I ended up picking the first dress I tried on and Brooklyn picked it. The shop is also very plus sized friendly which made me feel comfortable. 100% recommend any bride to be to shop at Savvi.

Literally a dream come true experience buying a wedding dress. There was no pressure and everyone helping was so sweet. Literally can’t stop smiling . Callie was amazing and the owner and rest of their team everyone is just there to make you feel special, confident, and comfortable. From the time you walk in from the time you walk out it’s a blissful environment to be in! With that said, I said yes to the dress!!!! Can’t wait to come back and explore items for bridal party! I had the best experience at Savvi. Upon arrival, my family and I were greeted by Carolina. She sat me down and asked about details of our wedding along with my style of dress. She had my group take a look at some dresses on the floor while she went in the back to make her selection. I didnt try on any of the dresses we chose. Both dresses she picked for me were perfect and captured my dream dress. The 2nd one I tried on was THE one. I purchased the celebration package which was perfect for my mothers and sisters while waiting for us to come out to show off the dresses. Thank you Savvi for making the experience and moment a true celebration.

This was an absolute dream come true! Sara greeted up and asked lots of thoughtful questions about our big day. She was very patient with me as I had no idea what I wanted. The environment was very relaxed and friendly and Sara was incredible. I am on the bigger side and had PLENTY of gorgeous gowns to try on that made me feel comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will be back several times before the wedding for bridesmaids dresses, suits and the like I am sure!

I was blown away at how accommodating the women at Savvi were! They listened to everything I wanted, helped me pick out dresses, helped me INTO the dresses, and ultimately I chose one of the dresses that they picked out for me after listening to everything I liked and didnt like. Natalia was amazing and they also recommended a fantastic seamstress. The whole experience was seamless except for the whole global pandemic postponing my wedding thing.

Savvi has wonderful dresses but even better their consultants. Callie was absolutely phenomenal in helping me find my perfect wedding dress. Super attentive and offered just the right amount of input and paid attention to what I wanted without being pushy. She is amazing! You need a dress? Make this a place to visit!!

Brooklyn and Denise were great! Brooklyn was so excited for me, made me feel comfortable and made the process so much easier. Denise was prompt with messages and updates as promised. My favorite part was how they respected my budget of $500. I was happy to see the selection of dresses in my price range, lots of gorgeous ones to choose from to my surprise. They provided the Tuxedo for my daughter’s wedding. Was very impressed with the quality of service and their cheerful attitude. They gave me a really good product and customized it to make it a really good fit. Absolutely loved the Tuxedo and will most definitely recommend and repeat them for any future need.

Savvi is just the right size, you dont feel overwhelmed or too closed in...great location, great music, great beverages, great consultants, and great dress selections. We had a fantastic time trying on wedding dresses. Carolina was wonderful! We finally said yes to my dream dress this week for my Disney dream wedding!!!

I was referred to this establishment by my best man for my upcoming wedding. So my fiance and I went there in search of suits for my guys and I. We did not receive any help for about 15 to 20 mins while in the store looking thru catalogs. We were then helped by a lady who gave us another book to look through. After us searching and finally coming up with the look we wanted to see about ordering and getting fitted. We just stood there waiting....seems like they were all over the place....we were then told by a older lady working the register. We could either wait 40 mins before we could be helped or we could come back.. mind u we were inside the store and people had come in while we were there...wasnt expecting to be put at the back of line. Not like they had appt. They walked in looking like we did...wonderful selection but terrible customer service... my best man was really saddened by the fact a place he used for his wedding was not as satisfactory for trying to help me with mine..

Went in for SUIT fitting after providing the info of the visit on the website, then on the phone, before going into store. We were asked what the reason was for the visit again and was shown tux outfits instead of suits, again having to clarify. After setting up what we thought would be good, we shopped around a bit and realized that the price was way too much because it was a custom order that they didnt have in store. Then when trying to get a refund on the overpriced bowties, they took 30 dollars out of refund for time spent. LoL what if shoe stores charged you for trying on shoes? Dont waste your time or money.

I went with my future daughter in law, her mother and brother to look for her wedding dress and had LC as our consultant. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to what the future bride and overheard some things we all were saying and came up with he perfect dress for her. There was another shop that she had an appt at, so we left Savvi and went there. It took all of about 30 minutes there. The consultant was nice enough but really seemed to rush her in every dress that she put on. So we went back to Savvi, and the bride to be tried on the dress that she really liked and chose it as HER DRESS. It is perfect for her.Thank you Savvi and LC for a great experience for us and the sweet bride to be.Oh, one more special thing, they served us a Mimosa, which was awesome.

