I was in the market of buying a specific car (Chevrolet Spark). At first I had no problems at all, they did everything that there were supposed to do. Supposedly I did not make enough, and they told me to come back with a cosigner and a down payment. A week later I did come back with a cosigner and down payment. We’ve waited for 2 1/2 hours for results and status for what else I could do to move forward, while everyone else was being help. We’ve wasted so much time, and had a event to go to, so we had to leave. Before I left the dealership, he said he would give me a call later on during that day to see what else I will need to do. A whole week has went by, and I haven’t heard back at all. It gotten to the point where I’ve tried to call them, no answer, or they said they would call me back (which they never did) I’ve tried to make one more attempt call trying to tell that I had another Co-signer, and $1,300 in cash for a down payment, and still no answer. I’ve would had been fine to get a call back at the time saying that there was nothing that they could do for me or present me with other options (which they did neither, but leaving me with false impression.) I try to be professional as possible with this review, and I try to not to name any sales person or representatives at the dealership. Not to say that they are professional but had some grey area I was worried about.
Unfortunately, unlike other review posted I did not have a good experience. Mr.Herrera had a very nasty attitude, unlike the other two salesmen I spoke to, and basically told me a 2006 BMW 328i was a 55,000 car after I asked was the price post negotiable and if I want perfection to go a purchase a new one before I spoke on any imperfections I seen also that step one is test driving the car.... Im the customer, step one is making sure this is even worth my time. I came the cash in-hand ready to buy the car straight out but his attitude and demeanor made me get in my car and leave. Maybe next time I will run into a more pleasent staff member.
Friendly but very unreliable. I would avoid working with them. My overall experience was not good. I traveled from out of state to buy a vehicle, which broke down on the way home. The mechanic told me he thought it was a flood vehicle. The Carfax, which I will never trust again, said the vehicle had no accidents, but the computer showed that the airbags had been deployed. This is something that a good dealership would know and not hide. Then the titling process was not followed through with by the dealership, and they sent me the money for the title and registration in the mail two months after I had purchased the vehicle. I wasnt able to drive the vehicle for a month because the temp plate had expired, and I was assured by the salesman that the paperwork was sent to my local DMV, which it had not. Never again, and you would be wise to look elsewhere.
Took my step-son to Arias to purchase his very 1st vehicle. Crawford and Ji were absolutely AMAZING! We purchased a 2008 Honda Accord. The dealership help us secure financing which wasnt easy because my step-son didnt have any established credit and my credit was not it the best of shape. They reached out to several finance companies and was able to find us a very reasonable deal and worked with us on the down payment. Service was outstanding. They have a lot of very nice cars and I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for a nice vehicle. I would definitely do business with them AGAIN !! Thanks guys ! YOU ROCK !!!

I totally agree with the comment on finding a mechanic before purchasing. The car has collant leak and heat issue witch cost more than $1000 to fix WITHIN a week of purchasing. Terrible dealer that try to hide all problems. There is only one set of key and it is NOT working well that I have to order another pair for over $300.Now after two months driving, I am adding extra comment since the car continues to beak down and it cost over $5000 to have everything fixed. I have it checked at BMW and here is the result.Adding comment the third time. I am very outraged to see the car pump failed again during a road trip. It would cost an additional $1000+. This seller sells only GARBAGE and should be sued and refused to offer warranty at the time of the sale.

Would highly recommend taking a mechanic if you dont know about cars. Checked one out yesterday drove good and looked good, but doing a thorough inspection the vehicle ha ran hot before rust splatter all in the engine bay corroded battery oil leak under vehicle as well. Upon walking their lot found multiple oil stains around the entire lot. PLEASE TAKE A MECHANIC

Less than ideal, the transmission on the car we checked out was on the brink of falling out of the car. The trigger light on the Honda was manually turned off to not signal an issue. Not a fan wont be returning to purchase.
Jim was super nice and low pressure which I loved. I almost bought a car here until I found out that the doc fee was $595 and they add a dealer service fee of $349. Seems a bit excessive to me when other dealer charge between $150 and $495.
I bought a Mazda 3 from Aria and overall had a very good experience. As a good practice I had the car inspected by a different shop and Aria even assisted with that. We had to work through a few minor items/fixes but were able to find good compromises (of course after the expected negotiation dance). Ben and Rojones, were great to work with and I feel like I got a fair deal. I would recommend them as one used car lot to visit if you are in the market.

Worked out a good deal with Aria! There were some unlisted issues with the vehicle but in bringing them to light they were willing to work with us and we came to an agreement.

We found them on the internet looking for a van for my wife. Horrible place to go to. Bathrooms are so nasty my wife almost threw up. People are very unprofessional except the poor lady that was helping us. I never been at a small dealership before. We left for the big dealership - where I belong.

