In the past 18 years, I have been through with different Auto Body shops but Centre Street Garage in Quincy, MA is the best place I have ever been to. I just happened to find it in Google search last year. This is the best place that I have had the experience with. I wish I could have known this place earlier. This is a family business. Theresa is the owner, and Greg is her nephew. At the moment you walk in the office, you feel very comfortable with her friendly cheer up. Her customer service is the best. She is very knowledgeable and experienced person to deal with. When submitting the appraisal to her, she knows what to do with the insurance company. She calls the car rental company to arrange time to pick up. I just drop off my car there and she will take care of the rest. I feel peace of mind when leave it to her. She is very honest person. I trust this place very much. Their work is done on time as promises. The work result is well done as I expect.

Do not go to this body shop if you want your vehicle fixed correctly. Ive had work done here on 2 vehicles and both were done with very poor craftsmanship. One vehicle had minor bumper damage and a new bumper was painted and installed. Within a year the bumper was popped out on one side and not fitting correctly anymore. They blamed the aftermarket bumper because it couldnt be shoddy work of course. The next vehicle I brought to them had major rear end damage and what a mistake it was to bring it to centre St. They did terrible work on the vehicle which I had to bring back countless times for different issues. Once again the parts were to blame and not the incompetent work. I brought the vehicle in 2 times for vibrations and I am pretty sure the vehicle was parked and not touched or looked at for the week they supposedly worked on it because I picked it up both times with the same issue clearly still there. Finally I brought my vehicle to the Toyota dealer where they put it on a lift and found the frame was bent in 5 minutes. Finally I gave up dealing with the shop all together. Theresa who works in the office is a nice enough woman but she clearly has the wrong people working for her. I would not suggest anybody who wants their vehicle repaired back to a correct state use this shop. Certainly not for any major damage. I know I will tell anyone I know to avoid using centre St garage.

I highly recommend Centre Street Garage from the front office with Theresa who is a very nice person and outstanding at her job,from taking care of all the paper work to making arrangements for a rental car her help made it very easy.The technicians at the back of the shop do excellent work they took care of my 2015 buick encore and you would never know it was ever damaged.Great job! I have been a customer of Centre St Garage since 2000. Fortunately, they are always there to fix whatever damage my car has sustained. They provide excellent customer service and their craftsmanship is second to none. If you are around the Quincy area this is the place to go!

My car was rear ended at a stop sign and Centre Street Garage was one of the preferred body shops for the insurance company of the driver who hit me. They were the second body shop I called in Quincy because the first one told me they couldnt schedule me for more than a month. It was only a week wait to get into Centre Street Garage because they took the time to ask about the extent of the damage (relatively minor) and review the adjustment paperwork. They were then able to squeeze my vehicle in to their schedule. I found them to be friendly and helpful people and was able to communicate easily with them through email, on the phone, and in person. The body work was also done well and they detailed my car.

Over the years the people at Centre Street Garage have taken amazing care of mine and my familys cars. They take alot of the worry out of a sometimes stressful ordeal. They go above and beyond to get the job done in a timely and affordable manner. Cant recommend them enough.

Im actually surprised someone gave less than 4 stars for centre street garage. This place has excellent service and that is due to the fantastic work and customer service of Theresa Volandre. She helped me above and beyond for my accident. She even spoke with my insurance adjuster directly to settle some disrepancies and problems that arose from because of the inefficiencies of my insurance company. If god fobid I have another accident, I would definitely come back to centre street garage and give them my business. The repair was excellent and looked great. They took the time to clean the interior and give it a ride test before the car was ready for pick up I would totally recommend this garage. Just be pleasant, nice, and understanding and Theresa will do the same for you!