I came to Savvi for wedding dress shopping and Callie was AMAZING!! Weve had multiple appointments at other stores and Callie by far was the most excited and enthusiastic assistant weve had. She made wedding dress shopping such a fun experience! We were so impressed that Im actually writing this review on the drive home. We ended up not buying a dress (yet) because I am an indecisive person, but their prices were incredible and they have a large selection. Thanks Callie/Savvi!!

While I won’t be able to use Savvi for my personal wedding due to it being out-of-state, my fiancé wore a Savvi tux provided for a styled shoot for a local vendor and has never looked better! Their inventory is gorgeous and I couldn’t believe how incredibly they were able to fit him after quickly popping in for measurements before the shoot (he is a bigger man and our tux rental near our destination wedding definitely took a lot longer). I highly recommend Savvi for tux rentals because of this :).

ZERO STARS. The City of Raleigh has a mask mandate, but Savvi employees are not wearing masks. Clearly they have no regard for the safety of their customers. And management doesn’t care at all about the safety of employees.

Savvi was absolutely wonderful, I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with them but specifically LC! I ended up making an appointment with Savvi late the night before and I already had several appointments setup for that next day with other bridal shops. When I got to Savvi, I was more concerned with making it to all of my other appointments on time. I ended up cancelling all of them even before I found the “one”. LC was so awesome to work with, super sweet and listened to what I liked and didn’t like about the dresses and adjusted the dress selection accordingly. After trying on several, I found the one and could not thank LC enough! She knew what I was looking for and made the entire experience so much fun and something I’ll always remember. LC also recommended a tailor, Victoria’s Bridal which I couldn’t be happier with. Thank you to all and thank you, LC!! Would recommend Savvi to anyone!

I had an AMAZING experience at Savvi with LC!I originally came in to try on dresses in May. LC was so helpful in helping me find a mix of what I had in my brain with what flattered my body the most. Actually, the first dress she put me in was the one I ended up purchasing— she figures out her brides so quickly!I didn’t purchase on my first visit. I had the intention of trying other stores just to be sure. I ended up not even going to other stores because I couldn’t get that dress out of my head! When I called in (during a sale) to see if I could come in and purchase that dress and when my future mother in law and sister in law were in town visiting, LC squeezed me in and made me feel extra special while trying it on one last time!!The boutique is in a shopping plaza but don’t let that deter you!! Once inside, you feel like you are inside a small, beautiful store. They also keep a few dresses on the floor and MANY more in the back! I cannot imagine someone not finding what they’re looking for at Savvi!I am having 2 weddings 6 months apart and there is no way that I’ll look for my second dress anywhere else!!! Savvi and LC are the way to go!!!

Had an awesome experience, it was so personable. Had such a great stylist. She was amazing and made it so special for me. It was so awesome, that even with it being busy on Saturday that she let me come back later that day to try on some more dresses before I found my dream dress. It was really awesome. My appointment was at 10 a.m. and no one else was there so with the entourage of eight people we had this big open space to all be able to see me try on the dresses. I purchased a bridesmaids dress for an upcoming wedding at Savvi. LC-our consultant, was AMAZING. Our dresses are gorgeous and fabulous quality, they also came super quick! The shop is beautiful and everyone is very welcoming. I went back a few months later in search for my own wedding. Again, LC was our consultant and absolutely awesome. Natalia and Denise were super great also! Everything about our experience was fantastic. I purchased a gorgeous Casablanca wedding gown, my bridesmaids purchased their dresses and our groomsmen are getting measured soon. Savvi has a huge selection for everyone in the wedding party-mothers/fathers also. I would definitely recommend without hesitation!

We visited this location after finding a bridesmaid dress for my daughter that we liked but was too expensive. We found an almost identical dress in this store and the friendly staff worked with us on pricing because there was a missing sash and we got an awesome discount. Super pleased with our experience at this location and would recommend to others!

