Ive been coming here for several years now since my in-laws recommended them to me, and Ive never had a bad experience with them. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else, and neither should you!

I scheduled a service for my car to replace the shocks and struts. The service was completed at the right time and with the amount agreed. After I returned back home I started notice a squeaky noise coming from the area where AutoMaster worked. I started to hear like a squeaky sound (like plastic) on each side of the car every time I hit a bump or ride on an uneven road. I called and scheduled another appointment and they fixed what they thought was the problem, however after I tested, I returned back to the shop because the same squeaky noise still there. One tech took a ride with me, and he didnt heard the noise, however I did noticed a few times during the ride and told him but it was not enough for him to check again the work. My car has a much better comfort when riding, but the squeaky noise still there making my life miserable every time I have to drive it.

This is your friendly, family-oriented neighborhood auto shop from back in the day. I have been here several times for minor/major repair work and routine maintenance. They are HONEST, FAIR, helpful and very pleasant. If your car doesnt need a particular service they tell you so, and if it does, they are realistic about how soon you need to fix that item. I have recommended friends and family to this shop and they all had good things to say about their experience as well. I highly recommend this business!

Ive been going too Automasters for years now found out about this place through my father. Theyve always been honest and true professionals since Ive been dealing with them. Ive never had a bad experience here and the entire staff are down too earth individuals. Dont plan on taking my vehicle anywhere else anytime soon. Very trustworthy business.

My husband and I have been taking our car here to get serviced at Auto Masters for the past few years now. We have been extremely impressed with the quality of work they provide, reasonable rates and a since of honesty and integrity that I have not seen in this industry for a very long time. The front desk person is always helpful, knowledgeable about cars and reassuring. I wish they had a greater presence on Liberty Rd. so that others would try them out. We recently moved downtown and I will continue to make the trip to Randallstown to bring them our car. For us their service had been unmatched. You get a down home feel when entering their doors and somehow a peace that your car is safe with them!!

They do good work but they have over priced services... But youd have to be a mechanic yourself to know better. Since most arent, youll prob be over charged...

Dont look anywhere else, this place is as top notch as it comes. Ive been there a few times and love the experience and the service.Recently took my car in for an oil change and to tighten the power steering belt. When I got it back the air wouldnt turn on unless on full blast. Seemed a little funny to me so I took it back in. They determined what the problem was and even though it probably was just coincidence that the part went up while at the shop, they offered to replace it without charging me labor. They really didnt have to do that...but it shows that customers are very important to them. Theyve got my business.

I agree they do go work. I have taken my car there many times and I have no complaints. I do feel that they overcharge for the work that they do.

I have been with these guys for years. Trust them so much that I sent my mom and all of my friends to them as well. They kept my Explorer on the road without ripping me off, saved by 4-Runner which is soon to reach 200k miles thanks to them, and they always tell me when something is/isnt needed. I just cant rate these guys highly enough. I always felt at the mercy of mechanics until I stumbled across the folks at Automasters. Even though Ive moved away from the area, I still bring my cars there. Totally worth the trip.

Great place, very honest!

I have been using Automasters since 1994 and have never had to take back my car because it wasnt fixed right the first time. When repairs are going to be costly they have always told me what was absolutely necessary and what could wait. I live in Arbutus and still take my car there because I TRUST them.
