I used to go to this place often, but didnt want to go back anymore ever since I dealt with this tall guy with glasses. He was very unprofessional and even rude. Dont go this place or at least dont talk to the guy who was sitting in the middle table, tall with glasses.

I always come to AppyHe is very nice guy, he just fixes whatever need to be fixed..they are really good people

My car’s tire light on when drive every 10 days, my monther use my my car when I went to China, I forgot to fix the tire, my monther bring my car here to fix, the technician say tire sensor problem,repair it cost about $200.00.Drive only about two week, the problem still there. When I come back, bring my car there, want they refund my monther’s money, but they don’t want . I request repair the tire for free, they say ok.I’m strong not recommend drive your car here, if you still need repairs your car here for emergency need, don’t let the car left your eyes!I’m still very angry when I think this case.The case happened few years ago .

Spent a lot of money on my ac. Still doesn’t work. A rip-off!!!

My previous vehicle was maintained by this repair shop. Every time something got fixed, something else started to break a few months later. They use minimally coating for paint jobs so they will crack and will provide after-market parts so that the price is cheaper. Dont trust this place for repair jobs unless you want to be a frequent customer with no fault of your own.

As a single woman, these guys are great!! They dont do a bunch of stuff I dont need. They just fix whats broken if it actually broken!!

Warning ! Warning ！When my car got here to repair it, when I got it to fix it, I lost my tire pump! Never happen at other place ! Never never never come to the Palace! My loss will be your lesson！ the service is good! They can fix mostly problem !

My monther drive my car to here fix front bumper, also fix the tire low press warning light on, the technician replaced tire press sensor, but the problem also there, finally I found a nail on the tire, by a new tire hole fixer from auto zone(old one missing), fix it by myself, then the problem gone, and I check my car everything, missing tire inflater tools and tire hole fixer . Be care full when u go to here to fix your car, u must be stay there, or take all stuff out of the car. Good luck for new viewer!
