Thank You Zoo Auto!!! Had the drive train done on my 1998 tacoma truck with the u-joints and support bearing replaced this week. Excellent service, price was way lower from what I expected it to be and Goose got the job done for a $100 less than his quote. Took it for a hard run today and was like a new truck. Its just great to have a Fair and Honest Repair Shop hear in town. After living here for 40 years I have used a lot of shops in town and will never repeat that mistake again as long and Goose and his crew are here!

I have been taking my 1997 dodge Dakota to Zoo Automotive since my first time visiting them back in November of 2019. “Goose”, “Monkey” and team have been nothing but professional and honest. It’s a little bit of a drive to there shop in Ramona but I’m fine with that. I believe in having a good honest mechanic is essential Especially in today’s day and age. They have done everything from a complete tune up to oil changes and replaced the serpentine belt. After the tune up Tony and Goose were so right. My truck had more power and get up and go then ever before. This year I will be back to get my brakes done all around and fix a few leaks. Thank you Zoo Automotive and team for always being honest with everyone and staying open and safe during these crazy corona times. You are greatly appreciated by many I know. Here is to many more years of you all serving the citizens of Ramona and San Diego County. It’s people like all of you that give me a restored faith in mechanics. Keep up the great work. Hes a gentleman, gave me the plan to go through my vehicle, offered to have provide the smog it was due for with the May registration, gave me a ride back home, called to discuss results, came & picked me up. Paperwork was ready, no upselling, we settled up and the transaction was pleasant, fees reasonable, with the smog certificate already electronically submitted by Zoo, saving me time & effort. Even the interior had been cleaned up! I will certainly go to Zoo with future needs.
