I dont know the guys name but he was very efficient and he managed to squeeze me into the schedule even though I didnt schedule an appointment he did a professional job while simultaneously working on other vehicles my car looked brand new as if I just got it off the lot!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Even if you use the bays, they dont stiff you on the time, like other places Ive been to.5 minutes, is 5 minutes.Some Ive been to, 5 minutes, is like- 3 minutes.

DO NOT get a car wash here. The car wash track destroyed my wheels on the left side. Scraped the coating of the entire circumference of both wheels.

No soap came out while it was on the soap any other setting. A waste of $20

Left a huge bird poo on my sunroof. When the dryers were going over the car I asked if he could get rid of it. He claimed it was glue and that it was from the factory. I said I have had the vehicle for 14 years. I also told him I was speaking with a friend when the seagull strafed the vehicle and the light stuff came off in a rain storm a few days later.i ended up using my own safelight window cleaner and getting it off after letting it sit for a minute. It is funny that they call this a touchless car cleaning as the spinning and back and forth material touches my mid size suv but the small compact car in front of me they did not touch the passenger side at all. Will not be returning here again

I tried the first time two weeks ago. Soap was still all over the car when we were driving out for the “hand dry”! My car was still very dirty, lesson learned won’t go back. Normally I wouldn’t review for one bad experience but my neighbor coincidentally went a few days after me and had the exact same experience. Seems consistently bad!

I have been to this place several times and the self service never works. It eats your quarters. I told one of the attendants and he so much didnt believe me. Had to see for himself. He put bills in and thats it my last wash there.would not reccomend!!

Affordable and quick. The system does a good job plus the towel dry and the end ensures you dont have areas of soap that havent rinsed off.

The staff there are extremely disrespectful!!!After confronting scratches and damages to tire caused by their service., they argued we were causing trouble and its none of their fault. We didnt even ask for monetary compensation but wanted an apology! But NOOO! That lady refused to admit it was their fault! And told us to get out of there!!!!! Way to treat your customers!!! Hope they close soon.

Can’t believe places like this are still in business. Brought my car over, scratched my paint (yes, even with “touchless wash” guess because they are not using proper soft cloth to dry and they don’t care) and chipped my wheels and tires. That wheel-guiding track is awful and I would suggest taking pictures of before and after, otherwise the employees are gonna give you a hard time, even humiliating you in the face. Was told by the manager to not come again lmao, because apparently I was giving them trouble. Absolutely not acceptable, will definitely not go again, and suggest anyone to avoid at all cost.

Do not go to the place! Got the 18 dollar car wash and had flat tire when wash was done, and they didn’t tell me I have a flat tire even they clear saw it. Didn’t want to cause any problem and I asked for money back(just to make myself feel better) the lady there argued with me and keep telling me that was my problem, and they are not responsible for any damages, after all that she told me not to come back . This place really amazed me by its terrible service .

Went thru with the best package, $18 when done I had big heavy globs of soap on passenger mirror and the towel dryer was just spreading the soap around. Drove back around and the guys arguing with me that I didnt let the guy dry my car completely. I didnt want soap film all over my car. He was very rude and acted like I was ripping him off. Never going back to this place.

My car was damaged by the automatic wash. The owner was rude, blamed me for the damage, and refused to accept any responsibility.I never post consumer reviews, but I was treated so rudely, that I felt I needed to say something. The car wash bent my rear windshield wiper up to the point that the wiper blade no longer makes contact with the glass. While I was in the wash, I saw what had happened, and said something to them when I exited. They looked at it, and lied to me by telling me that it was OK. I left the wash, inspected it myself, and saw that it was actually damaged.I went back to ask them about what they could do to help fix things. I felt I was being very reasonable in asking that they pay for what is probably a very simple repair. They blamed me for the damage, and told me that they werent responsible. After a little back and forth, they just ignored me and walked away. I guess they knew that I couldnt actually hold them responsible for the damage, and because they didnt *have* to make things right, they didnt care.I was just struck by how dismissive they were, and by the fact that they blamed me. They had no interest in even discussing some kind of small repair. Do yourself a favor, and go to another car wash that actually cares about good customer service. A very small amount of consideration on their part could have made this right, but that is apparently not how they do things.

Do not wash at this place. I was expecting Touchless to be real touch less but not really. Basically the meaning of touch less in this carwash is the machine will not touch the body, but instead its gonna touch your feet(wheels) Not happy with the answer that was given from the lady after telling them to refund the money. Instead of apologizing, she yelled and tell not to come back and do not want to see my face. If you drive a lifted truck with big tires then sure, go ahead. But I drive a sports car, and Im not happy that my flawless ND miata, its now flawed with scratches on my brand new shoes, which is the wheel.

Not bad, but $4 for 4 minutes for starting your wash is too much and you cannot add quarter to increase the time. You have to start all over again with $4.

This review is for the drive thru car wash only. I have been to this carwash location for a good couple of years. The staff have been very friendly and hard working. The price is pretty good, especially if you save your receipt from the local supermarkets where there are always $2 off coupons for car washes. The drive thru doesnt do a good good cleaning my car. The rinsing function has not been effective and theres always soap remaining on the passenger side mirror, and a little bit on the drivers side mirror too. I guess I cant complain too much for a car wash with under carriage wash that costs only $11 (with coupon) plus tip for the folks who towel dry my car.

I got my car detailed there and it came out excellent !! I even recommended their car wash to a friend and she loved it, she said her car felt and looked brand new again . Every employee there is kind and hard workers.

Just got my car washed (2017 GLS 63) their stupid wheel thing scratched my rim and tried to call them with no luck. What made me mad is that the guy saw it happen and not say a word.

Hi Guys - Pay attention when you use your card to pay for car wash at this LOCATION - I washed car on 6/26/2018 and I check my bank the next morning - they charged me $10.00 when I hit the STOP button at $5.87. SO BECAREFUL
