James was on top of everything once I explained what issues I was having. Although I brought it in for an oil change and a few concerns, it turned into a bigger issue that required my warranty company to become involved. James helped with all of that, taking the pressure and stress off of me. His customer service was much needed and appreciated!

Ended up with 2 flats in the same week, same tire even (one screw, and one random shard of metal 😬). Both times they squeezed me in to patch it up. Professional, good work, and helped me out in a bind quickly. Thanks guys!

I typically take my car to my uncle but couldnt get to him this time so I went to Midas. James was beyond kind and extremely patient! My appt was at 430pm. I called to let them know I would be a tad late and James said that was just fine. I got there around 4:42. James walked me through everything that was going to happen and within 30min I was out the door. I will absolutely return to this location. You wont be disappointed with this one

Very professional and work was done on time.

Very unprofessional and work was done very poorly. I had to have my Cadillac converter and whole Exhaust system replaced from front to back. They charged me $2,000 basically half of what I bought my car with telling me that they had to order the parts from over seas but it would only take a couple days to get them. That was the first red flag over seas parts take a long time to order. Secondly they werent new parts but rusted parts from a junk yard that are already falling off my vehicle. The whole place is a scam especially during a pandemic thats going on right now this is unacceptable. Thirdly the mechanic had a crack pipe on his table when I walked in highly unacceptable. It is illegal what u did

Everytime I come to get an oil change, the customer service is great, and your not waiting for forever. I tend to come on my lunch break, so I am truly thankful that they value my time. And the prices are affordable. Thank you Midas.

Fair and honest service. I came here to get my rear rotors and brakes replaced. They told me I needed the bolts replaced as well. They showed me how the parts were wearing before performing the work. All the staff are nice and kind. I live in DC but will come back to get my car serviced because they are just so nice and transparent.

Not only is this my friendly, favorite Midas. James, manager is always super nice and this place is very clean.

James was very helpful in laying out the issues with my vehicle and the proposal was very reasonable in cost. My friends recommendation to seek out this Midas location to do the maintaince work on my vehicle was a good one.

James the manager was great. They didnt try to push alot of repairs down my throat.

These guys do a really great job.

I went to Jiffy Lube and had my oil changed and my tires rotated. They told me that my back brakes needed to be replaced. So I went to the Midas in Randallstown. Let me tell you. They were top notch and very knowledgeable. They know their way around a car. I recommend them to anyone who wants their car repaired properly. I was more then satisfied and when I need my car fixed this is where I am taking my car. Awesome staff and very courteous. They treat you like family. Trust me youll be amazed. And youll definitely be satisfied. The graded I give this shop is AAA+

Great and fast! The manager at this location was very helpful and knowledgeable. He told me about different options to prolong the lifespan of my car. Ultimately, they took care of the the problem that brought me in and my car is on the road and runs beautifully. I Would use them for other repairs.

I will never go back here. They charged me 700 dollars just for labor when my parts were not even 300 dollars and it was just for brakes and caliber change, Im so upset that I really spent that much and they made me feel that it was so bad that I needed to have this work done.

These guys are great. Dont be fooled by the Midas branding. This garage is run by some very friendly and knowledgeable people. The store has a very local garage feel.

Stay away. Don’t waste your time or money here. I towed my car here for a new battery . They told me I needed a new starter motor. Total cost was around $600. Picked up my car. Next day it would not start. I had it towed back to this location and they told me it was a defective wire, that they would replace. Picked up the car, next day it would not start. I refuse to allow their incompetent mechanics to work on my car again. I’m having it towed again for the third time to another repair shop. Wasted my time and $600. I will seek legal action

Midas did a diagnose my car they told me that it was a wire shortage in harness of MASS FLOW AIR payed them had to go back to them car still run the same they lied to me then they be in there playing candy crush bad service tect dont know much would have not even give them one star bad people bad service an feel that they only for the whites people from what I gather organization for their own they trying to bring slavery back james was one of them that lied an treated unfair