This place was BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL! I filled out an application Friday and got a call back from one of their dealers. He asked me about my previous job history and said I would hear back from them. Almost five day’s later i didn’t hear anything so I called them. 1). Took him forever to even find my name 2). He never took the information I gave him 3). A lady in the background was heard over the phone saying I’m not getting anything and he had to let her know i was on speaker so I could hear her. 4). She comes on the phone acknowledges that she looked over my application. Wasn’t going to notify me or anything. Tells me I don’t have enough job stability. I worked at a job for almost a year and my previous job I worked at for two years. I’m only 20 I’m not supposed to have a lengthy list of jobs! Regardless i wasn’t even informed of any of this I HAD TO CALL to be told about an application I sent it. This place is very unprofessional and their attitudes are absolutely disgusting.

DO NOT BUY HERE. i am stuck paying for a vehicle for 3 yrs. that i wish i could return. because after having it one day i had to put a battery in it. after putting 1500$ down then have to spend 150$ on a battery that is something they should have checked. the battery was bad before i bought the vehicle. and i keep getting the run around on where my hood support shocks are. was told to call on Friday, then Monday, now its Tuesday and i call and they say i will call you back. lets see if i get a call back.BUYER BEWARE FROM THIS PLACE
Ben was my sales person and Rojone got me financed. I purchased a 2011 Nissan Murano 3 months ago. I knew the car was an older vehicle and it would be more than unfair to judge it as if it were new. The gas cap was missing but that is not a big deal...I bought a new one. There was a problem with the actuators on the doors. Aria did take care of the front doors but the back doors still are broken. I called a few times but I didnt receive a call to bring the car back to replace the back door actuators. When I test drove the car, the battery had to be jumped but I assumed that maybe the interior lights had been left on or something of that nature. I had to get a jump 4 times within the 3 months Ive had the car, so I purchased a new battery. Now the drivers side wheel bearing is squealing. Im not sure how much that will cost but it has to be repaired/replaced. Im paying for the extended warranty, I hope that its not a rip off because I obviously need it. Again, I know that the car is now 9 years old...there will be some problems. I pray nothing else goes wrong. Ben and Rojone are very friendly and will do whatever they can to get you in the vehicle of your choice.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with Michelle at Aria Auto Sales. She was very friendly (and not in a “fake” salesperson sort of way), she was straight forward, and didn’t make me feel like I was being conned. After going to several other dealerships in the past few days, I was expecting pushy salespeople or someone trying to force a car on me that I didn’t want. I had done research and found the specific make/model/year car that I wanted and then found that Aria (as well as a few other dealerships) had one. I rejected three other cars at other dealerships that day and was feeling a little hopeless by the time I arrived at Aria in the late afternoon. I looked over the car myself and was very pleased by the condition of the engine/interior/underside and arranged to bring it to my mechanic to look over it. My mechanic did a VERY thorough inspection, checking for everything from flood damage to the condition of the gaskets and tube seals in the engine. Since it was late in the day I did not get an “official” yes from my mechanic… but was told the ONLY THINGS THEY FOUND WERE MINOR MAINTENANCE ISSUES. The mechanic shop wanted to run an estimate of how much it would cost to repair the issues and replace a gasket in order that I could negotiate with Aria, but they were about to close for the day. I went back to Aria and asked them to keep the car for me until the next day and THANKFULLY they agreed. Today my mechanic said “I would definitely buy this car,” when he reviewed the estimate with me. Michelle and I did negotiate when I told her what needed to be done and we were both satisfied with the results. That only took a few minutes and then we spent an hour chatting as we filled out paperwork (I had financing from my bank but I understand that they offer guaranteed financing). I would 100% recommend this auto sales store to my friends.Addendum: After writing this I looked at other reviews of Aria and it seems that most of the complaints were about cars that had problems that Aria did not know about/disclose, and as they sell cars “As-Is,” replacing the car wasn’t always an option. My recommendation is that if you want to buy a used car, whether it be from a branded dealership or a small auto shop, take it to your mechanic and have it looked at. Aria Auto Sales and Michelle had no problem with me taking the car for 2 hours for my mechanic to look over it. No dealership is going to notice every problem.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!. All I wanted was a reliable car now I’m out over 8200$. Yes Brendan and Michelle customer service was ok until after two days of purchasing the car it started giving me problems. First it was the oil leak now the gears aren’t changing correctly. Let’s not forget that the purchase date was 11/14/17 right before the holidays. Even after reading the good and bad reviews I still gave them business. Every bad review was exactly true, their cars are lemons and they will give u the run around when fixing the problem. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!!. I even talked to the “owner” who are the reflection of his employees. All he wanted to talk about was how long he has been in the car business and how many cars he sale a month. I NEVER EXPERIENCE THIS BEFORE and this is my eleventh car. Now I have a 8200$ car sitting in my driveway leaking oil that I’m terrified to drive. THIS PLACE DO NOT CARE so don’t waste your money here because that’s all they want. Go do business with a legit car dealership who cares about the people they do business with. The kind that wants u to tell others about them, continue to come to them and give them good reviews. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!! again LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!!

