Despite how very busy they were staff continued to be pleasant. Highly recommended.

After being very poorly treated by the sister location of this establishment (multiple times), I called this shop in desperation as I had a flat tire AND my spare was quickly losing air. Not only were they able to help me quickly (I had a rowdy 2-year-old with me), they did everything in their power to make my experience with them better than my earlier experience with the other location. I have been a customer with them for over a decade. Always fast service and great work. Have never had an issue if something broke down before my payday and I needed my vehicle fixed and I could just pay on my payday. I give a 4 star rating for this. Starter went out this weekend and they kept my car all weekend saying theyd get to it on Monday and they could hold my car until it was paid. I told them Id try to find the money over the weekend and they agreed to fix it. On Monday they hadnt even started the vehicle and moved the date to fix it as they had other work to do. I believe they werent gonna fix it until I paid them. As Ive said, theyve never not worked with me before with the financing area. So for this I give 1 star. Shouldve known theyve changed things last time we brought a car in they took a look and said the engine was shot and they couldnt fix it. Took it elsewhere and it was just the alternator. I had it towed to this location as it was right around the block and my previous great service. After this one fix I think our family is done with Bargain Barn.

My dad is a mechanic and usually does all my work on my car. He was unavailable to fix my tire for me and so I called Bargain Barn. They were so nice and got me in right away. It was a more than a reasonable price and my dad says that’s my new go to place!!

I brought 2 vehicles for new brakes. Both cars had brakes what squeeked everytime the pedals were pressed. The techs informed us that both cars had over 80 percent pads left and no damages to any component. The sounds were probably from the heat of the car/day/road but brakes were perfect. They didnt even charge me for labor, despite the work they did. Theyve earned my business with honesty and integrity. Prices quoted were more than fair for the work I thought I needed.

Great service the first place in 4 states that actually filled my oil all the way. I really appreciate that the guys here listened to the needs of my friend and found a way to get him tires that was safe and in his budget. If you need services or repairs to to your vehicle these are the guys to go to!

Just got my breaks done and replaced my tires here. The price was more than I expected because we only talked about the rear breaks. both the front and rear needed to be replaced. They were amazing and lowered the price a bit and gave me the hazard insurance on my tires. Extremely satisfied customer here, I would highly recommend them!!

Carson has helped me on several occasions. Lately I took my Corolla in to check brakes. He said they are in decent shape. No need for replacement. They are someone I can trust. That is why I have taken three different vehicles there for repairs. Now my daughter knows why it is important to have a relationship with a shop you can trust.

They are always able to get me in mostly right away and are extremely nice. My tire was flat and they were able to help me figure out the issue and put it back on in no time.

After I called around they were actually the most expensive quote I received for same brand and model of tires. Very nice people though. Staff was super friendly.

Highly recommended! I woke up early this morning for work and my rear door wouldn’t shut, like the lock was stuck. I hadn’t called for an appointment but swung by the shop before work at 7 to see if they had any openings. The gentleman told me he was completely booked but would see if he could fit me in. After two hours, my car was fixed! I picked up my car after work, and when I went to pay they had said it was no charge for an easy fix! (Just needed some lubrication). They will definitely continue to receive my business - incredibly nice employees that always have a smile on their face, great prices (have taken my car there for other things, too), great service! We are out of town and woke up this morning with a flat tire....there was a piece of metal in my tire. We put our spare on and ventured out with high hopes of a reasonably priced repair on a Sunday. First of, I can not express the gratitude of these guys, I was heading back to Alabama from the bike rally on Saturday. A local at the gas pump told me about them, all I wanted to do is grease the wheel bearings on my trailer, they did it, no charge, thats neighborly. If I need anything next year, youll be my go to guys.

I was traveling through South Dakota and suspected that my alignment was off due to a recommendation from my dealership during my last oil change. Instead of chancing it, I stopped in and the courteous staff looked over my alignment and concluded that while the tires were worn, the alignment was fine. I had suspected that my dealership was trying to upsell a service I didnt need and they confirmed it. The guys at bargain barn were prompt, professional, and didnt even charge me. Fantastic service.

The shop manager, the owners, and all the employees are great. They never try to sell me something I dont need and they always show me my vehicle before starting work. The tire prices are some of the best you can get in the area and theyre constantly looking for ways to save the customer money. Also, one of the only shops Ive ever been to with a courtesy ride service so you dont have to dwell in the shop while the car is being repaired.

They were great at fixing our tire on our RV. We highly recommend getting a tire fixed or replaced there.
