Such an amazing job these folks did with our car, which was damaged by falling trees during a storm. Highly recommend this group! They are very kind and professional.

Our hoods safety latch failed resulting in the hood smashing the windshield. Had the windshield, hinges, and safety latched replaced. Job quality was great, price was reasonable, turn around time was appropriate, and Jay was easy to work with. I definitely recommend them!

We love Willard St. Phyllis makes the whole process seemless and simple. She has great relationships with the rental agencies and which helps with that part of the process. Jay is great and his team does superior work- body, paint, etc. The car is always returned in a reasonable timeframe and is clean! My husband and I have had a run of unfortunate accidents... working with Willard has made it less stressful and we are confident that are cars will be great when we get them back. Thanks!!

Ive had my car repaired here twice. Both times they have provided excellent service as well as the repair itself. The car was ready when they said it would be, and it looked great when I got it back. They even washed it and cleaned the interior! The receptionist is very friendly and helpful; she took care of the insurance paperwork cheerfully.

Outstanding service . The front office assists you in navigating through the insurance paperwork, which is extremely helpful and reduces ones stress level. The auto body techs are friendly and experienced. My car,was ready when promised. The owner makes it a point to converse with the costumer in order to make sure the costumer is satisfied.
