My car was damaged by a tree falling on it. I called Randallstown Collision and was told they would take care of everything with my insurance company, including setting up the rental car and negotiating any additional damage discovered in the repair process. Not only did Michael and his talented crew of ASE-certified techs make good on those promises, but what they did for my car was amazing! When I pulled up in the rental car (which I was able to just leave right there because Michael simply picked up the phone and asked Enterprise to come get it), and saw my car sitting on the lot, I could not believe my eyes. My car had 98,000 miles on it when I brought it in to Randallstown Collision, and it looked as good as the day I bought it new, with only 28 miles on it! The body lines were fully restored, the paint matched perfectly, the workmanship was top notch, and they even detailed it for me. I would never consider going anywhere else for collision repairs. I hesitated at first to contact Randallstown because my office is in Towson, but it is completely worth the drive. And with an Enterprise just up the road from their Service Center, its convenient from anywhere. I spoke with my insurance company once to set things up, and these guys took care of the rest. Someone with a bicycle ran into my parked car. I went to Google to find a place close by and ran into R. C. C. They had a lot of five stars and decided to try them. I was given a fair estimate and decided not to waste my time trying to use the second repair shop that I had listed to try to get a lower price. I picked up my car up on time and Mike and his two employers did awesome job.So, if you hear any noise, its mike and the boys, doing another fantastic job.

THANKS !!I have a 2018 Colorado that had been rear ended by a driver that was texting, luckily I had just parked and step on to sidewalk because he shoved the rear axle forward on lift about 8 inches and the whole truck about 15 feet causing what anyone would consider severe damage! Getting in an accident is a hassle and headache no matter what. I’ve dealt with too many body shops that don’t communicate, don’t keep the customer in the loop, and try to squeeze out every dollar.That wasn’t my experience at Randallstown Collision. Dwayne personally took my calls, kept me updated throughout the entire process and even helped save me some money. To say that he made it easy is an understatement. Car was like new again when I got it back. Even with the new car smell. I was very impressed.I don’t live near by and it’s not particularly convenient for me to use them as my regular shop. But it’s worth it for the service, for sure. Big thank you to everyone there who got my car back up and running again!

I hit a curb late a night and bent and damaged my front bumper. I took it for an estimate to a big collision franchise shop where I knew they did excellent work - though they were also high priced and slow to finish. Then I went to Randallstown Collision Center and got a significantly lower estimate. They did the work promptly and well. I couldnt see any difference between the repaired side and the undamaged side of the bumper, and the price was less than 1/3 of the high overhead shop. I recommend them.

The men here are amazing. They worked with me in order to repair my car and my car is as good as new. The customer service was phenomenal, I call almost everyday and they wasn’t nasty not once, they were patient & kind. They broke the cost down to me step by step to ensure me if i was doing the right thing or not. I highly recommend them, they are exceptional at what they do, you won’t be disappointed.

RCC and Mike specifically are amazing to work with. They actually make getting into a car accident an enjoyable experience. They made sure everything was fixed the right way the first time and forced my insurance company to come out two additional times to cover more damage that they refused to cover at first. I cant recommend RCC enough, youre doing yourself a disservice if you go anywhere else!

After being hit from behind my Rav4 was damage in the back. I was concern that I will not get my sensor back the way it was. After having my vehicle repaired at Randallstown Collision Center,. All my worries and concerns were over once I got in my Vehicle. They did an awesome job my vehicle look just as it was. On top of that it was clean inside and out, Everything on my vehicle worked great. They even installed a black screen free of charge ( I think thats what its call) to hide anything I put in the back of my vehicle. I will highly recommend this place to have your vehicle worked one. Horrible customer service. Your car is not ready when they say its going to be ready. They make promises they cant or dont keep. They take forever to do nothing. They had a friend of mine car for almost 2 months. It was supposed to had been ready in a couple weeks!

This place is great! I had my Scion TC repaired there and they had it looking like new! They also stand by their lifetime warranty. I had a few cosmetic issues that they took care of right away! The only problem I had is that the work took about 3 weeks longer to complete than originally discussed/anticipated, which was very inconvenient for work. But besides that I would recommend them to everyone, they did a great job and were extremely helpful!

Having to get your vehicle repaired after an accident is not the most pleasant experience. I was hit from behind on 695, my car should have been a total loss, but insurance company demanded to just have it repaired, apparently it wasnt easy to find parts, probably because my car is pretty much new (2015) they had it for while but it was worth the wait. I honestly cant even tell it was ever in an accident, drives like new.

Used this body shop just because of the reviews but I have been thoroughly disappointed.They kept my car in the shop until the day my rental was about to expire and when I called them to ask for the progress the guy told me they were still waiting on parts 28 days later and at times would ignore my calls.The guy was rude enough to tell me that they dont keep the cars there for entertainment .After I picked up my vehicle I noticed my headlights and bumper were not flash and they agreed to reorder the right bumper.Its been 3.5 weeks no follow up or anything just like when my car was in their shop the first time . I just called them and the guy put me on hold for 28 minutes and then hanged up.Most unprofessional shop I have dealt with .

They only repaired the body damage not the engine damage.
