I was instantly greeted and felt very welcomed. The technician, Elizabeth, was very nice and did a wonderful job. This was my first time experience getting lash extensions and I love them. My only concern was when I got home I noticed some lashes had already fell out, not sure if it was because it was raining when I left my appointment or what but other than that my experience was great and I do plan on returning for a refill.

Was searching for a place to try lash extensions. I’ve never had them before and was a bit nervous. Everyone was super nice and I ended up getting my brows threaded & tinted along with a hybrid dramatic set of lash extensions that I’m in love with...seriously, I can’t stop looking at myself! The way it changes your face is incredible, the confidence boost it gives me alone will definitely have me coming back in for refills :)

I highly recommend the lash lounge! I had a lash lift and lash tint at this Brier Creek location about a month ago and am still thrilled with results. Love the fact that I no longer have to bother with an eyelash curler, I also no longer bother with mascara because of the added tint.I would always have a tendency to pinch skin or pull lashes out with a lash curler, and they would eventually just fall back to being stick straight by mid day. Definitely pleased to be able to skip that step in my morning routine.My technician was attentive, knowledgeable, and very kind. The beds are super cozy so I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. The technician talked me through each step of the lash lift service, shared how to care for my lashes at home, and the whole process took a little less than an hour.Also, the customer service was top notch, very responsive when I was ready to book an appointment and they answered all of my questions. The atmosphere is elegant, and there was ample parking! Will definitely be coming back to this lash lounge to maintain my look.If you are on the fence about having your lashes enhanced, try the lash lounge!

I’ve been a member at the lash lounge for the last 6 months. I have lash extensions services done here and am very pleased with the work the technicians provide. Not to mention the salon follows strict Covid-19 guidelines, so you can feel confident you’re safe.Always happy to arrive to my appointments, as the service is very relaxing to the point where I almost always fall asleep. It’s been my favorite thing to do for self care, I take a nap and wake up looking glamorous!The technicians are proficient and during my first visit they went over all the lash options that are available in order to customize the exact look I wanted. I really appreciated this as I have been to other salons in the past where I felt rushed. I noticed I have much better retention than ever as well, they go over post care in detail with you and their methods really help the lashes last. An added plus is that they offer brow services, I sometimes get the brow threading and tint added to my lash refill appointments. The receptionists are always so accommodating and are able to adjust times to squeeze me in when my brows need saving!The lash lounge membership perks are awesome as well. At my recent visit, I took advantage and upgraded to volume lash extensions for the holidays.It’s a great location in Raleigh and I’m beyond thrilled it’s in my neighborhood. Can not recommend the lash lounge brier creek enough to my friends & family :)

It was my first time getting eyelash extensions right before my wedding and Niveen at the lash lounge made me feel so comfortable and SO beautiful when finished. I tried the hybrid dramatic set, the hybrid natural set, and getting my brows threaded and tinted. They looked enhanced but still so natural. I would absolutely recommend this location and Niveen to anyone getting extensions or their brows done. You will be so happy with the results!

The Lash Lounge Brier Creek is the only place you’ll ever need for all of your lash extension needs!!!I contemplated for a year before getting my lashes done. I finally made the decision to get lash extensions done once before elsewhere in Aug 2020. After that experience, I told myself I just wanted them removed and never done again. However, after a couple of months, I thought I’d give it another try and I ended up here. I have been coming back since and I don’t think I’ll never have lash extensions again since my experience here.My lash stylist Niveen was so professional, honest, and made me so comfortable throughout the initial visit. She talked me through the whole process and the types of styles. She even informed me that the last stylist I saw put too much glue in my lashes and that it would take a couple of months before it came out or my natural lashes shed them. I just wanted something that accented my features and not dramatic - like the broomstick lashes people get. She perfected my hybrid style immediately!I asked her several weeks later about getting volume and she told me she’d do it if I really wanted to try it but that I wouldn’t like it. I agreed and got them done anyways and she was right 😂 - volume lashes were just not for me. That’s the type of honesty I appreciate. To remain honest but also professional.I’ve had so many compliments on my lashes and I am always so excited to recommended this place to everyone that asks!If you value a clean, comfortable, professional, and quality work - Lash Lounge Brier Creek is the place! The entire staff is amazing!PS - it’s so relaxing, you could fall asleep! I take a power nap every time! Haha10/10 would recommend!

