Hi I’m writing this review because I’m upset at GIA MONAE’s return/exchange. My daughter bought my wife gift for Christmas, it was the wrong size. So we went after Christmas to GIA in Victoria Gardens. My wife asked the woman that she wanted to exchange. The woman told her that GIA is only a pop-up store and they only have a 3 day return/exchange policy. Keep in mind that my daughter bought the item way before Christmas, so GIA should expect returns and exchanges after Christmas. To me this is unacceptable, all stores have at least a 30 day return/exchange policy. Why! Can’t GIA have the same? Now we have an item that will never be used. This is a rip-off from GIA. I don’t not recommend this store to anybody. They have poor policies and cheap women’s clothing. I was able to see on the web that they are going out of business. I wonder why?

Went shopping at the store for the first time .found what I needed the lady that was working there was very nice and sweet . Calls you beautiful. Had me feeling myself lol .would be going back