I did not have a good experience at Savvi Bridal. When we first arrived, they showed me a book with pictures of super-thin models wearing dresses (which, admittedly, were not my style anyway, and also I’m a plus-size bride) and told me to flag ones I wanted to try. I finally decided on four, and they pulled them from the back and led me to a fitting room that also had a door leading to the stock room. To show my mom and sister-in-law the dresses I was trying on, I had to walk out in front of two other large parties. I felt like I had no privacy, but that wasn’t the worst thing about this place. The woman helping me was cold and unattached. When she heard I had tried on a dress the day before that I liked (but was out of my budget), she immediately started acting even MORE cold. As soon as she clipped the second dress to fit me, she asked me if it was “the one.” When I said probably not, she said “You’re stuck on that other dress you like. That’s what this is. You’re comparing all dresses to that one.” I wanted to say, “No, I just don’t like these dresses,” or “Maybe, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have an open mind!” I felt really rushed and pressured the whole time I was there (which felt longer than the 30 minutes it actually was).TL;DR - Small selection, cold staff, made me start to feel kinda bad about myself. Go somewhere else.

I had an amazing experience at Savvi yesterday. I stopped in about an hour before I was to be at a massage appointment. I just went in to see what options they had in case I wanted to make an appointment to try on gowns at a later date. I walked in and I immediately felt welcomed. Once I told them what I was looking for LC pulled out two dresses that fit my criteria. They were both gorgeous but the second one made me tear up and have goose bumps. It was perfect!!! Not to mention they made me feel completely at ease about getting my dress in on time. Even though I knew LC had somewhere she was supposed to be... she never made me feel pressured or rushed. This is a wonderful shop! My daughter found her wedding dress here after looking for months everywhere else. The staff were so patient with my daughter and really tried to match a dress according to her tastes rather than whats in vogue today. Bonus! The dress did not break the Piggy Bank. My daughter is so happy with her dress that she cant wait to wear it on her big day. They have formal dresses also for the bridesmaids, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, and tuxedos. Although we had already chosen those elsewhere they have a nice selection.

LC was the consultant that helped me out and she was great. She was very down to earth, friendly and honest. She picked out dresses that were exactly what I wanted which indeed led me to finding the perfect wedding dress! All the dresses she picked were within my budget which was great. My appointment was at 12 and I was seen right away. Will possibly try them for my bridesmaid dresses.

I got two prom dresses here and later my dream wedding dress, as well as a couple of bridesmaids dresses for weddings I was in. Denise and her team are friendly and helpful, and the space makes shopping fun! I have been happy with everything I have gotten here, and it has all been on time and as ordered.

I absolutely love Savvi. I had the best experience with these ladies. They are not too crowded where you feel like just another customer but they really take the time to help you find the perfect dress. Everything I ordered came in a timely fashion and just how I wanted it. I highly recommend!!!!!

I made an appointment and was set up with a stylist immediately. They gave me a book to look through and mark some dresses I liked. The stylist brought me those dresses and a few more to try. She did a great job or helping put them on and take them off. Their designer labels and prices are conspicuously labeled which is a good sign. Ultimately, I didnt find my dress here, but it was a quick and easy way to try on a few dresses and see if any of them were the one.

Overall, Savvi was really great. I will say that the shopping experience varied greatly between when I booked an appointment during a quiet weekday and when I came with my bridesmaids for our appointment to shop for their dresses on a Saturday morning. That being said, Nhaim worked with me to find my dress and was FANTASTIC. She pulled great dresses and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout all the try-ons. Both my dresses and the bridesmaid dresses arrived well ahead of schedule and without any issue.

Savvi is a fantastic place to get a wedding dress! They have a great selection of dresses that are beautiful and reasonably priced! The dressing area is more private than other stores I visited, and they immediately pulled three dresses for me to try on that were amazing. I am getting married outside, and there is great natural light at the front of the store. I could see exactly how the dress sparkled in the sunlight! I decided to get the second dress I tried on, and they recommended sashes and accessories that were a beautiful finishing touch. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful! If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT VISIT SAVVY FORMAL WEAR as I found the sales consultants to be apathetic, negligent and rude. I visited Savvy in June because I needed to have my measurements taken for a custom dress I was ordering and the reviews seemed, overall, positive. They took my measurements and I went home and ordered my dress. When I received my dress a month later, I couldnt even get it on. As it turns out there was a significant difference in the measurements they took and my actual measurements, like a five inch difference. Im no tailor, but Im fairly certain I could have taken my own measurements and gotten a more accurate read. Hell, Im fairly certain a blind, deaf monkey could have taken my measurements more accurately. I returned to the store to let someone know about the error and received the most insincere apology any sub-humanoid being could possibly muster. While I was there I noticed another customer rolling his eyes in frustration while waiting for some sales clerk who seemed to be hum-hawing around. Because my dress was custom made it could not be returned (and could not be salvaged) and I therefore had to order another dress, which turned out beautifully. The company gave me a discount which was delightful but the the whole ordeal was stressful which is not what a woman needs when planning her formal event. I recommend going elsewhere, as their customer service is basically non-existent.