Wanted to have a look at some of the vehicles they had for sale and went on a Sunday, listed as being open on their website, only to find them closed and no one answering the phone. We made sure to be there during their posted business hours. Then the next day I called to get and the vehicles still listed for sale on their website and various others had sold and were no longer available. Call before you go to confirm if the vehicles are still for sale and if they are even open.

I bought this car in September 2016, this is my first car I ever bought, I asked the sells rep if it was good and he said yes. 2 weeks later my ac and my check engine light comes on ... he has a mechanic on sight that is suppose to fix cars ... as weeks and weeks pass I keep going back and getting things fixed .... now it is January my motor blew in this car the mechanic said that this car was not checked out before being sold and I am taking the mechanic and the dealership to court I am extremely sad and disappointed being that I trusted them

Bought a car from these people a Dodge Charger! First off they gave everyone the wrong mileage on the car. 3 days after having the car it starts acting weird take it to AAA where I know someone who works there and they do a check up turns out I needed a new transmission AND a new timing belt. It took me 2 weeks to get my car after I asked to change it out because I also talked to the loan company and they said I could bring it back and have the loan paid off and just get another car with the loan but the company told me we can exchange it out but your car is broken.....I bought it broken!!!! So I there warranty company said they really arent a warranty company bought a $700 transmission that they knew nothing about.. could be better then mine worse then mine or same boat who knows! NEVER AGAIN I wish I could do something for all the money Ive had to dish out everywhere because of this mess!! Also found out I paid WAY WAY WAY to much for this car I checked blue book value and found out I paid 3,000 more then I should have. The sales person has no idea what they are talking about! Oh youll get more for your car no I wont! I should have checked but I didnt till it was to late!!! Dont do what I did and never buy from them! They drive these cars like there personal car and sell them messed up and dont help you out!

I went in with a gaurd up expecting the pushy, bad used car dealership experience. Instead, I was surprised to see how friendly everyone was.we dealt with DJ he told us to go ahead and look around. We talked to him about multiple cars and he recommended the car we ended up purchasing. Great service, really helpful and my favorite aspect of the entire experience was he wasnt pushy and he was laid back the entire time.any issues i had, he had immediately resolved.

I recently purchased a 2006 Nissan Altima from this location. The staff was friendly and professional and were able to answer any questions I had regarding the vehicle and its previous owners. They were willing to negotiate a fair price for me and were happy to fix the only problem I had with the vehicle (the AC needed to be recharged with Freon) at no charge before I drove it off the lot. While I dont foresee the need for any new vehicles in my future I would happily shop with them again.
We searched for months on Craigslist and various dealers without finding anything, finally landed on Aria and found a number of great values on vehicles. Their salesman Brenden helped us find the right vehicle at a great price. I would definitely buy there again.
My husband bought a car from here recently and although the prices were decent the car is garbage. Day 2 after purchasing it (cash) the AC stops working. The dealer said hed have it fixed and paid for it. Day 3 the car started overheating, took it back and the dealer said it was the thermostat and he changed it out, we left and the car was still overheating. We took it to our mechanic who said the fan is shorting, theres a coolant leak and the head gasket needs to be replaced. The car died and we were told the battery is way to old and needed to be changed. This car was doomed before we ever bought it. Spent 5k on the car and have put in another 2k. Its become a money pit. Dont waste your time here.

Worst dealership in the raleigh area, Rojone is very rude and disrespectful on the phone and in person. Bought a Maxima from them a couple weeks later transmission failed. Cars will have major issues BE CAREFUL and go somewhere else.

