I went earlier in the day instead of the evening and was very impressed. I only needed a few things and was in awe as the shopping and checkout process was much easier. Great job Walmart!!

A shelf is being stock, And if you ax and associate where is something at they will help you find it they dont give you attitudeThey also have self serv register on both in of the store Also 6 register is open

Always a great experience. The gun department sales people are amazing. They can answer anything you throw at them. Ive purchased many firearms from this location and I will buy many more. No reason to go anywhere else. This place has it nailed down.

I went to the pharmacy trying to get my medicine, the prescription wasnt there since my doctor didnt send it on time, I tried to give them the phone number to call. But they refuse to. I needed my antibiotics and pain killers, but they said it was too late, I bet if it was one the associates or one their children, they wouldnt mine to do it. I need to go through another night with pain thanks to them and the incompetence of the front desk people from the doctors office that I visited

The only nice person on my visit was the greeter. To everyone else I was a bother. I had questions since Im not a local and the store is much smaller than the one back home

Asked for help on a man with the glasses on tool section because the glass cabinet was locked and he didnt come back. He says Id be right back but an hour later I did my business at home depot.

The “Karen” in the front did not let me bring my 3 month shihpoo puppy into the store. Not sure about the pet policy here, but I’ve always brought him into the store with me and never had an issue with it till today, the lady (didn’t get her name) said no pets allowed unless it’s a service dog. I always just hold him in my arms I don’t see why it’d be a problem. I was definitely not going to leave him alone in the hot car. I will never be coming back here again. -Disappointed customer.

I have never been to this Walmart. I really love it the whole set-up is awesome. I live in Corona so I normally go to the one on McKinley or Ontario and they are not as big as this one. Im yelling I was in awe just looking at the place.

Good store with a good selection of food, beverage, and toiletry items. Random electronics like Bluetooth speakers/headphones and phone chargers are easy to find as well.

Not sure about other Walmarts but this one has many items locked up in the personal care and pharmaceutical aisles that you have to ring for service to have the someone unlock the glass case. One of the workers working the aisles did not have a key said the right person will come by but never did. I had to flag down a manager walking by to help myself and 2 other waiting customers. Same with locked liquor cabinet. I could not carry it in my basket and told to ask for it at the register. Not a good overall experience.

This Walmart on Foothill must have alot going on 5 or 6 cop cars pulled up for one guy. But getting back to Walmart the lady inform me that I only had 10 minutes to shop. For the 1st time Walmart being informed on whats going on.

Arrived around 1-2pm with my disabled mother needing a motorized cart. Walmart associate Juan was super helpful with assisting me.He was actually pulling carts from out side and with him going inside and out, he was told me when a cart became available. He assisted the customer that was using it to the curb and then gave it to me.He didnt have to do that but his heart told him to. Juan is an amazing person and Im sure he makes all the difference in this Walmart store being ready to assist customers.

We are from Barstow, and no lie this one is way better than the super Walmart we have! This looks just like the old one that carried so much stuff in it, now the Walmart in Barstow is always 1/2 empty in all departments! If I have to make the 45-50 min drive I just might!!!!

I was extremely disappointed. This is as close as it get to a food desert . No fresh fruits or vegetables no salad not much healthy stuff . Very poor selections of vegetarian/vegan. No fresh meat either just pre packaged sausages full of sodium. Barely any brands . Most of the products are walmart sub brands . The place is disorganized and a complete mess very hard to navigate through the store . U get a little bit of everything spread everywhere. Mostly home goods/ decor / clothes some electronics and other random stuff . The shelves were all empty in the drink section . Barely any water or soda left . The store is poorly stock its just a mess . You got pellets of stuff still pack in the middle of the store . People trying to restock shelves when customers are in trying to move around with those giant unpractical carts .long waiting in lines . Poor selections of cold drink at check out soda, coffee loaded with syrup and sugar or energy drink . No healthy tea or kombucha . Very limit selection of organic products. Definitely not a store i will go back to compare to other stores ( like target ) not sure how this store stayed in business for so long tapping on a very limit selected customers... been to many other Wal-Mart this one is the worst. The parking lot is always full, always have to park far away too and thats when the in and out burger long wrapping waitting line is not cutting you off from entering. To sum up Poor set up . Poor organisation lack of food products and choices narrow aisle lot of empty shelves.

Its so so. Ive never seen a Walmart without a womens shoe section though! I wanted actual shoes...they had the kind that hang on the hooks, like water shoes and velcro sandals...what kind of ladies shop here? The men had actual boots in boxes...a much larger mens section of shoes! Weird! Cute baby things. Not much for TVs. I used to go here when this store first opened and it was much more impressive. I like that they have burger King and a pretzel shop for hot snacks. I guess its a good thing that Ross is nearby.

Great selection on fishing gear and tackle. Saved a good amount of money on items I planned to purchase at the Bass Pro Shop for my kids. I found a fishing rod and reel combo that was actually on back order at other stores and a better price.Abu Garcia is a great set up for kids!

I went to go buy shorts for my lil girl, i found a few. Had gone to 2 other walmart in Ontario and not found any. Never been here and its huge. I like it

This store has very courteous staff who are always willing to help. Its not particularly close to me,but I have never felt disappointed shopping here.

I can usually find what I need, but if you need help from an employee, forget it! I had to tell the cashier Hello, How are you today, no response. When she was finished with the transaction, I said Thank you, have a great night. No response. I finally started laughing and she got the hint, then decided to be friendly to my boyfriend after. I work for Walmart too and know its tough, but all customers arent the same. Treat them with the bare minimum of respect, because Im contributing to your bonus.