Went here to buy suits for my wedding. They told me and my fiance that the suits would come tailored to each of us guys. When my brother went to get fitted, the lady said oh! We dont tailor here. Dont go here! Much better trustworthy places out there

Our consultant, Ashley, was very helpful and the moment there was a note of dislike in my sisters voice, it was off with the dress! She didnt have a clear favorite and they were very kind and accommodating about this considering she is from another state. They took her measurements & recorded both dress styles she liked so that she could call back later.We ended up going back to look at brides maids dresses without an appointment. They were pretty busy, but still very helpful in showing us dresses that were in the color we wanted and measuring us so we could order later once we made a final decision.

I cant imagine a better experience shopping for a wedding dress!! Me and two of my bridesmaids went on a Monday afternoon and had the changing/viewing area mostly to ourselves. My stylist (Natalia) was fun, knowledgable, and respectful of my budget! Once I picked my dress the staff came out and shot off streamers, gave us a delicious pastry, and took pictures of me and my bridesmaids. While theres intrinsic happiness when finding ones wedding dress, Savvi heightened the joy with all the extra touches. Even if I had not found my dress I would have left feeling happy and well cared for.

They had amazing customer service, and didnt try to sell me something out of my budget. They had wonderful advice, worked with what I needed, and, in the end, my entire Bridal party bought a dress from them! Definitely suggest them for any occasion. Thank you LC!

What a horrible start to my wedding dress search! This was the first store I visited and I can safely say I will never go back.I walked in at 6pm on a Monday evening & a woman who I will leave unnamed was working at the checkout counter. After greeting me with a very curt, “can I help you?” I walked up to the desk and explained that this was my first time visiting a bridal shop and I was curious to see what they had in stock. She told me that I couldn’t try anything on because it was a closed stock (wasn’t sure what that meant) and they had nothing actually on the floor that I could look at, so I would have to book an appointment and come back. She handed me a look book to go through then went back to what she was doing. Meanwhile, there were other customers in the store and when they left I noticed she didn’t even acknowledge them. I looked through the book, asking several questions about the store, the dresses, etc. and every time she responded very shortly and did not attempt to explain further or provide any more context or detail about their process or products/services. She then asked if I saw anything I liked to which I responded, “yes– if there’s a few I like here can I come back and try them on at a later date?” She was like “yes you would have to come back and make an appointment and then you would sit down with your family and look at the book and tell me which ones you like and then you can try them on.” I was very confused at first since she just told me that there was nothing in the store physically for me to try on so I thought that she would have to order the dresses or something to be there when I wanted to try them on. So then I was like “OK can I tell you the ones that I like now so that they’re here when I want to try them on?” And she was like “no I don’t have time right now... you can’t try anything on. And how would I know what you like the next time you come in if you tell me what you like now??”Apparently, according to her, what I though was not a natural conclusion to draw based on what she had said. Yikes.She was very defensive/rude and made me feel 1. very confused and 2. really dumb for having questions.Being a saleswoman and in the wedding industry myself, i’m pretty sure she has one job, and that is to make me feel excited and ready to try on dresses for the biggest day of my life.I was extremely taken aback by how I was treated here. The unfortunate part is, they did have several beautiful dresses that I would’ve loved to try on, however if that’s the way I’m going to be treated, I can only imagine how the rest of the sales process would have gone. I’m certainly much better off spending my money elsewhere.

Let me tell you! I had the best experience at Savvi Bridal. LC was my consultant and she was amazing! I came to this shop back in February with my sister to pick out her wedding dress. She also worked with LC. I knew then that when it was my turn to get a dress I wanted LCs help! She knew exactly what would look best on my body type and made me feel like a true bride. Im so thankful for her and Savvi Bridal. They have a great collection of dresses and great customer service. If youre looking for a wedding dress, definitely add them to your list!

I found my perfect wedding dress here! We also purchased the groom and groomsmen’s suits from savvi as well! Everything arrived in plenty of time and the consultant was wonderful to work with! They even got a belt to me very last minute. Wonderful experience!

I had an amazing experience with LC at Savvi. This was my first stop in to look at wedding dresses, and I didnt even need to go any further. The dresses I had in mind for myself did not give me those say yes to this dress feel. LC picked out her favorite dress that she said she wouldve gotten married in it was available then, and BAM! that was the one, as it took my breath away. I cant receommend LC at Savvi enough. Shes engaging, funny, knows her stuff, and definitely someone Id gladly meet out for adult beverages :)!