I am highly disappointed with the owners of Arias.i recently purchased a 14k Escalade from them. When I looked at the Escalade it looked clean and mechanically sound.Come to find out, after less than 1 gas tank, I had a check engine light come on. I also began hearing more of a whinny noise from the underside of it. So I made an appointment at the local dealership.So here is the list of issues.E vap code which requires new e vap sensor and e vap valve. Hence check engine light.(I will also add they most likely knew this as they inspected the Escalade themselves, and most likely cleared the code)Next is a u joint in between the front dif and transfer case. (This made the escalade vibrate something fierce. This I would not have known till I got about that speed. My test drive did not exceed 55)Tire sensors are bad. When I questioned them, they said tire was low on air and there shop was close since it was labor day.The front dif bearings are wiped out. Which is the cause of the whining noise when driving at any speed.So after spending 14k I am now spending another 3k to fix it. They have refused to take any responsibility or even call me back. They claim it was sold as is. (They knew what they were hiding)Lastly I did speak and text the Finance girl, she has been nice and I dont blame her, however I paid for a bogus warranty that they claim they gave me.The warranty wont even cover half of the front dif and refuses to pay the other items.They are truly a trip. I will now be 17.5k in to and Escalade worth about 12k.All I can say is have your vehicle check prior to buying it from them. Be sure to ask questions about the warranty.The warranty has held up the dealer since last Wednesday and still have not given the dealer an approval over a meisley $ 600 that they would have to pay out of $3600.No end in site, no answers. This has, without a doubt been my worst car buying experience ever, and I have bought 30 plus cars trucks and SUVs in the last 15 years.Worst ever.

I read their reviews online and there were a few bad ones so once I called them I found out they were selling around 70 cars every month and they were in business for years, so I did some simple math, They only had a few unhappy customer and believe me as a business owner myself I know that happy customer will never take the time to submit a review but unhappy customer will flood the internet with bad reviews and it is not possible to keep every customer happy, it is just not, believe me. well back to my experience, I cant come up with anything besids great crew, great price, awesome interest rate, super clean vehicle and I am extremely happy,Thanks Ben Thanks Megan for providing me and my Family a Great car buying experience.

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima in 2014, havent had any major problems as yet. Of course minor issues my arise, these are used vehicles.I have had a great experience with Aria, my vehicle is almost paid off. They have quality cars, I would def take another chance and re-purchase from this lot.
The lot was overcrowded. The car I test drove was not even detailed with several issues needing repair. Wanted me to finance with them instead of my paying cash. They didnt want to make an offer on my trade.
This place isnt design to HELP people but to figure out how much money you have and take every dollar! The cars come from the Public Auction which you can go to yourself and buy (registration 200 dollars one time fee).Michelle is a great spirited person but dont be fooled, she is not for your best interest. Michelle overpriced a white 2011 Nissan Maxima only because she knew I was in the market for that particular car. Mike (inventory manager) asked Michelle the price of the car without knowing I was sitting in the office and she stated 11,900 and he responded WOW thats a lot! Michelle gave him a evil look and told him in a nice way that a potential buyer was sitting on the other side of the room.Spoke with the owner immediately after and told him my concern and he said nothing. I mean stared and walked away. As a person whom has hit rock bottom and in the process of getting back on my feet, it is very alarming to see the depth people will go to for a dollar. The car was listed/ priced by Aria Auto as a 2014 and It clearly was a 2011 as I read the information on the car when it was driven onto the lot.When you do right by people you will reap the benefits. I pray this company lead more off of intergrity and not off of a dollar.Very disappointing experience and pray that everyone is aware of the term Buyers Beware! Do your homework and dont be quick to rush into a contract because once it is signed, they look at you like your a... is mines!Sorry for the bad review, but my spirit want to help those whom cant help themselves, and as a potential customer whom saw 1st hand Arias Auto Sales is not out to help customers!
I came here with the intention to get a vehicle. I tried to come up with every excuse to go somewhere else. Mrs Brown had other plans. She went out of her way to cater to a potential customer not for her own advantage but for the well being of my family. After leaving me and my family had a Vision not to mention a very beautiful suv but a better understanding of what it means for someone you never met before in you life to care. Extremely rude! Went to look at a car listed for sale online and was told its not for sale its throwing codes. The man with whom we spoke was not only disrespectful but when we tried to ask questions, he was demeaning and belittling. I will never go back nor will I reccomend them to anyone!
I had there car for 1month and had problems with the motor they said to bring it in when there mechanic was here but the only time i could bring it in was the weekend after 3 months i brought it in to get it fixed, they said it was going to cost me 1,200 motor mounts bad. So i said i had a3 month warranty they said the warranty was up. So i ask if i can trade it with anouther car they said no.There pretty much a lier and a ripoff companyI would never do business with them ever.
The people are friendly. I guess i just had a bad experience overall. We determined my radio was bad when i brought my car in August. I kept getting the run arounds even though they said they would make it right. I put up a avg review but when i asked about my radio the reply i got was the owner dislikes your review. I told them I would delete it, i just wanted a new radio. Found one for $130 but then i found out it wasnt compatible. Found one for $200 and offered to get it installed myself. The gave me the run around until December. They cut me a check for $130... never again. Lessoned learned... get all issues fixed before you buy a car. Especially from here.
Bought a Nissan titan there Saturday the staff was friendly and the process went quick and smooth I hope I dont have any problem with my truck Im going to go ahead and purchase repair insurance just in case over all not bad
