Michael Reinhardt sales and Elaine Davis warranty go above and beyond to make sure my needs are taken care of!I have worked with Michael for several years and he has been very consistent and made sure all my needs were taken care of whenever needed!Elaine Davis has been awesome to work with! She is very considerate and detail oriented. We have had a great working relationship and I look forward to working with her in the future!

Brock Cabinets is a great company. From start to finish they do quality work. Their service department is amazing and when Elaine Davis stepped in, the department transformed to delivering superior quality and scheduling accuracy. She has done a tremendous job. They have a great crew at Brock from Dennis N., Sara W., to Elaine Davis. Great work Brock.

I work with a home builder who uses Brock Cabinets as a cabinet vendor in our various communities of new residential construction. Brocks are easily reached to schedule an appointment for a home owner with a warranty request. Elaine Davis is prompt and timely in responding to these requests and scheduling with home owners and always is very willing to help me out.

Ive been dealing with Brock Cabinets for a few years. I have been pleased with the response time, scheduling accuracy and installation throughout. Elaine Davis in the service department has been exceptional to work with, shes answered my questions and concerns immediately.

Recently moved to the area and had a difficult time finding a quality cabinet company until I called Brock Cabinets. Ammon and his team were instrumental in designing my dream kitchen. The cost of the project was very reasonable. Their installers were courteous and very thorough. I couldn’t be more happier and highly recommend Brock Cabinets.

Run dont walk away from this business. We worked with the Youngsville store, and even though the family name is on their stores, the owners do not show pride in their work or customer service. We had to call them numerous time for them to correct issues regarding our kitchen installation. It must have taken them four or five times to get the granite installation to an acceptable level; the granite installation was never correct. I do not recommend Brock Cabinets.

I’d give them less than one star if I could. Cabinets were promised to be delivered and installed three weeks after we paid. After 5 weeks we finally got a response and on the schedule. They told us 8 am for the install and then didn’t show up til after 10 am. Several cabinets were damaged and ordered incorrectly. They installed what they had, the hinges are loose and incorrect, they broke our floor tile and didn’t even tell us. They left things a mess as well as leaving the incorrect and damaged cabinets for us to dispose of at our cost in the dump I suppose. The correct cabinets were reordered and promised within 2 weeks. A month later they finally show up, though one cabinet was lost and has to be delivered later. Install was to be today at noon. It is now almost 5 pm and they are a no show. This company has zero communication and horrible to non existent customer service. Randy our sales rep is the worst.

This was the cabinetry company our builder used to install our cabinets. To all local residents and especially building companies PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not respond to emails and calls, even from the builder and they are not very skilled in installing cabinets. We have a brand new house and after we moved in they were supposed to come fix some issues with our cabinets (mainly because the builder couldnt get in touch with them prior to closing). It took them 3 months to finally schedule with us, and they still didnt fix everything in the list. A perfect example of how SORRY this company is is the fact that behind one of our cabinet drawers we found construction dust and wood fragments which means they looked in that empty space, saw the dust and filth AND INSTALLED THE DRAWER RIGHT OVER IT. I cant wrap my head around a company that expects for customers to pay them, but does NOTHING to ensure they hold up their side of the bargain. Please scroll to the next company on your Google search, maybe they can actually provide the service yourey searching for...because it surely isnt Brock Cabinets.

This company is rude, unresponsive and clearly do not want to do business with people. Emails and phone calls go ignored and a person set up a time with me twice to come measure the kitchen for a quote and TWICE did not show up or call. Go do business with another company that at least treats you with respect.

I had an HORRIBLE experience with Brock Cabinets of Youngsville. They supposedly ordered a bathroom cabinet door before we closed on our house in October. It is now February and this door has been re-ordered 4 times because they cant seem to order the right size. Their customer service is horrible! I had an appointment at 3, the guy showed up at 5:30 and had no idea why he was there! I have to repeatedly call to see what the status is and schedule myself. No one keeps up with this stuff there. Im at my wits end and not sure what else to do with them. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! Worst experience EVER!

What ever you do . DO NOT i repeat DO NOT even think about doing business with this so called company . the owner Ammon Brock is about the poorest business man in every aspect . zero customer service . zero return phone calls, emails, and texts . quality of workmanship is was terrible . installers cut every corner they could . even tried to install a cracked damadged cabinet . I have no idea how this place stays in business but im pretty sure it wont be for long ..

The installer put up damaged cabinets without saying anything. Tried to hide bad fitting counter tops and was rude when asked any questions. The counter top was replaced 2 times a shelf was replaced 2 times and I found damaged cabinets a year after installation. I am sure Brock will deny responsibility. I do not recommend them. Not pleased.

They are fantastic in providing top quality product and service, very responsive to my calls and emails. highly recommended.

Horrible quality and customer service. Cant wait to rip these things out of our kitchen and get better cabinets.

Cabinets are extremely low quality, scratched dinged, missing pieces, I dont think level or measuring tape ever get used, holes and spaces between cabinets, absolute nightmare.
