The cabinets are beautiful, but I would highly recommend finding a separate installer to install. It seems like, of the folks leaving reviews, the install is the common problem and sadly, we were not an exception.We did move the install out by a week when our electrician couldnt make it. It is normal industry practice to shift the date once without a change fee, and Bryan seemed fine with it and didnt mention a date-change fee. Then, Bryan moved out the install by almost 2 weeks when his first install team quit/was fired. (According to them, they asked for a plan for the install and he refused.) We were understanding that things happen and appreciated the flexibility when we needed to change the service.However, Bryan has now sent multiple harassing texts about an invoice for these changes to the schedule. He still has not actually installed the cabinets as Adam planned and was agreed upon.On top of this: I am 5 months pregnant -- this kind of harassment is not only unprofessional, but may result in legal action on our side if it continues. Is this the kind of professional you want to have your phone number? Come in your home? Work on your project?Adams design was beautiful, and his cabinets were great, but do yourself a HUGE favor and find another install team.

Ive remodeled several kitchens on my own, and I was thrilled to have the help from Cabinets to Go. Adam was wonderful. He looked at our dimensions, listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions that we had not thought of, and the whole project turned out great. Would definitely use again.

If I could give a zero star review for this company I would. My experience with Cabinets to Go in Raleigh started with a simple phone call asking when the Greensboro location would open. An employee took my name and phone number and said they would call back promptly with an answer. Well no one called back, that should of been my first clue that this location, possiblely company, is incompetent. A couple of days later I called back to book an appointment with Kimberly to come into the store and pick out cabinetry and countertops in hopes to find some nice selections for the new construction of my familys home. I traveled an hour with home plans in hand to make this appointment. When I walked into the store with my mother we got several surprised looks from the employees but Kimberly was most shocked as she didnt even have me booked for an appointment! After realizing she made a mistake, 30 minutes later, we were able to move forward. I picked out cabinetry and countertops for both the kitchen and bathrooms and flooring for the entire house. After sitting with Kimberly for an hour while she struggled to put together my kitchen finally the owner, Adam, stepped into help. The appointment took over two hours and I left that appointment with the impression that they were going to put together a quote of the choices I made for my home in 3 to 5 days. I even sent them an email the next day with several Pinterest pictures of the farmhouse style of the cabinetry I liked, no response from Kimberly or Adam. I called and spoke with Adam on the Monday of the next week and when we first spoke he had trouble remembering me and had to look up my name only to find that neither him or Kimberly had started to work on my quote. He reassured me that he would send me the quote by the end of the week via email. Well Friday arrived and still no communication! I called and spoke with Adam that morning and once again he struggled to remember me and said he would get back to me today with the information I requested. If your still reading you probably know how this all ends, he never called back or contacted me since! This place has horrible customer service and obviously doesnt want or need my business. I have since worked with Lowes in Pittsboro and that have designed my homes cabinetry and countertops for the entire house in just one week. They are organized and professional, just ask for Lisa as she does amazing work. As for Cabinets to Go in Raleigh you all need to get your act together or you will go out of business!!

Ordered a complete kitchen - cabinets, countertops, sink. Allot of surprise expenses and allot of waiting to get it done. Cabinets were incorrectly installed and replacements are no longer in stock. Countertops took weeks. Almost a month so far without a kitchen and no sense of urgency by them to get it done. Numerous calls had to be made by us to get things done and alot of no return calls.

Horrible....ordered 2 cabinets for my kitchen island and one drawer faceplate came damaged and one door. The drawers itself dont come with pre drilled holes for the knobs. Only the back of the faceplate for the drawer. When I called up the customer service phone number the girl said they dont pre drill the hole because some people like to use pulls and not knobs and dont want to see a hole in the drawer but there is already 3 wood screws that connect the faceplate that you see anyway. I dont think anybody would care about a 4th...for the money you spend on them it isnt worth the money....run away fast!!!! Horrible design....they are like car dealers...once they get your money they can care less

This is probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever experienced. They pushed back shipping for weeks then when it came in they were damaged and had no back up. I would not recommend this store whatsoever.

My friend ordered cabinets from this company, THEY TOOK MORE THAN A MONTH TO COME and it did not even come with a handle or probably failed to mention it did not come with handles. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION skills and LACK of professionalism.

Not a positive experience with Cabinets-to-Go. This is due to errors and issues made by our salesman. My husband and I used this company for new flooring, kitchen sink, four faucets, and flooring. Every product had an issue(s) associated with the process except the kitchen sink. A wrong base cabinet was ordered even though I was clearly explicit in what I wanted. This held up the process of getting our counter tops templated and installed. There was zero sense of urgency by Cabinets-To-Go and our salesman to get the correct cabinet. Initially told the correct cabinet was ordered and would have to wait a week for it to arrive. On the date of expected arrival, I was informed that the cabinet did not arrive and would be another week. My husband called the Cabinets-To-Go headquarters in Tennessee and was informed an order was never placed for the correct cabinet. After the call to corporate the Raleigh store manager called me to say the cabinet would be expedited to the store for installation. Initially we were overcharged for our four faucets and it took numerous emails over several weeks to get the price adjusted and a refund issued. When our salesman came out to do our flooring measurements, he counted his steps instead of using a tape measure. This resulted in a significant flooring shortage that delayed flooring completion for a week. He was even told the square footage of the house at our first store meeting and order placement. We initially were planning on using Cabinets-To-Go to do our countertops but later changed to a company that was less expensive. The new company’s template measurement was nearly three times more that the initial measurement we received from Cabinets-To-Go. This was a huge difference we didn’t expect financially as we were under assumption the initial Cabinets-To-Go measurement was somewhat accurate.Finally, a huge frustration at the end of the project was the lack of follow-up from Cabinets-To-Go. No one, not even the manager who ended up taking over our project, called to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Overall satisfied with the product but too many issues and errors with salesman and Cabinets-To-Go to be able to recommend them.

