Lots of great coffee and Latte options. Had a plan waffle for lunch and it was delicious. Staff was nice and helpful for a first timer.

Order two acai bowls to go. Delicious! We tried the monkey bowl and the B bowl. Place was cute, you can tell it was a hangout before Covid hit. Will definitely be going back.

Got the açaí bowl and it was amazing. They make it fresh so it takes some time, but the wait is WORTH IT. The fruits were fresh and the portion is a lot for the price. Will be returning!

The pictures and ads brought me here but it’s basically a scam.Customer service horrible horrible, 4 employees and not one of them attempted to greet us as we were also the only ones in the store. 3 girls giggling with the male employee. Not much else happening here, see from the pics how they keep nothing in stock or in shelves and how dead it is. I’m disappointed, i think the place had potential.

I loved it!I went with my sister because I saw this place in instagram and had to give them a try. Im so happy we did. First off, the smoothie was delicious and it was sweetened with honey. Big plus. Then there was the concha ice cream sandwich. This thing was as big as my head! Stuffed with ice cream, sliced strawberries, and a chocolate drizzle, first bite and I loved it! The cereal milk latte was delicious and topped with fruity pebbles. I have a weakness for fruity pebbles.I loved everything I tried here and I cant wait to go try some more!

If i could give this no stars i would. Came here about 2 months ago never going back. I saw the reviews and lots of people talking about how good everything was, so I decided to drive to Raleigh and go to this place. Was very disappointed, the staff kept flirting with each other, didnt pay attention to the people coming in. Something that made me very mad was that they handle cash and credit cards and then went right away and touch the food didnt even wash their hands when they have a sink there and no one used it. This one young lady grabbed the receipt from the trash and then continued touching food. After that me and my family walked out.

Delicious!! Youve got to try the horchata ice cream. Ill definitely be going back to try the rest of the menu.

I love this place! The service is great, and the drinks are so delicious every time. I think they also have a vegan option, though I havent tried it. I hope to go back and try the sundae!

I was influenced to come here while visiting the Triangle area by one of my Instagram friends. I love Horchata and had to check it out.We got a mazapan Horchata (a peanut based Mexican dessert) and a mini concha ice cream sandwich with Horchata ice cream and a dulce de leche drizzle.Both were amazing. Id never had a concha pastry before and I loved it. It was perfect for an ice cream sandwich. The Horchata ice cream was delicious.It was also my first time having anything mazapan flavored (not the same as marzipan). The peanut flavor covered up the cinnamon in the Horchata a bit, but it was just as delicous.This is an awesome, unique little dessert shop and Im so glad we made it to check it out!

Uninspiring. I was largely disappointed with my visit today but I want to come back later in case it was just a bad day. My spouse and I came in and ended up standing awkwardly for about 5 minutes before anyone came to ask if we had been helped. When we finally said we hadnt, the girl who asked me ended up leaving for a few more minutes before actually coming to take our order. After our order was taken, we were given two incorrect drinks and the churros we ordered were half frozen and cold to the touch.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I love their horchata, but they also do coffee, macchiatos, and boba tea as well. I mentioned that I’d never had mango boba, and they let me try a complimentary drink! I’ll definitely be coming back many more times!

Hands down best customer service I’ve had. The staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. The store is extremely clean and well designed. The food and drinks are top notch! Wide variety of different items and the staff is more than happy to answer any questions. Definitely a great family environment! I love it that it has a “Lele doll” representing my country Mexico. The açaí bowls are not that sweet which is great because the topping are already sweet enough. The tiramisu is really good! And the piña drink was very good too.

The Food and Product are great but the timing is everywhere! Their either always closing early or closed in general! Went on a Sunday recently and called twice about 40 mins prior to their closing time to place an order and just pick up! Got to the store ten mins before their posted closing time and the doors were locked! They were cleaning and didnt even look at the door! Like i said the food is great the location is clean and modern! Just have to work on a set closing time and actually close at that time not ten mins prior!

Definitely not a welcoming environment. The women at the counter have absolutely no idea of customer service. They look at you without recommending anything. When your drinks are ready, they don’t even call them out, and put them on an obscure corner. I waited 10 minutes and had to ask the register girl for my drink. The quality and pace of Starbucks just isn’t there yet they charge the same price.

Great café place in north Raleigh. The coffee experience is unique. I always get served with a smile and quick service. It’s in close proximity to the NCDIT & Coastal Credit Union headquarters which is great for a business brunch or pick me up.

Really bad atmosphere. I walked in with no welcome, employees took forever to give me my flan. Smoothies we ordered took about 10 minutes to make and it wasnt busy. Ive been to better ice cream shops

I’m so happy I found this coffee shop I love coffee and I love horchata what more can I say?this is by far the best horchata I’ve ever had maybe even better than we had in our recent trip to Mexico.I asked the girl at the register if I could sample them and she was kind enough to give me and my husband a sample of each one, let me just tell you we can get carry away with questions.Shewas so patient and helpful that I ended up ordering a mini concha ice cream sandwich with horchata ice cream and an horchata iced macchiato since my husband couldn’t decide what to get he ordered two small horchatas a traditional horchata and a strawberry horchata everything was so yummy that we ended up taking an order of churros to go.
