My husband and I built our forever home recently. When we started talking about the kitchen we started off at Home Depot and worked with their cabinet department and I am SO glad we did not stop there. Their prices were insane!!!! I did a google search and contacted Giovanni and immediately knew he was going to be the one to do our kitchen because of how responsive he was. From the planning period all the way through the installation, he was incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful. I had such a hard time nailing down the layout (I think I changed my mind at least 10 times!) but Giovanni was so accommodating and allowed me to make the changes I wanted- even setting up virtual reality to allow me to see the space. My job was on the small to medium size. I liked that they had a showroom where I could see the choices. Cabinets and installation was faster than I expected (only a couple weeks as I did not order anything custom made). I did the demo of the old cabinets myself to save some money. We started construction on our new home around March of this year. This was our first truly custom built home from picking the lot to having plans drawn up, it was our dream home. I made the decision to select and negotiate with all the suppliers on the large parts of the home like the exterior stone/brick, HVAC, cabinets, windows and doors. Im all about finding the best quality at an affordable price.We knew from the start the kitchen was our main focal point, due to our large family gatherings every few months. We met with a custom cabinet builder in our area and quickly learned they were way out of our price range. Our builder recommended another local cabinet company and we met with them a few times trying to nail down the design and options. They just could not get their act together with staff changing mid stream. I then met another cabinet company at a local home show, who would never even provide me a quote, why did they waste money on a trade show booth...I then Googled local cabinet shops in Raleigh and ran across Triangle Cabinets and did what youre doing, read the reviews and read nothing but positive comments about how Giovanni cared and went the extra mile for his customers. After we met with Giovanni at his store, I was more than impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about the cabinet business. He was very patient with my wife and I as we met with him numerous times over a few month period deciding which cabinet style, color and options. We knew we had to stay within our budget and Giovanni took the extra time to recommend changing to another cabinet manufacture, that offered great quality cabinets with standard features that were extra dollars from other manufactures.He also helped us on all the granite top selections, and when the fabricator made a mistake on our selection, he worked with us and the fabricator to ensure we were happy with the outcome.With any project, there will be issues, its how those issues are resolved that make the difference. We ended up selling our home that we had originally installed cabinets from Triangle Cabinets a few years ago. We had no choice but to use the home builders cabinet suppliers. Instead of purchasing the cabinet options for the laundry room and above a desk from the builder, we decided to save a buck and do it ourselves. It was a very small cabinet project. I figured purchasing something from Lowes would be the simplest route. After speaking with Giovanni, he showed me a much better quality cabinet that would match our existing cabinets and also provide soft close features. It was a few dollars more than what I was looking at, but he also provided me all the necessary trim pieces and most importantly advice on how to ensure I install them correctly so they look good. This was the first time I installed my own cabinets, so lets just say it was a learning experience and good thing I have a day job. Im pretty handy and did get it done and they look great and the wife is pleased. Like my last home, Giovanni takes a hands-on approach and was very responsive to all my needs and answered many questions during the project.

We made an excellent decision when we selected Triangle Cabinets for our laundry room cabinets. Giovanni was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and provided guidance when he came to our house. We were equally pleased with Luis, who installed our cabinets. He explained several options for placement of the cabinets, the shelves and the door pulls and completed the installation exactly as we wanted. While our job was a small one, Giovanni and Luis made us feel valuable and provided an outstanding product and customer service.

We were introduced to Giovanni by a trusted friend/contractor and Im so glad we were. As others have said, he was patient during our cabinet selection and he steered us in the right direction when it came to price/performance. Our lake house is about 1.5-2 hours away from Raleigh but he still accepted the job and ultimately his team worked until pretty late to complete the job in 1 day. While the photo is before the stainless appliances have arrived, I think you will still appreciate the job and especially their willingness to provide the unique granite backsplash framing the entire window. Overall we are very pleased with the job.

Giovanni is a kind and caring business owner who is very customer service oriented. We had the bathroom cabinets replaced by him and have the granite countertops replaced under his contract. He offered great suggestions and went above and beyond to fix unforeseen challenges and his pricing is very competitive considering his service ad product quality.Two suggestions for him: Create a check list of things a client has agreed upon including details such as type of granite corner style and the pricing for each component, and have the client sign it. This will help to reduce communication effort. Having a little more effort on monitoring the granite installation work to make sure the parts arrived are correct because suncontractors may not always be as excellent as Giovanni.Overall, we would definitely use him again for future projects! He is a man of faith and someone we can trust!

Very rare combination of having the customer service and salesman and installer all in one person! Brought samples to my house to be sure we got what we wanted, and was there to follow up until it was all perfect. So much more personal than a big box store or an online catalog. Great quality too.

Giovanni is exceptional. His work is impeccable, and most importantly, he is honest and fair. We had a small but involved cabinet repair that was a little too big for a handyman, but most cabinetmakers were not willing to take the job. Giovanni came out on a Saturday, 2 days after I contacted him, and made a plan about how to fix the cabinet. It looks BEAUTIFUL now, and I am so happy to have my cabinet back. He also charged considerably less than what we had been quoted by others. We are so thankful we found Giovanni, and we will definitely be recommending his work to friends and contacting him in the future.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I cant say enough good things about working with Giovanni. He is the most pleasant, fair and dedicated contractor we had to deal with when building our house. He is quick to respond with the numerous emails, texts, etc. He is dedicated to make sure the cabinet design is what we could expect and more. Like most, his service doesnt end when he is done. He has no problems coming back and still very easy to get a hold of for minor things. This isnt an easy process because it takes so much time to design the whole house and we had a lot of cabinets, kitchen, laundry, master, secondary baths, learning center (2 desks), and a couple sets of bookcases. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy from start to finish.

This review is long overdue. We have had our cabinets now for almost a year from Triangle Cabinets. Our experience was excellent. Giovanni made this experience very good and easy for us. He answered all of our questions very promptly and had a great deal of patience while we made our decisions. I will definetely say we are very happy with the quality of cabinets. We have a toddler who likes to bang on the cabinets and drive his trucks into them and they still look brand new!! We would definetely recommend Triangle Cabinets and will definetely do business with them when we remodel our bathrooms.