I visited this location yesterday to try on dresses for the first time after a friend had recommended the location. I didn’t have an appointment since I was just going to browse around. I ended up trying on several dresses and had a great experience with Heather. She was awesome and she listened to everything I said regarding the details in a dress I would be looking to find . My reason for 4 stars vs. 5 — we weren’t greeted upon entering the establishment, but I’ll just blame it on being a busy Saturday afternoon.

Rented tuxedos for my wedding from the Savvi Formalwear team. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and had tuxs that made all of us look great! Some of my groomsmen live in different cities and they were able to get measured at other stores and have the measurements sent in. All the tuxes fit perfectly and I couldnt be happier. The lady was able to match our tux colors with what my wife wanted and this was the best part!Thanks for a great experience! If I ever need another tuxedo I will definitely be back!

Went with daughter n law looking for bridesmaid dresses. We had an appt but they didnt have it and that place was in such disarray. We stood already forever waiting for someone to help us.

I have been to so many bridal shops by the time I bought my dress here and this was the best experience of all of them. Hniem Siu personally took care of me and my roommate beyond what was required of her. I greatly appreciated her patience and encouragement. She even sent a hand written thank you card after all was said and done. I recommend this place!

I have mixed feelings about this place. We rented our tuxes from there and the tuxes turned out great, the sizes were a little off for the guys who got measured in store, but they were quickly fixed when they picked them up. They do offer the option to try on any color suit where as a lot of stores all they have to try on is black so you cant see how other colors looked on (for example, we used tan). My main problem is their bookkeeping. When my husband picked out his tux he put down a deposit. When my dad went to get fitted he paid the remaining balance of my husbands tux, and the full amount for his tux and the other three tuxes, so he paid for all the tuxes in full. When the groomsmen went to get fitted for their tuxes, they still made them pay the deposit, even though they had been paid, we called and they refunded their money. Then about a month before the wedding we got a call asking if we were still interested in the tuxes, my husband said yes, we decided to rent tuxes from you already, and the lady told him that they would need a deposit to order the tuxes. He told them they had already been paid for and the lady seemed confused and then called us back to apologize and agreed that they were paid in full. I understand bookkeeping mistakes happen, but THREE times is absurd. You would think when somebody paid in full, it would be much less of a hassle, but this certainly was not the case. The calls back and forth really were a hassle on all of us and the groomsmen.

Savvi Formal Wear was a great option for us. My wife and I had to move our wedding date up and Natalia was very helpful in making the dates work. She took care f my groomsmen and I as well. She has great customer service and made some last minute fixes to our suits to make them look perfect.

My mom and I visited Savvi for a new tux for my high school Chamber Choir and prom. The customer service and selection is first rate. We were greeted, and I was measured right away. Alterations were done within 20 minutes. It was great! I would recommend Savvi to anyone who needs formal wear.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service (or lack thereof) with this business. I made a deposit on my wedding dress, which I later decided not to order from them. They told me the $200 deposit was nonrefundable, which is crazy because they dont order your dress until it is paid in full. Well at any rate, I tell my sister she can use the credit to purchase her bridesmaid dress. The owner is there when we are discussing it and she says she remembers my credit and my sister can use it. The next day when my sister calls in to finalize her order, the owner tells her the $200 credit is now only worth $160 because it has been over a year since I made the deposit. She never mentioned this to me EVER, not even the day before when we were in the shop. My sister says she is going to reconsider the purchase now and will call back. The owner calls my sister back within 10 min and says that day is the last day (exactly 12 months) the credit will be $200, so she has to make her decision today or it will go down to $160 tomorrow. I have very detailed notes of things done for my wedding. I know the exact date I made that deposit and it was actually 13 months from that date. Also, the size for dress my sister needed is in the store, however they will not let her buy this one. Instead they say she has to pay an additional $60 for a rush order. At any rate, the owner is a liar, she lacks customer service and I would not recommend buying anything from this shop! I found the exact same dress online at Still White for less than half the cost (although it was used once before). It was totally worth it!

We went into Savi Formalwear looking for rental suits, for a Tropical wedding and actually bought them. They came out amazing! We were pleased that that had so many options for us to choose from. The staff made a recommendation to try a suit and it coordinated so well with the dresses. Our wedding party needed 4. They even had the suits ready weeks prior to the wedding in case there were any alterations need but no one needed any. Amazing in it self. It was the easiest thing we could have ever done! We are still getting compliments on the way the suits looked and best of all their prices were lower and the quality better than the other suit companies we looked at.
