Easiest way to explain how they treat you at Action Auto is this:Went for an oil change over the weekend to the local oil changer. They told me I also need a transmission service, coolant flush and my fuel injection cleaned. I thought something was fishy because I had the transmission replaced the month before. Brought it over to Action Auto and asked them to check the coolant and fuel injection and service it if needed. They spent a good 30-45 minutes checking everything. They showed me my coolant was like new and fuel injectors were still ok for a while. Action Auto could have taken advantage of the situation. Not only was Action Auto honest, they didnt even charge me for all the time they spend looking at my vehicle. Oil Changer would have scammed me for several hundred dollars in unnecessary services. When you think of how much money you can spend each year on unnecessary or fraudulent car repairs, its foolish not to go to someone you trust. I trust Action Auto.

I have always had a great experience when I have taken my car to action auto. David and his staff have always been very nice, helpful, honest, and professional. They let you know what needs to be fixed/replaced immediately, what may need to be soon or in the near future, and if possible give you options of the such. I wont take my wifes car and my car anywhere else!

Worst auto repair experience ever. perfect example of a crooked auto repair shop. I called them told them my air conditioner hose was leaking and wanted an estimate they said they would have to do a free diagnosis firsttook it in they said my compressor was bad I said what about the leaking hose they said it was the pressure release valve on the compressor not the hose 900 to fix ok fix it. picked the car up air conditioner still doesnt work. took it back they checked it out call me says the hose is leakingand would cost me another 900 dollarsoh the hose I told you was leaking in the first place then they said maybe they could jb weld it cause I was pissed they called said it didnt workbecause I also need a new condenser and would cost 300 morea real bunch of crooks im out 900 dollars and the cars still not fixedtake your car anywhere but there

Me and my family were homeless at the time we came 2 Ramona we booked a room at the motel cause car broke down. I had a towtruck take my car 2 them over night left a note. Thay help me big time I had a giant hole in my radiator. Thay helped me out and keep the coast low.. Then. Car messed up again.. Thay paid for a tow truck 2 take me and my family 5 of us from lemon grove 2 ramona and fixed my car and even put our grouchy in the frigarater. Till the repair was done.. Unfortunately that car did not make it long after that... We got another.. The thing I like the most was HE CALLED 2 SEE IF WE WERE OK LIKE A WEEK LATER... THAT WAS COOL AND RARE... THANK U... AND WELL We r no longer homless and still on a buget... I need new car work so hear I come again... I know Im in the right hands..

They completely screwed us over. I made an appointment a week ago for this Friday, took in the title, they looked up the zip for the kind of smog it would need. We need it smogged to put it in my name and get a registration card so we could stay at the next campground. I went in twice to confirm, I talked to her before my appointment. We get there, they take the old registration card come back and tell us they cant do it. They said they had needed the old registration to know for sure, but we were never told that. They had plenty of time to let us know, we needed to go from there to the dmv because we go to the campground Sunday. Now we cant get a registration card and are stuck in Ramona with nowhere to go because nowhere else in town will smog an rv. So furious