If your looking for decent RTA cabinets at a reasonable price, then this is your place. If you plan on using any of the cabinets to go installation services, DO NOT! Once you can actually get someone to answer a phone call or show up to do the work, you’ll regret they ever did. After having our countertops installed we were left with the wrong size countertops that didn’t match up with our island columns, a giant crack in one of our cabinets and a scratch across the top of our dishwasher. We haven’t had a kitchen sink in approximately 7 weeks, trying to get this mess straightened out. So definitely shop around before settling on their install teams, just because it’s convenient.*will have pictures up soon*

I gave the correct measurements yet they sent the wrong sizes, their are still a lot of missing parts that are yet to be delivered, and poor customer service; wouldnt even call back when I asked repeatability.

Ask for Adam! He got me a good deal on some fine cabinets, a new stainless farmhouse sink, a faucet, a good formica countertops, and installation for the low price of $6,000!! It was a good bargain!

We wandered in to see what kind of shaker cabinets they would have available along with some design help. Jasmine was amazing! She took the time to sit with us and draw up plans for TWO kitchens. She was patient and knew her stuff! She asked all the right questions and helped us tremendously! Go with Jasmine! You will not be disappointed!

We had an excellent experience with Jasmine & Jason. Jasmine did our measurements, layout, and put up with me when I couldnt make up my mind what I wanted! The orders were in Raleigh when promised and they were always available when we had install questions.

I got two kitchens from cabinets to go. Delighted with the service from Jasmine and the team. My requirements were heard and solutions proposed. Ill be back for my third in the next month. So so happy!

We walked into Cabinets to Go on a whim at the very beginning stages of our kitchen project. Jasmine helped us and came up with an awesome design based on our verbal description of the space. She was so spot-on that, once we added the measurements, the design stayed pretty much the same. She was kind and patient in answering our questions and when she took time off, she referred us to Adam, her manager, who was great as well.We have assembled kitchens before and were not strangers to the DIY kitchen and found the product to be good quality and easy to assemble. We had 19 cabinets assembled and hung in just a few days.We would definitely recommend this store and this product in the future!

Dont trus on this peopleI been waiting for one cabinests of 3 months,And we dont get any answer from them.I place the order on April and they telling me that I have to wait until September for my cabinets this is ridiculous.Dont order cabinets with them unless you like to wait for 6 months.

Awful, awful company. Do not work with Ted under any circumstances. Unprofessional and incompetent. Started with the measurement. Cabinets themselves are nice, but not worth the process of getting them ordered and installed. Stay away from this place.

If you order from CTG, our suggestion is that you DO NOT complete the demo on your current kitchen until the cabinets are visibly sitting in front of you! His recommended contractor completed the demo according to the original expected date, and we sat in construction through several delays. There was very poor communication from Jason regarding the status of our cabinets. He wanted full payment before our inventory was accounted for, and even threatened us with a lawsuit. The customer service, and multiple delays were the negative experience. The cabinets are great, however we will not be repeat customers.

Adam was a great help in ordering the products that I needed and making sure that I was able to get my job done in a timely manner.

Stay away. Take your business somewhere else. Took 2 months to receive bath vanity and counter top. After waiting and lack of help or return calls, my counter top was shattered once I opened the box. Very disappointed with cabinets to go. Well see what they do about my counter top.

All I can say is CTG is not the old CTG that is reflected in the many reviews that can be found on the internet. After 2 years of looking many times in Lowes, Home Depot and other prominent cabinet stores I came across a CTG online as the big box store prices for the full plywood construction aka top of the line tier 3 cabinets (there are basically 3 quality levels of cabinets 1) only plywood face (door & frame, particle board sides and shelves) 2) plywood doors, frame & sides w/particle board shelves & bottom n top) and 3) all solid wood construction) were just too expensive/over priced not to mention you have to order all or nothing. Where as CTG is willing to let you order your kitchen or bathroom pieces one at a time or all at once, requiring only a 50% deposit up front and the rest payable upon taking delivery/pick up from their showroom. And if youre worried about color match doing it piece meal, dont as CTG cabinets maintain a consistently colored finish order to order, week in & week out. Assembly is a breeze so long as you take your time and dont rush. Mounting will be easier with 2 people but believe it or not it can be done by yourself with a little forethought and planning. Even if you dont want to hang them yourself you can at least assemble them and then hire someone to hang them and still come out a lot cheaper than the big box stores and get a lot higher quality cabinet. My sales representative and designer is Jasmine and shes on the money! However, Jason, Caroline & Ted (warehouse manager) complete the CTG team and are of the utmost professionalism and go above and beyond to ensure you have the best cabinet/counter top buying experience possible! No, CTG is NOT the one from the old reviews! It has a new CEO, a new distribution center based in Tennessee, top notch corporate office, customer service and the best part and face of CTG, sales design teams in their showrooms! If anyone has any doubts then allow me to put your mind at ease. Cabinets to Go is the WAY TO GO!

We purchased a small vanity with a cultured marble top 2 years ago. The top bleeds color whenever we clean it, despite sealing. Had called several times and spoke with the manager to find out why that is happening. Have yet to get a call returned. Am not impressed, and will not do business here again.

Terrible service and after they didnt follow through with their guarantee that cost me extra money. The store manager told me there was nothing he could do about it. I will NEVER return to CTG nor refer anyone to them. Customer service sucks!
