I bought my 2019 Camry from this location and I understood that their lifetime oil change (which they use as a selling point) will of course have a catch, which is you do overpriced servicing at this location. I didnt let it bother me so at my 35k service when I brought in a concern that one of my tires kept losing pressure, they identified it having a nail, their solution: replace the tire for $200 plus. Mind you I did ask if it is fixable they said no. So I AM THANKFUL I did NOT give them the benefit of the doubt and shopped around for single new tire and finally went to Discount tires, telling them I need new tire because of a nail in it. Amazingly they couldve swindled me too but instead took out the nail and patched up my tire WITH NO COST. NO COST WHATSOEVER, I walked out without spending any money and swore never to bring my car for servicing at Leith.
This is the first time I have used Leith Toyota Service Department and I am EXTREMELY disappointed and confused. My scheduled appointment or check-in was at 8:30 this morning. My car, 2021 Highlander, was dropped off at 7:30 this morning. I received a text from Ryan, my service advisor, at 7:29 AM letting me know that they would let me know when my car was ready and I could text that number for any questions. I texted the number at 1:02 PM inquiring about my car and heard nothing. I called the Service department twice and have been told that my car is still being worked on. It is 3:29 PM, the car went in for its first 5,000 mile maintenance. You have had my car for over 8+ hours, why is it taking so long? Is this the great service that is advertised on TV and Radio its easier here? Does this easy or is this bad customer service, followed by unpreparedness for the demand that your customers have.
My son brought his 2020 Toyota in for scheduled maintenance that is covered by Toyota Care. What he got was a 153.03 bill. His car was under 2 years old and under 25,000 miles. He asked and his service advisor never told him there would be a charge. He paid it because he needed to get to work. He is a hard working service industry person and Leith screwed him. They will rip you off and smile as you leave. Shame on you. I will never buy or recommend Toyota ever again.
Had a quick question unrelated to them making any money on it just something for my personal gain. They were prompt, helpful, and very professional on the matter. If I do need to take my 4-runner in for something in the future they are definitely on my contender list due to the great parts department.
My wife and I bought a new car from Shawn Gould. He was a great salesmen not pushy in any sort and was there to make us happy in our car buying experience. The whole process was quick and easy we were in and out. He also got us more on our trade in then other dealerships were offering us not to mention the awesome price on our new suv! We would recommend him as your sales guy any day and any further purchases will be with him!
The Leith Service Department is very good. They keep the customer well informed during the service visit.
Great customer service.
Brian in the service department was great to work with. While they were not able to truly fix the issue, they gave good honest advice and clearly and frequently communicated. Thanks Brian!
Really appreciate the honesty shown by the Service Department. Im a first time Prius owner and my 12v battery died so NOTHING in the car worked. When I called the Service Department if I needed to bring the car in for service or if it was something I or my local mechanic could do, they told me that I could change the battery myself and only bring it in to them if things were still broken after swapping out the battery. I greatly appreciate their honesty in allowing me to choose how to solve the problem rather than it being a blanket bring it in.
The Leith Company Brand is amazing. I was in the market for a new vehicle and shopped at Leith Jeep and Leith Toyota. At Toyota, Joe was amazing to work with. We discussed what I was looking for, went through various options, and came to a decision. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. I love my new Rav4 and would highly recommend going to Leith Toyota and asking for Joe to find a vehicle you will love.
Purchased a 2019 Tundra here instead of Fred Anderson specifically because I was told there were no catches to free oil changes for life. Came in for my 30,000 oil change and was told $215. Explained what I was told and got a very short response of “well you signed the contract. It’s right here if you’d like to see it!” When I got home I discovered there were bolts missing from the skid plate. Take your business else where. Dishonest and frankly don’t care.
Tl:dr - We have been customers at Leith for 10 years now always taking our Toyotas here. Service has gone completely down hill in the last couple years and if we didnt have the lifetime Toyota oil change we would not go back.Full -We bought a used 2007 camry in 2010 and a brand new 2015 Sienna Van from them. Everything has been great until the last couple years, the service and feeling treated fairly has gone downhill.About 5 services ago I took my 2015 Sienna Van in for an oil change and told them that the van shook really bad when trying to break on the highway when we were above speeds of 65-70. Was told that the front rotors needed to be shaved and it would fix the shaking - $140 to shave which I did of course. Fast forward a month and we took the van to Asheville, coming down the mountains breaking at 55 the whole van was shaking to the point that my 4 & 6 year olds were scared/crying asking if we were going to die.I took it back in as soon as I got home and the service advisor told me that its completely normal for a van to shake coming down a mountain - nothing to be done. Next trip to Asheville we took our 2019 Tahoe, of course it didnt shake at all and I took my van back calling BS to them. I got a new advisor and she said that my previous advisor was straight up lying and cars should not be shaking. Oh they also fired that guy.To fix - Brand new rotors and brakes to the tune of $500-600 for the back ones that werent shaved. I straight up asked - if they had shaved all four instead of just front if that would have fixed it. Guess the answer? - yes of course. So I was pretty frustrated, in their defense they did lower my bill by the amount I should have spent in the beginning. The honesty part comes from the fact that I bought our tires from them at 30k. EVER SINGLE time I take it in they try to charge me to rotate and check the pressure of the tires. Its become customary for me to know to ask them to take it off - Oh you bought tires from us? Anyways, got a 65k service today and my wife picked it up instead of me.I told her that it should be around $40-50 because we only got a new air cabin filter....youll never guess what they charged us for? You got it! Rotate and check tires - She even asked and the advisor asked if we bought them from us - I usually handle the car stuff so she said honestly I dont know. Dont you think an honest place would look it up?Just shady dealings, bad service/quality anymore.
They say they price match on tires but they didnt for me. I had the parts dept order in the exact the same tires I was going to buy from NTB. The day I went to have them put on I provided them with the print out from NTB with price installed. The service manager Sheila did not match their price and told me they only sell tires with the road hazard service on top. I was being nice to give two stars because the service advisor and parts guy were real nice and helpful but if you say you price match do it and you dont price match only if you buy road hazard on people who dont want to buy it. Im sure the sales dept doesnt price match only with contingency of customer buying extended warranty. Maybe just one bad apple IDK.
I love my advisor Rebecca who always take care of our vehicles
Jae Kim was a very professional and customer service oriented salesman.
Adrian was amazing and I love my new Toyota!
Two weeks after I purchased my vehicle here the bluetooth was still not working so I called to make a service appointment. Upon arriving I spoke with the service agent Jonathan Lloyd who told me it was likely a software update issue and that it would take about an hour and it was not covered under my service agreement even though I had just purchased the car. After an hour of waiting, Jonathan came back out to tell me the update was half way completed and it would be about 30 more mins. After waiting 90 more minutes and no communication or sight of Jonathan I went into the service office to ask what the status was and if Jonathan was still there somewhere. Another service went to track him down and when Jonathan came out he told me that I actually needed a whole new radio system but that they couldnt do it that day because my service warranty hadnt started yet it takes 30 business days from the date of purchase. He proceeded to tell me he wouldnt charge me for anything that day and to come back after the 30 day date. I am frustrated as I would hope there wouldnt be a charge after waiting almost 4 hours with no communication and nothing being resolved. Needlesstosay this was a very negative experience and I will be requesting a different service agent in the future.
For many years I alway to go Toyota service not require to have an appt.. cant do it now cause my trip will going out of state
Jonathan is always so pleasant and takes good care of me thx.
