Excellent, professional service, and as quick as possible without compromising quality. I came here on the advice of my mechanic that I frequently use and he would never send me to anywhere that wasn’t the best around. So, it turned out to be a great experience at a great price for the service.

Visiting family in CA from AZ. When coming to stops the front of my Xb was pulsating and I had the brakes done not too long ago in AZ. Come to find out my pads were fine but my rotors were not. They carry lawn mower tires, cheaper than tractor supply! 4 ply ones run $42 at tractor supply, $30 here. Dont make the same mistake I made and buy them at tractor supply, get them at country tire and Auto instead.

I recently moved into Ramona, and I’m a firm believer in supporting local small businesses as a business owner myself. So, I reached out to Country Tire & Auto to fix my flat tire that I got last night while driving. These guys were extremely friendly, I was in and out in less then 10min. They even put the fixed tire on and even had the courtesy to put the spare tire back on for me. Wow, I cannot thank the kindness of them, wasn’t even expecting that! I was told that they had a busy day ahead and they STILL finished tire rotation, balance, alignment AND brakes in under 2 hours! Wow! When your mechanic recommends a place, you take notice. Since he did I have routinely taken my cars to Country Tire and have never been disappointed. Half the time, such as this morning, they check out concerns and when there when everything is within spec I walk out without paying a dime. When they do find a problem, I pay a fair price for great service. Finding honest people is rare today and while I dont mind spending money for peoples time and experience, its nice to know that Im not wasting money for unneeded and disreputable services.

I had the wrong sized tires for replacement that I bought indep and these guys caught. Wouldnt let me switch tires... educated me on the issues that could come up. A shady place could have easily made the switch. These guys will look out for you and shoot straight.

Called them on a friday looking for tires and they got them in the next day. Called me at 950 to tell me they came in. Installed within 45 minutes. Great guys, honest with you, and pretty fun to joke around with. I just bought a home near them and plan to go nowhere else for my tire needs. Great work guy!

Country Tire went above and beyond the normal experience you would expect. I was looking for a spare tire for Ramona Royal Alliance Band and Guard trailer and went to a few tire shops in town to see what they could do to help me. Country Tire gave me the best price out of the tire shops I visited with great service.

Jeff and Kenny are great. They did an alignment on my FJ Cruiser. I was in and out within a half hour.Update 2, The crew installed new chrome pvd wheels on my 2016 F150 today and did a fabulous job. Very careful in their work. I highly recommend this place! Thanks again

Jeff and Kenny rock! I had an issue with my car as a result shoddy repairs after an accident. A dealership erroneously stated the after market struts were the reason my car bottomed out at all intersections.... Jeff and Kenny had my back through all the conversations with the insurance company, and agreed to put OEM struts and springs on (at cost) to prove the struts installed originally were not the problem. The insurance adjuster looked over the work once completed, and agreed to pay for the new struts and springs, and reimbursed their labor!Jeff and Kenny, and their crew will continue to have all my car business!!!!!
