I would not recommend that anyone gets a car from them because you’ll end up paying thousands on a vehicle that isn’t worth more than 5,000. It’s also impossible to get out of a vehicle deal after leaving with that vehicle. They offer $5 oil changes which is a plus. Please don’t need maintenance work completed because it’s very hard to get anyone on the phone and no matter what service you need you have to leave your vehicle for the entire day. The only thing positive that I can say is that making your payments on time does improve your credit score very quickly!

Honestly the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Jeff was amazing and super helpful. No other dealership was willing to work with my credit situation. I will never by a car from them again. I brought my car the end of February 2020.....It was great in the beginning. Great customer service everyone explained everything and made sure i understood it all. Drove off the lot very happy. Then not even a month later i have problems with the car. I was pretty much sold a “lemon” I’ve had my car 3 months and had to buy struts, rotors, 2 front calibers because the passenger side ceased and caused me to go through 2 sets of brake pads, radiator hose, thermostat, and a brake hose..it’s no way i did all this damage in 3 months seeing how COVID-19 shut everything down so i barely drove my car. They kept telling me what was wrong was not under warranty. I kicked out $3500 to get this car fixed it’s ridiculous because once you drive off it’s no longer “their problem”. I’ve put so much money into this car and I’m stuck fixing what they should have done before the sold the vehicle.

I love this place!! I got the car that I needed and not what I wanted (sometimes you have to crawl before you walk) ...but still within the budget I needed!! Big thanks to Mike Lopez for his honesty with everything. I was treated like family. As long as you are honest with them you will get the car that is within your budget and you can drive off the lot the same day!! Thanks for all your help!! The sales person was nice but the finance person was something different. I came there 2 years ago and got a vehicle, I got it on a Saturday and on Monday I brought the car back because of a bunch of mechanical issues. So its 2 years later tried to give them another chance and they say because I got a car before I cant get one again. I wasnt delinquent I didnt have it long enough for the paperwork to go through. And you cant ever get another car again, really.

Great experience very friendly staff. I can’t lie I was very hesitant after seeing the Craigslist ad that said low down payment and bad credit accepted because I had been denied a few times before. I got approved within 30 minutes of sending proof of income! Mr William “Biggie” was my sales rep and he was great from the very first phone conversation to me walking in the door I felt welcome. Went here in search of a new vehicle. It was a no good after talking to the bank. They gave me options but they were not viable options. They may be worth it for someone else looking/needing a car no matter what. You definitely won’t get the car you dream of but will get a car depending if you agree to the terms. Also do not apply if you are looking to get a car and later do uber or lyft as this is not allowed with these cars.

I guess I judge to quickly about JD Byrider! The whole car buying process was great, the staff was awesome and very helpful. However, the vehicle service department sucks!!!!!! Since Ive had this car it been problems. When I try calling to schedule a visit, I sometimes get an answer, sometimes I dont. Theyre never open on weekends and never have time available that works for working people! Every issue Ive had with this car I had to get fixed on my own, because the service department is such an inconvenience. Then they closed one of the shops near me. Now I have to drive all the way out Glen Burnie. Its just a huge inconvenience, I know the service department is the money maker, but make it a little more convenient to get the service for the number of vehicles your selling!
