Korey and the rest of The Auto Works team are the best! My husbands work truck started to have issues that needed to be addressed immediately and Korey got us in and back in the road the same day! 5 Star experience and 5 star service! Needed to get my car in for an oil change asap! Yes I waited until the last minute! I called and spoke with Melissa she was awesome and was able to get me in that same day. Korey has worked on my Mercedes before and always makes it a point to check it all out making sure nothing else is going on that I may not know about. The fact that they take pride in making sure their customers are well taken care of is honestly the reason we keep going back! They truly care about their customers. If you are in need of anything I highly recommend! We will never go anywhere else!

Such a great experience! Stopped in one day with a car literally FULL of kids after school pick up, my own plus the carpool kids and no appointment 😬 and Melissa greeted us with a pretty smile and was really helpful, but most importantly, she was knowledgeable. Korie and his team did a professional, excellent and timely job on several issues that I needed repaired . on my Mercedes. All repairs were covered under my Car Max warranty, they knew how to navigate through the “red tape “ of getting the issues covered expeditiously.Honesty and integrity are key and Auto Works has both !

If you are looking for a shop to get your vehicle repaired at this is the ONE! For me the biggest issue of using any kind of service out there is finding one you can trust and Korey has that solved for me. My car had some A/C problems so Korey diagnosed it, then let me know what was wrong, then fixed it same day for a reasonable price. I could not ask for more and will be taking my entire fleet of vehicles there from now on.

The Auto works is the only place I’ll come to when I need work done to my ride. Kory is the only mechanic I’ve dealt with in the past 10 years I can honestly say I trust with fixing whatever problem I have right the first time. He’s extremely fair when it comes to his pricing and holds himself to a very high expectation. On top of all that he’s very kind, respectful, and truly knows how to treat the customer.

I realized after taking a family member’s car to Costco to get their tires redone that I’m exclusively going to Autoworks from now on!!At Costco- I drove to Carmel mountain and waited for 45 minutes to order the tires, then had to come back a week later to get them put on. I got there 30 minutes before they opened and still had to wait 3 hours to get the tires done. They had 1 person working the front desk with 15 people in line. Don’t do it!At Autoworks-I called the front desk a few days ahead of time and they picked up the phone immediately and re-ordered the tires. I dropped my car off, came back a couple hours later and not only were my tires redone but they solved a check engine light issue that I had for 3 years that the dealership couldn’t even figure out. And they had similar/better prices than Costco!Do yourself a favor and go to auto works. They’re painless, honest, hardworking, have integrity, convenient, reasonably priced, and locally owned.

Korey was very professional and saved me a lot of money on the work that needed to be done to my vehicle. He got my vehicle done in a very timely manner and made sure I knew everything that was happening and everything that needed to be done. My power steering works better than it did before! I definitely recommend going to the auto works.

Korey the owner has worked on my vehicles for over 10 years and is a very knowledgeable mechanic. Melissa and all the techs in the shop are very knowledgeable and polite as well. The autoworks also services my company vehicles as they are an authorized enterprise fleet service shop. The autoworks has always been honest with their quotes and is a one stop shop for almost anything needing to be repaired on your vehicle. This is the only shop in Ramona I will take my vehicles to have work done.

Brought my Tacoma in to get a second opinion on the quote from the dealer. Can’t say enough about these guys. Mark and his staff do a fantastic job of fixing your vehicle and getting the job done efficiently and in a reasonable amount of time and a reasonable price.. They are honest about what needs repair and dont jerk you around or treat you like you dont know anything. Mark is not very professional he is also very friendly. I highly recommend if you need anything repaired on your vehicle, I would say take it to Marks Auto Works. My family and I have been going there for years.

Wow!!! The most honest, presision work and by far best price ive ever encountered. This guy Mark is a true man of God. Im a customer for life. I had a dying car and now its alive. I was quoted 2,700.00 at a different shop in Ramona, mark did it for not even half that and now my car is purring vs. Roaring. Thank you Autoworks!!!!!
