This is a great neighborhood spot that carries a local roaster (Carrboro Coffee Roasters) as well as offering many types of coffee brews (pour over, cold brew, drip, etc.). Stopped in while visiting Raleigh from Delaware. NoRa Cafe is a really neat coffee shop. It has an inside with a funky vibe. I could see spending a morning there reading or working. The coffee is excellent. I had latte that was delicious! I didnt try the pastries but they looked really good as well. Definetly check it out!

The coffee is on point. Love the fall options this time of year. They always have some cool baked goods. We often get their biscuits and English muffins in the morning… the rosemary and olive English muffins are awesome and so are the cheddar biscuits. Their London fog is also awesome. Love the cayenne option in a mocha! Staff is always friendly and they have some unique beer and wine selections. Love the atmosphere as well, it feels very comfortable and open

Very cool place to chill. Got there after 1 so no food except bakery items so a bit bummed but the brownie was yummy, obviously all-natural top-grade ingredients. The cappuccino was disappointing - bitter and a bit burnt tasting. Will come again when I can try more food. Atmosphere inside and on the patio is excellent.

Very limited selection, and while the staff was friendly, they were not really knowledgeable about menu offerings. As an FYI, they do not serve outside, so you have to wait, pick up your food, then to take it to your seat. Coffee and iced coffees were delicious!

Ive lived in Raleigh for the past couple years and have tried to go to every local coffee shop, but never noticed this little treasure up north.Cafe Nora is a fantastic little shop with a cozy and funky vibe. The selection of pastries, sandwiches, and coffee options are fantastic. With Michaels English Muffins, home made muffins, and more this place is great!I had a Mocha, as is my norm when going to any coffee shop, and it was great; although, they do not make their own sauces so Id recommend getting a latte for anyone who is stopping in unless you dont mind the syrups.Still great place and nice character with friendly staff!Update:Decided to go back to finally try the sandwiches. Sadly I just missed the mark, and they are no longer serving sandwiches. Not sure if temporary or permanent. Will say Michaels English Muffins are still on point and I tried one of the pop tarts which were amazing.

This is a great little cafe! The drink selection is immense, perhaps a little overwhelming at first. Theres a good selection of pastries and they do feature a special waffle. The prices are comparable to the big chains. The ambiance of the cafe is chill. There were a good number of folks on computers mixed with folks meeting and a couple just enjoying the cafe. Id highly recommend and will return.

Absolutely love this place! The best flavored lattes I have ever had (and I have had a lot 😀). Their black coffee is also very good and I dont order black coffee anywhere else now. The staff is great! I havent had any of the food there yet but they have a great selection!

The baristas were excellent and deserve 5 stars. Additionally, my wife got a lazy Sunday and she enjoyed it.Regarding my breve cappuccino, I did not enjoy it. It was not smooth to drink and was more acidic than expected. This was our first time, and its possible this was a one time case, so well happily go back. Just want to note that my cappuccino was a bit underwhelming giving the exceptional reviews and in person experience we had.

I loved the atmosphere of NoRa but unfortunately the milk in our drinks tasted off. We were running on a schedule and I’m sure they would have rectified things if we had the time to talk to them about this but it still is concerning that potentially off milk slipped through the cracks.

One of my favorite cafe in Raleigh! The environment is nice and cozy. They have good coffee and some pastries like muffin, scone, and croissant. The staff are friendly. They also have a cute decoration. The door which costumers can write on, is my favorite piece!

I love this neighborhood spot! The latte menu is so fun and delicious, they have a good amount of seating inside and out, and the food is sooo good if you’re looking for a bite especially breakfast. They are a great business to have in the community, and we really enjoyed some of their events like parking lot movie screenings etc.

What a fun little place! It was spacious but felt so cozy with all of the garden fairies and decor for sale. The coffee flavors were unique and the baked goods melt in your mouth. A perfect place to take a mom for mothers day.

I love this neighborhood Cafe. You wouldnt expect such a cool café in the middle of north Raleigh! The baristas are super nice, and I love the baked goods!

Honestly, I love the cafe study vibes here because tables are big, its relatively quiet, and theres a good selection of drinks and snacks if you get a little hungry! The only downside is the one worker here who took my order; he was pretty rude in tone and ruined my experience that day because it seemed like he was salty about people coming here for long periods of time to study. Its a cafe, so not sure what else youd expect, but all Id like to say is, it doesnt cost a cent to be nice.

