Quick service. The only reason I gave 4 stars was it took 2 weeks for an appointment. When I arrived, there were 0 people waiting. I was in and out when I arrived 30 minutes early for the appointment. Serviceman was educational and helpful. But they should offer a drive up appointment line. I was in and out in 10 min which was nice.

I needed someone to show me how to delete past Bluetooth users. In my CR-V. One of the managers came out and demonstrated the process and that helped out a great deal. Didnt cost me a thing! Now I can do it on my own.

I continue to be impressed. I needed batteries for both key fobs to my CR-V. The batteries were replaced, the bill paid, and I was back in my car in LESS THAN 15 MINUTES! I was pleased to see that safety precautions were still in place - the staff and many customers) were masked; seating was still blocked off for social distancing.

Used the free oil change service for my brand new Honda for the first time. Called the week before to reserve a time slot. It took almost an hour and a half. Not worth the free oil change when Jiffy Lube is right around the corner and even with cars ahead of me I’ve never waited that long. Also not sure what the point was to schedule a service ahead of time since it certainly didn’t make things more speedy. Very disappointed.

Service today was fast and courteous. No haggling. The technician even does a video diagnostic of sorts and sends it to you while youre waiting to inform you of concerns they find with your vehicle. So cool!

Once again, priced quoted originally came out to be more when it was time to check out than was previously quoted. I go back because we get free oil changes for life. Speed of service gets 5 stars. Also a great area for a walk down the service road behind dealership with sidewalks all the way.

I had my oil changed today and Nick with my service advisor. I have been visiting this Honda for over 5 years and the customer service, overall, has always been very good. Nick was especially professional and helpful. My appointment was for 2:00 p.m. and my car was taken in a few minutes later and I checked out at about 3:15 or so. I highly recommend this particular dealership.

Okay here goes ..in later 90s moved to Raleigh..needed a new car because my NY car was covered with rust...walked into Leith one sat afternoon and bought the cutest little GREEN Del Sol..man was I hot snot driving that around that first summer here..I have had 3 cars from there since and never left there without feeling like I was your only customer..you are the best!

Worst customer experience ever, if you are coming here for a simple oil change then get ready to wait for 3-4 hours while you already have an appointment. Why would anyone bother with having an appointment if the wait time that much, just doesn’t make any sense. Will never come back here.

Had to take my 2020 Pilot in today for the THIRD time for the same problem. A known issue w Honda per the extended warranty letter I just received due to the widespread issue. I was lied to regarding what was done to repair the problem with each of the prior two visits, and today I dont believe the story I was told. First time Ive purchased a brand new vehicle in 25 years and really disappointed in how I am treated when I am in for a REPEATED KNOWN problem. I shouldnt have to be at the service dept in the first place. I also asked if they would run the vehicle thru the car wash while it was there. No, thats too much to expect. They didnt even bother to clean up the dirty paper floor mat and chair cover they put down. Really disappointed in Leith

Had my car towed here and the very next day Eldwin called me gave me details and advised me on what to do in the situation. Given the circumstances Eldwin stood up for me and took care of business!! He had to communicate with another car service company that I went to prior to having my car towed to Leith Honda. Eldwin went above and beyond!! Definitely recommend and such great customer service!! Mahalo Eldwin!!

Apparently no one at this Honda dealership knows how to close a sunroof on a 2012 Honda Civic...I came in because my sunroof was stuck open and it was going to rain very badly that night.I Paid for the diagnostics which cost $165 and I received an estimate on the cost and was told just to close my sunroof would cost around $1800. This was for a new sunroof motor, cables, and labor costs.They apparently could not even close my sunroof. I only got a temporary sticky plastic covering that didnt even last 24 hours! The plastic covering was not put on tight enough and blew off while driving my wife to work the next morning during the rainstorm i mentioned earlier. My car got soaking wet and I had to call out of work that day.I went back to the Dealership later that day after it stopped raining to get another plastic covering because the previous one was not put on good enough. I asked for additional layers of the plastic so it would be stronger and last longer. What I received was just 1 more piece of sticky plastic to cover the hole that I had to put on the car myself!!!They would not give me additional layers like I requested, and only One person helped me put the plastic on my car.The technicians made me fix the problem myself in which I did a better job than the previous ones because at least this covering lasted until I could take my car for a 2nd opinion at another repair place 5 days later.The price I was quoted to fix my car at the Honda Dealership was more than 10 times the price I paid to get it completely working and fixed at another repair place. Honda said I needed a new sunroof motor and cables which I did not need at all. The worst part is that the Honda Dealership couldnt (or wouldnt) even close the sunroof without the repairs they suggested.I went to another repair shop in Raleigh and they completely fixed the sunroof in less than an hour for only the cost of the diagnostics and labor for 1 hour. The sunroof did not need a new motor or cables. All it needed was for the sunroof system to reset because it got out of sync. Something that the Honda Dealership should have been able to fix with their eyes closed!The Honda Dealership was trying to charge me more than 10 times the price I paid to completely fix it at another repair place. The service department tried to scam me and steal my money! This is completely unacceptable! I will never come back to this dealership ever again and I will make sure all of my friends and family know that the service department will steal your money and scam you for unnecessary repairs or they will not work on your car at all.