I hope this information will help people make an educated decision.A friend of mine personally recommended Nadine at The Lash Lounge. I was excited to have new procedures done to brighten my eyes! I’m into anything that helps you look better!I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment. There were two people sitting behind the check in desk. I was asked to sign a form and then to have a seat. I waited the full 20 minutes not knowing that Nadine, the person that was going to take care of me, was sitting there the whole time. Nadine never said welcome to my salon – or anything to me. She was only interested in a contest that she obviously wanted to win.5 minutes after my appointment time, Nadine said to come with me; she did not introduce herself or say anything. She told me to lie down on the table. I then verified that she was Nadine because my friend personally recommended her. I asked her if I was a good candidate for the lash lift but did not get an answer. Nadine knew this was my first time having a lash lift and tint done and although I was excited, I was still a bit nervous. Nadine never told me what she was doing while she was working on me. Again, it was clear to me that Nadine was more interested in winning a contest. This is exactly what I heard during my entire procedures…Nadine would receive a text. Nadine then shouted names and email addresses to the person working the front desk. She would spell their names and their entire email address. I was very concerned that if Nadine was carefully spelling names and email addresses, how could she pay attention to my eyes and my procedure? The entire appointment was handled in this manner. At one time during the appointment, I told her my eyes were on fire and asked her if a burning sensation is normal. Would I be able to drive home?I am a 59 year old female. This treatment thinned my lashes even more than ever! I am very sorry that I ever had had the procedures done.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment same day when I was advised by my nurse that I had to wait 24 hours before my face could be touched. I called and explained the situation and spoke with Casey. She informed me that I would lose my service credit and pay an additional fee for the master stylist and service. I understand that there are policies in place, such as the 24 hour cancellation policy, however, this is a medical recommendation that I received 10 hours prior to my appointment. There was no grace given to me and being an executive leader in the beauty industry, this was poor taste and terrible service.

Mascara is dead to me now, all because of the lash lounge brier creek!I was hesitant to try this at first but a friend had a lash lift and tint done here. Since lash services are so mainstream now, I figured I would give it a try.To me eyelashes are the ultimate symbol of glamour. Unfortunately, I have small straight lashes. I tried so many mascaras and none of them gave me the results Im after.The technician was so sweet and super gentle. Your eyes are closed during the service, the tech explains the steps and instructs you on how to care for your lashes.The cost is very reasonable, and the lash lift maintenance is awesome too. Definitely something to consider if you are not yet ready to try lash extensions, but still want your lashes enhanced. 10/10 would recommend the lash lounge at brier creek!

I have been 3x and everyone I have worked with has been extremely professional and friendly. I got my lashes done recently for pictures with my newborn. After getting them done, I was having some trouble with them and Niveen told me to come back in and fixed them. I was extremely happy with the customer service I received. I will definitely be back.

I went to April for a lash lift, lash & brow tint, and brow threading. My experience was nothing short of wonderful. April was incredibly thorough and explained everything as it happened. I got several comments on my eyebrows, and my lashes look great! All I need is a few swipes of mascara and im ready to go. I would recommend April to anyone looking to spice up their lashes.

When I first started getting my lashes done, I honestly didnt know what to expect. I used to drive 30 minutes to have lashes that would last 1-1.5 weeks on a good lash appt. When I saw that the Lash Lounge Brier Creek was opening (5 min away from me) I was really excited to try something new. My first appointment here was a gamechanger. I walked in and the receptionist asked me if I wanted water. She was so nice, and personable. I was then greeted by my lash technician who welcomed me with a smile and made sure I was comfortable before we started. One thing about me, is that I can not lay still for 1.5 hours so I was nervous! But she was very gentle and fanned me every two seconds which made me so relaxed, I fell asleep! I woke up to the noise of her putting her things away and then she brushed my lashes. After she was done brushing, she asked me to look in the mirror and WOW....they were so beautiful and so natural. I got hybrid lash extensions and I was in love. Every where I go, I get compliments and asked if they are mine(yes they are, I paid for them, ha)! I am now a member and each visit is a treat for me. Overall, the lounge is set up really nicely and they also play great music that helps me relax. I would highly recommend:)

I got threading and classic silk lash extensions from April and I am absolutely in love with them since I left the salon. They went over every step with me on after care and what they were doing since it was my first time getting both of those services. Would abosultely go to them again :-) I cant stop looking at my new lashes !