The ambience is... well kind of terrible. There are fluorescent lights everywhere, its not cozy at all. The outdoor area is okay. The food, while pretty tasty, is expensive for what it is. My bf and myself each got a small waffle sandwich and a coffee drink to the tune of almost $30... probably wont be back.

Seriously some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. And the pastries and English muffins are excellent. Super friendly and personable staff, too. Love the ambiance, though I didn’t stay long due to Covid, sadly. Speaking of that, this place seems to take safety very seriously. Plastic partitions in sitting/reading areas, all the staff were masked, outdoor seating is available. All very reassuring. I’ll DEFINITELY be back. 🙂

Nice locally owned and operated coffee shop with its own atmosphere. They have a cup size that has free refills just go to the counter and asking though refill your coffee cup. They have Wi-Fi with the password for patrons. It’s in the shopping center with the Food Lion, if you’re facing the Food Lion it’s to your left.

It seems we have become regulars here. No regrets. The coffee is really great, the staff will remember your order if you come enough and their London fog tea is amazing. Nora Cafe is a favorite for my husband and I! We came here the first time a couple months ago and loved it. We run community life events at our apartment community, and we served Nora Cafe drip coffee at one of our events in November and the other residents LOVED IT! We are so grateful for this gem!

Cute cafe. Free and pretty available parking. Lots of coffee options. Also there is a menu of customer drink favorites and seasonal drinks. Good array of food options. Plenty of seating. My favorite part of the small library and board games to play.

Immediately greeted by the friend staff when I walked in and they had clear covid-19 preventative measures, which is a fantastic first impression. I asked them what they recommended and they had a list of some customer favorites as well as offered some holiday drinks that werent on the menu yet. I tried the Lazy Sunday which was on the customer recommendations and it was incredible. all that coupled with a nice relaxing cafe atmosphere lots of inside and outside seating available books that you can buy and read, areas with unique features that you can sit down and work at read at chit chat, all over just a really great cafe spot. Additionally their restrooms were super clean which is icing on the cake. 10/10 I definitely recommend this spot.

Popped in for a quick espresso today. It was at least as good as any espresso Ive ever had (probably the best!!). It was bursting with bright lemony notes, which is something I look for in my espresso and rarely find. I will be back, regularly :)

My new favorite coffee shop!! I absolutely love their selection of latte flavors and the coffee itself is such good quality. Online ordering is extremely fast too, which is always a plus for me! Also, the staff here is always so friendly, you really do feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door! Overall, excellent coffee and a very pleasant atmosphere, easily making this place my favorite in the area :)

Love this adorable cafe! The owners and staff are wonderfully kind. Drinks and food are delicious. They even sell books from another local busniess Dog-Eared Books for only $1. Outside COVID times, they host events for authors, artists, and more. Great place!

As a customer and someone who picks up for the food bank, this coffee shop is the most pleasant place to stop. The employees are always kind, the food offered is excellent, the shop is kept pristine, and the drinks are amazing. Love ordering from the specials menu. Today I had a spiced iced London fog called a fall fog. It was just the thing for a fall afternoon enjoying the sunshine from an outside table. Fast and friendly. Live that it is locally owned and operated.

I went to NoRa for the first time this morning and it was fantastic!! Great and friendly service and my chai tea latte was amazing and was ready in less than 2 minutes!! I also love how dog friendly it is!! 10/10 would recommended and will come back!

NoRa is the best local coffee shop! They have a bunch of delicious coffee/no coffee drinks and pastries and also offer a bunch of activities like movies for all age, game nights and other events during the week and the most important thing is they are very strict following covid guidelines so I feel very safe in there.

Always prompt and correct, staff is nice and attentive. As good as when it was Maudes but with a more functional space. I appreciate the local bakery items and book selection available, as well.

My first time visiting was today. It will definitely not be my last. I got the fall honey latte and I can tell its already a favorite. I usually dont write reviews after visiting once, but I feel good about this one.

I absolutely love this coffee shop! The drinks are top notch and their pastry selection is amazing as well (if you’re going early in the AM, they tend to run out of things). I also love the atmosphere here, open and homey at the same time. I will regularly go to work on my computer and just hang out!

They have shifted tables and added plastic to meet the Governors requirements but still a great place.