What a joke this store is. I called there store for 10 minutes and nobody in customer service or in electronics would take the time to even pick up the phone and say please hold. Walmart has become a terrible place to shop. 15 - 20 cash registers and only 2 cashiers working. You make billions of dollars a year and you expect your customers to check themselves out. Walmart you have become the last place I will shop. There are plenty of little mom and pop stores that are more than happy to have me spend my cash at there stores.

Very weird how they have there pick up online order area.. its outside by the garden a random black door.. the associates that worked in there were to busy talking to acknowledge me waiting at the door.. it was hot and I had my kids with me.. I will never use this location again! Ohh the topper was the lady that finally helped me didnt even ask me for my ID just a name lol.. horrible customer service here

Bad customer service. It took me more time to pay than getting what I needed it. Only 2 cashiers for the entire STORE. I ask manager for help in the cashier area and she said we don’t have enough people. B.S. they just want everyone to used the self pay cashiers. People should stop coming to stores like this one until they go back to help the customer.You come to shop and they want to put you to work by self cashier and on top they want you money. !!

This Walmart is a joke. Ive been here a few times asking for propane. Saw a person doing an exchange so I figured they had propane. At check out, asked our cashier who was really friendly and nice if they had propane. She didnt know so she asked a checkout clerk named Barbara. Barbara immediately said no they dont have propane, without even checking. The wife and I thought this was funny, so we asked about the person doing the exchange and her answer was, oh, we only had the one. So which is it, zero or one? Checked out and purposely walked past the tanks on the way out. Brand new tanks with blue caps filled the cages and spoke to someone in garden. They happily opened the cages and let me pick my tanks. I really hate lazy employees, and this was shear laziness. If you dont know if you have something, ask. Everyone else was awesome.

This place is AMAZING! Great atmosphere, great food, and reasonable prices. This is a MUST VISIT for everyone.

I love this place but I didnt like the fact that my daughter couldnt bring in a drink. I understand their no food or drink policy, but I wouldnt be as upset as I am if they didnt have a burger King inside. This Walmart is a bit better than the rest in the Inland Empire. They dont follow you around and constantly ask you if you need help. Their Loss Prevention is a bit more respectful than other locations as well.As far as the store, its okay. They dont always have what I am looking for. They have almost everything locked up which is a HUGE inconvenience!! It causes me to have to add at least an hour to my shopping time because I have to wait for an associate to come and open up n the case for me. They definitely need to hire more people.

From management & customer service all have bad attitudes in all counts. So full of merchandise that its difficult to find your items. Dont order online for pick up in the store. Not a good experience.

Picked up Groceries here. Great service. Would not accept tips. They said they are not allowed to take tips. Even loaded the groceries in my trunk.

I give it 3 stars only because they are trying hard to re design store unfortunately its failing a lot. The employees are rude they will walk down the aisle with these huge shopping and restocking carts and not even excused themselves. When you try and get help at the self check out theres always a 100 people before you and to employees to help so you end up standing there for an exorbitant amount of time. Its clean yes.

Julyb5 2021. Cashiernwasnrude. An older Philippine lady helped me. Askednifnibwanted to donate to round up to nearest dollarni told no thankyou. She took it to the heart that I said no.She started singing out loud and I know by now it bothered her. I had just donated at rite aid on baseline and beech but what business of hers is it that i said no. Even my wife behind me in line cought her rudeness. Ive been trying for 2 days to call to make a complaint because i didnt have time that day. And no answer to speak to an associate. Poorly managed store in RANCHO 👎

Huge selection & has every department you may need. If you cant find it here, it may not exist! This Walmart is tucked away behind some other stores so once you turn from Foothill into the shopping center (by InNOut) keep driving straight in the left lane to get to it (if you turn right by InNOut once inside the shopping center you may run into a traffic jam from backed up cars from the drive thru, so suggest going straight.)

I don’t mind waiting but you say a 1 hour and an hours is your wait time and a half has gone by and they haven’t even start the oil change on the car that is bad. And the employee get mad at you for asking. Horrible customer service.

I must say at least what you get as far as a shopping experience is spot on, and that alone gets the 5. So heres the real deal... I mean the honest truth most people wont say .What store can boast a guarantee that they will pretty much disappoint you and maybe even piss you off in some way or form every time you set foot on their empty-drug bag littered property. Many employees look like they have been given a frontal labotamy, or are just heavily sedated. But hey you save a few bucks if your willing to go see whats really happening with human genetics. Ill be honest, it scared me cause Brave New World came true. Alphas, Betas, and WalMart.

Very bad costumer service. NEVER going back again. I asked for a price match from their own website and the lady said she couldnt compare it because it wasnt from the Walmart app eventhough Walmarts price match policy indicated that they can compare to walmart.com along with competitors besides that the ladies that attended me gave me so much attitude I showed them their own policy and completely didnt care. i asked to speak to the manager and they never called them. They just lost another customer.

Sounds petty, but they lack a full blown grocery store. We have gone to many local Walmart locations, this is the only one that will not allow their mobility carts go to the parking lot. An employee blocked out path to make sure the cart didnt leave. They also make no help to take items outside. We had to get another shopping cart, transfer items from the mobility cart to the shopping cart then proceed to take the items to the car. In the end, not a big deal because I was there to help. What would have been the situation if my spouse was alone? They should inform people of this prior so they can make appropriate decisions.

If I could rate this Walmart a 0- STAR I WOULD. Took them ten minutes to open the electronic I needed with multiple employees walking around. Not to say the leastAs I was leaving with my younger niece she stopped us at the front and asked if my nieces backpack purse was apart of the store (juicy couture backpack purse) I told her no and if she would like to go through it or if she needed to see my receipt.