Excellent work, my technician did a boss job. I feel beautiful, but it looks very natural with a huge difference. Also, the receptionist Alexa is so sweet and welcoming. I really appreciated her customer service. I am hooked. I am going to save so much time and money by switching to this from glue on strip lashes.

Ive gotten two services done here - lashes and eye brow threading. The lashes are natural and the eye brow threading looked very nice. Additionally, the shop is very clean and professional.

Rates are reasonable especially if you become a member which gives you two refills a month and 10% off products for $99. Highly recommend.

Niveen at the Brier Creek Lash Lounge saved my eyebrows!!! My eyebrows were really messed up from the lash lounge ITB in Glenwood. My eyebrows were tented almost black, the shape was ruined, and wax was used for their “threading.”Niveen squeezed me in the same day and completely fixed them. I think she took me during her lunch break which is unbelievable. I’m so thankful. My eyebrows look fantastic now! She has such attention to detail and really cares about her clients. I really thought there was no saving my eyebrows after they were ruined but I’m so thankful I went here. I would highly highly recommend this salon!! The salon is so friendly especially Alexa, who books me in!! I cannot stress how great this salons is!! They are the best!

I never had lash extensions done prior to becoming a client of this Lash Lounge location. Ive now had my lashes done regularly here for almost 6 months. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They always greet you with a smile the minute you walk in, offer beverages, and make you feel comfortable right away. The owner, Niveen, is incredibly caring and accommodating to all customers. As for my lashes, I’m a regular client of Ariana H. She’s so efficient, sweet, and always gives me amazing lashes. If there are specific lash preferences that you have, she just gets it right away; love her!

I recently went to this location for the first time to receive lash extensions. The customer service I received here was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful! They had a great promotion where I was able to get a full set for $99! I will definitely be going back!

I will not be going to this salon again for a few reasons.1) I was told I had to pay a $25 lash-removal fee when my service began. I wouldve been okay with this if 1) it was referenced in the brochure, and 2) the owner hadnt looked at my lashes during a consultation a few days prior and mentioned the removal fee then.2) After being serviced and at check out, I had to ask how much I would be paying (I always want to be sure its the price I was told before the service began). Shockingly, she had already charged my card before she confirmed the price with me—and it was more than double the amount I was quoted when I made the appointment and right before being serviced.3) Most of my lashes fell out within 4 days. Im not sure if the glue is cheap, but no steam or water came near them, and they were properly taken care of. After going in to see if I could get a half refill, I was quoted a price of $45, which didnt make sense because I was just there a few days ago. The lash tech was awesome, but the overall experience was terrible.I have been getting my lashes done for months by my regular lash tech/esthetician. However, I needed an emergency appointment and decided to try The Lash Lounge. Moral of the story, scope out other lash studios.

I would send any of my friends and family to this location in particular. Niveen and Alexa are all about customer service and strive to provide quality all around and it shows. I have been getting lash extensions at this location for close to a year and have always been so happy with the results. I have also done the threading and the eyebrow tinting and am obsessed with those now as well. They never make you feel rushed or unwelcome. Would definitely recommend!

The Lash Lounge of Brier Creek has provided me with some of the best quality lash extensions I have ever had! Their lash technicians are really knowledgable about what look is best for your eye shape and what is healthiest for your natural lashes (I didnt realize how easily they could be damaged). I learned much more than I thought I needed to initially going into this appointment. I got a full hybrid set and I have followed my stylists tips and directions for after care thoroughly and I truly think it has helped my lash retention a great deal. I had previously gotten lash extensions at Amazing Lash, but I wound up getting this weird film over my eyes the longer I stayed there. I feel like Im treated as an individual and not just another client to get in and get out. I will definitely keep coming here for my refills! Thank you!

I went to @thelashloungeraleighbriercreek and met with Lyndsie who walked me through the new client process and introduced me to my lash tech aka lash magician Lexsie..Lexsie was fantastic at explaining the options and install process and answering any questions I had. While the initial appointment does take around 2hrs, it was very relaxing listening to music and even taking a little cat nap!.They were very professional and the location is easy to get too with ample parking. Very clean facility. Id definitely recommend.
