After getting into an accident I chose Ayers to do the repairs because of there good reviews. I really regret trusting them to work on my car. After the repairs were done I ran into multiple issues. Ultimately I needed to bring my car to a different auto body shop, who discovered that Ayers repaired parts on my car that my insurance company paid them to replace with new parts. This led to multiple issues, the bumper was not flush with the vehicle and repairs were also missed. I feel this company cannot be trusted and does not do quality work. Bad experience and they were unhelpful and rude after the fact.

Got into a fender bender in quincy where I live, and the side airbag went off which injured my wife (the airbag, not the accident itself).. My Acura was towed to Ayers Collision, and they took care of literally EVERYTHING from A to Z. Chuck and John were a pleasure to deal with, and even advocated on my behalf to the insurance Co and got my deductible down! Good guys over there. My car came back in better shape than when I got in the accident! Cant recommend them enough. 5 Stars.

I went to Ayers after my car was damaged in an accident. Bryan, Chuck, and John were delights to work with. My car was finished a day early and in pristine condition when I got it back (washed, vacuumed on top of being fixed). They seamlessly dealt with insurance and also arranged my Enterprise rental (picked up and dropped off right on site at Ayers). Overall, a great experience. I will be going back here for all future collision needs.

I learned via City of Quincy Police that my car was towed here for having an expired registration while parked on a side street (I was confused, as I assumed this would typically warrant no more than a ticket).I contacted the office first to ask about getting my car back. They mentioned that I needed to update my registration prior to being able to pick up the car. The vehicle was brought in the day prior and had already incurred ~$180 to remove from the premises, so I went to check on that.After not being able to renew online after expiry (NY Plates with the need to title shift), I contacted them again to see what options there were. They mentioned that for an additional $108, they could also bring it back to my home. That seemed outlandish, as the location is a 3 minute drive from my home, so I opted to see if I could find a secondary company in the interim, with the intention of calling them back with an update.When I called a third time to set up the tow with them, I was transferred to the owner, who went on to scream at me, saying “You’re wasting everyone’s time here. No one cares about your issues, just resolve them or do whatever the f*** you want. I honestly don’t care.”I’m sorry if my questions felt extensive to you, but this is no way to speak to someone, whether in customer service or otherwise. I ended up paying $278 in totality for them to move my car 3 minutes over and back over the course of a day. They also somehow managed to initially deliver it to the wrong location entirely even after I specified where I wanted it.While the hefty price tag alone (along with having no work transportation) is enough to leave someone distraught, the way I was treated makes that seem like a non-issue. Dealing with someone by screaming at them when they have been nothing but cordial is no way to do business or treat people in general. I have no idea how the other functions of their business run, but I would not recommend this shop to anyone that I have care or respect towards. I truly hope I never have to deal with this person ever again.

I had my car broken into and Ayers was quick to respond, send a tow truck and fix the damage. The people that work here are extremely kind and helpful. Very, very nice family, extremely helpful and I will absolutely continue to use their services.

If you are in North Quincy/Quincy Area,Ayers Collision Center and Towing services is the shop to go to.I would highly recommend them.My Car tires and rims were stolen and I called many Towing and Mechanic stores to fix it.None of them were helpful.Chuck and the team at Ayers Collision service were just great and came up with an idea to restore temporary tires,tow it and they fixed the Tires at Ayers Collision center shop.Good Quality work done and on time.

Just picked up my Escape today after having it repaired from an accident. It was done in 48 hours, the repairs are perfect and they cleaned it completely. These people are really great, fifth visit and each time I am more impressed. Nobody is better.

They fixed my car after a someone hit it. I dropped it off Sunday night and sent an email with the details. The car was finished Tuesday to include the interior being cleaned. I was able to pay over the phone and pick it up after work. The rear bumper looks brand new. They also left touch up paint for me per my request. The staff was very polite and professional. I always take my vehicles there for body work and now detailing.

Chuck was a godsend, handled everything throughout the entire process making the transition seamless from picking up the rental to picking up the car. One of my friends says she crashes her car every 6 months just so she can go there ( the car detailing is AMAZING), now i see why! Thanks again.

Working with Ayers was a great experience. My car was involved in a pretty bad accident, and they went the extra mile and walked me through the process of working with the person at faults insurance company, and being sure I was fully informed throughout the repair process. Dan was in touch with me and always answered the (many) questions I had with professionalism and patience. Ive now have my car back, and it looks brand new. Excellent work, thank you all for making a new process and bummer of a situation as stress free as possible! Would highly recommend Ayers.

I will never go any where else ! The customer serve is outstanding. I brought my vehicle in after an accident and Ayers handled everything. The entire process was seamless. They had a rental car waiting for me, dealt with my insurance company, and my vehicle looks and runs better than it did before the accident.

Had a severely dented drivers side door that the shop did a great job of restoring. Of course, these things always cost more than I want to pay, but the results were satisfactory. It was in the late winter, and when I got back the car, it had rained, then froze, the night before, and my car was completely covered with over an inch of solid ice (parked outside all night). I had them detail the car as part of the repair job, and was a bit disappointed that they did not de-ice the car as a courtesy.

Had some work done through my insurance company. When it was time to pay they informed me I needed a cashiers check to pay the deductible or they would charge me 3% for using credit card. I told them I would not be using cashiers check and would be using credit card. I told them I would call my insurance company to ask about the 3%. Once I said that they said don’t worry about it. Very shady. Then I paid out of pocket to touch up a few scratches. Not sure what I paid for. That scratches look the same to me. I guess they got their 3% and more that way

Great service and quality of work. Arranged rental car during time of service as pick up and drop off from the auto shop. Would highly recommend and be a repeat customer

If i could give 0 stars i would. Spent $185 for a detailing. Would it have been too much to expect rhe car to be vaccumed out? Nothing. Lifted up floor mats front and back which were soaked and not even cleaned under there. My car looked same as when dropped off. Interior leather.....nothing. A 26$ car wash looks the same at least they vaccum. I was ripped off to the max to say nothing about the way i was spoken too. And wonders of wonders.....no one would give me there name. I intend to go as far as i can pursing getting my money back small claims...better business bureau. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Full of crooks. We were told our car would be moved from our street to the street over for construction from the Police department. Since we were the last car to be moved, they decided to tow our car to the impound lot since they were not getting paid to move the other cars. Filthy sleaze ball move just to make a few bucks. Do not trust these liars.