Called Weds set up an appointment for service. I was told to be at service 7am this morning that I would get my car back sooner. At 2:20pm today, my car had not been serviced. I was told those who show up and wait for their car has first priority. If I knew that, I would have brought my car in at lunch. Honda should tell their customers that those who come and wait gets priority first. Misleading your customers by someone telling us to be there at 7am, is wrong. Btw, I just had my sister buy an Accord yesterday based on my recco. She had a Camry and decided to buy Honda. Same with my sister n law. Management should make sure customers know the correct info on service, and appointments. Thank you.

I went to get a standard 60k service completed. After leaving my alignment was off. Now Im being charged for something that should have been checked after a basic service was completed. The service department has wasted my time, money and put me at risk. Id recommend going somewhere else for service if you value your time, money or safety.

Online price was good, shipping cost was reasonable, and pretty quick. The problem comes when trying to order the part over the phone or in person at the dealership. The part I needed was quoted to me at $250 after tax and I would have to return to pick it up since it wasnt something they normally stocked, I was able to order the same exact part on their website for $177 after tax, plus $11 shipping to my door. They said they didnt match their own online price.

I would NOT recommend Leith Honda for service. If you do, take pictures of any parts of your car the service technician may be touching. Unfortunately, today I brought my 17’ Civic in to have the instrument gauge cluster lens in for a FREE replacement. (Lens was hazy and they offered to replace it for free). However, after the work had been completed, there was an obvious gouge on my dash. It appeared as if the tech had pried with a screw driver to remove the vent side of the trim work which damaged the vinyl on the dash (mind you a $600+ part after researching while FUMING in the repair lobby). They then went on to deny that the damage area was not near where he was working. When I asked the service manager how they go about replacing the lens, all I got was “they’re experienced technicians”. The service manager couldn’t even pull up a service how-to guide for them to even replace that part, so HOW DOES HE KNOW HE DOESNT HAVE TO PRY UP ON THAT SECTION OF THE DASH? oh, that’s right, they’re “experienced” service technicians that know how. When the actual Leith Honda manager came out to investigate the damage, he obviously put all the trust in the service technician, so I asked to have them take it apart again and prove to me that they didn’t have to remove that section or pry on that section of the dash. By this time it was near 5:30 rush hour and I received a call back into work, which they then had to give me my car back. They’ll be seeing me again because after watching SEVERAL YouTube videos of people taking the lens out, there’s NO PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE WAY for that technician NOT to remove the area where the dash was damaged. This wasn’t even my first rodeo with Honda service. 2019 I had to bring my car back not once, not twice, NOT THREE TIMES, BUT FOUR times for them to patch a leak in my tire. At this point, I would’ve rather chucked out the $75 for the replacement tire then waste the time and gas driving all the way out on Capital Blvd just for me to come right back. Not impressed with the overrall service from their technicians. The floor staff is receptive and explain things thoroughly, but still have that pushy sales approach when they ask you to fill out the survey after your service visit.

Well over TWO hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I had an appointment first thing in the morning. They went scrambling and whispering when I asked to check on the status of my vehicle; clearly a mistake was made in the system and they refused to own it. My three year old was in tears by the end of it. Have some integrity, Honda.

Not happy with their service. Bought new 2018 model from them, found out that AC is not working, in just one year old car. Got it fixed last month with them, and now I see the problem again in just a month. How often do I have to keep taking my car to them? The customer representative was kind of rude when I requested if someone from service center could pick my car and drop it off when its fixed, they bluntly said they do not offer such service. Its irritating in this summer to keep taking my car to service center every now and then, for something I am not at fault at, the AC should work fine in a such just one year old car. :(

The price of oil change is a bit higher than the chain store, but they use synthetic oil. With a 10% off coupon, its worth it. The waiting area has free coffee and popcorn with wifi. Although the waiting time is usually longer, I guess it is OK. Just remember dont get pressure into other services until you check out for yourself first.

Im disappointed that at my last service on 11/18 for an oil change I was charged over $61, when the email confirming my service appt said $41 and some change. When I questioned the attendant I was told there is tax. Fully knowing that tax on my service would not amount to an extra $20, in order to avoid a scene, I paid my bill with fortunately a $5.43 coupon off to help. However, because I feel there was some dishonesty on Leiths part, I will be taking my service elsewhere in the future.
