My son took me to Kassies Korner and I was hooked. The drinks are awesome and so was the service. They give you that small town vibe where everyone knows your name (Norm!). They treat you like family and send you off knowing your drink was made right! I like a consistency and they dont disappoint!

This was my first time visiting and I wont be back. I ordered an iced mocha and the milk tasted rancid. I had to toss my drink because I didnt feel safe finishing it, which was a huge waste of money. The almond mocha my husband ordered was okay, if over sweet, which is what saved a star. The service was terrible, though. The barista asked me three times if Id be paying cash or card (which is fine, I get it can get hectic). But the whole exchange was very gruff. The worst part was when I asked for a sleeve for my husbands hot coffee. She stared at me like I killed her puppy and then didnt say a single word as I returned the signed receipt. I did end up getting the sleeve, but it felt like I had to pull her tooth to get it. Never going back. Not worth the price or attitude for bad drinks.

Kassies is great! The baristas are always really nice and quick to learn your order. They have a nice variety in drinks to enjoy all year round.My wife and I moved back to Puyallup from Bellingham and our only complaint is the lack in gluten free options in comparison to the cafes up North.

I just started keto and ordered an Americano, heavy cream with sugar free chocolate syrup and it was the BEST coffee Ive ever had. Amazing coffee and amazing service!

This is the best place to get drinks. The staff genuinely like to interact personally and the coffee / whatever is always made just right.

I came wanting something new, some kind of energy drink. One of the ladies said Ill make you something new. She made some kind of tropical energy drink and it was pretty good. The service is always great, never had any problems. The only thing I dont like is the batista putting a straw in my drink with her bare hands.

Edit:I talked to the manager and they were amazing and let me know the pricing and what had happened! I will continue to come here after contacting the manager for sure! Thank you so much for reaching out ❤️I use to come here a lot because I lived down the road I moved to Issaquah last year and still make the drive to get coffee at least once a week and I get the same thing every time and get charged differently everytime. I always get 3 24oz red lotus and my total is always a little over 15 something before tax This time it was 20 something no tip included. I don’t think I will be coming back due to the prices always changing depending on the girl making the drinks 🤷🏻‍♀️

Not to be confused with the Kassies Korner on 224th. The staff there are out of this world.The staff at this location are a different breed and frankly weird at times. Didnt used to be this way but Ive been doing business with this company through three owners and the difference in attitude is getting starker all the time.

Had to change my rating from a 4 ⭐ because of the attitude I get from them now. If Im paying for lite ice, and my cup is 3/4 full of ice after the beverage is poured, Im going to question it. Receiving attitude because of that is not okay. Probably wont come back.

They were so kind when I couldnt think of a drink to order so I got the gold digger and when I tell you it was the most thickest and the most delicious thing I have taisted I mean it!

All I can say is they are The Best B@&ches on the block and I stand on that 💪🏾🦍🙌🏾😂. Fr fr I’ve been to plenty of different coffee shops and by far this one is the best and a must go to drinks are 🔥🔥🔥🔥 people are amazing and you couldn’t ask for better service.

I waited in line for 20 minutes for them to make one drink for the guy in front of me. They messed up my drink and it’s absolutely disgusting!! I would not recommend them to anyone!

Im happy to say Kassies has made a come back in my eyes. I made this review maybe 6 months ago and they have been on the up and up since! Definitely my first choice coffee stand again!I used to love this place. It was my ride or die, but something has changed with this place and I have officially decided to stop making this my coffee shop. The girls have completely stopped listening to my order and always make it wrong.

I have been coming to this coffee shop for a few years now and I always have a great experience! In addition to their coffee being high quality, their customer service is the best I’ve experienced at any coffee place. This morning we got caught up in conversation and one of the barista‘s made a mistake with my drink. I told her it was fine because I didn’t really mind, but she ended up giving me extra punches on my card and a discount on my drink to make up for the mistake. I will always highly recommend this place! Love all the girls there!

Always love Kassies Korner! Try the French toast bagel sandwich! Its my favorite breakfast food. All the baristas are friendly but very efficient as well. I love that even if theres a line, they come out to take orders and get through the line quickly.

Delish coffee friendly staff. Ive had a couple orders wrong and was told that they couldnt make a coffee I wanted at the one on meridian and went to the one on 224th they had no issues with making it. Also was told different things about the punch cards by the two different locations. I still give a 4 star because the coffee is really good and the staff is very nice.

Wow! Kassie’s Korner knocks it out of the park! Delicious, consistent coffee EVERY TIME. Outstanding employees, awesome “old school” customer service full of smiles & kindness, and great coffee that seems to be of much better quality than their surrounding competitors are using. KK’s coffee just flat-out tastes better! My wife & I have been coming to Kassie’s Korner as part of our daily coffee routine on our way into work for the past few months, and we can tell you not only does this place take pride in their customer service, but the coffee is awesome & is so much more reasonably priced than the other coffee stands in the area. Their particular brand of coffee has such a rich, bold flavor and you can tell they don’t go “cheap” on their product - they use the good stuff! The folks that work there are always warm and welcoming & seem genuinely happy to see us and treat us as if we’ve all been friends for years! My wife & I cannot recommend this place enough! In a world of a zillion coffee stands on every corner, Kassie’s Korner is a standout!

Beware the two locations have different owners. If you purchase a gift card, make sure you tell the recipient that they can only use it at the place you purchased it. The one on 224th has much better service.

Literally the best service. When they messed up they gave us free coffee. (input the order wrong but the drinks were fine) when theyre packed someone usually comes out to take orders, theyre always nice and cherry and always remember to ask if we want slips or straws or whip cream! Their coffee is always on point, I think I only had one experience where the coffee wasnt great, but that was the selection I made, not their fault (I wasnt in a nutty mood but my partner loves nutty coffee and recommended it to me) anyways love this place!

My white chocolate caramel mocha taste like i just threw coffee beans in my mouth and started chewing them, by far the worst coffee Ive ever had in my life. Every time i take a drink i get more grounds then coffee in my mouth. The only upside is the women were nice but no one likes there coffee to taste like black coffee if i wanted black coffee i would make it at home in a coffee pot. This post is about the location at 182nd and meridian.

My favorite coffee stand in the area. They offer quite a selection, coffee, white coffee, energy drinks, many flavors of syrup, some breakfast sandwiches, donut holes, and muffins. Follow their facebook page and youll see all the cool drinks they make for each season. I usually get a blue/pink lotus drink or a latte depending on the weather. Service is wonderful every time we visit. They get busy pretty often, but Ive never waited longer than 10 minutes to order and get my drink. The only downside is that the parking lot Kassies Korner is located in is a little cramped and other patrons dont always pay attention when theyre driving, so just be cautious and attentive.

Had a longer line than usual, instead of having us all just wait our turn, they came out and took our orders! Very impressed with the level of service! (And also the quality of the coffee!)

This is the best coffee stand around! I should know - I’ve tried them all. The staff is so friendly and professional & the coffee is excellent! I’ve never been ignored, treated rudely, rushed, nor made to feel like I’m just a source of money & not a person - so many other coffee stands in the area seem to have a lot of employees who are rude and have zero customer service skills or are too busy socializing with their coworkers and aren’t focused on the customers. Not here though - Kassie’s Korner is such a breath of fresh air! The girls are kind, happy to see you, and are efficient and keep things moving along, but they’re able to do it while still maintaining a friendly and fun demeanor. I love starting my day off with coffee from Kassie’s Korner - makes for an awesome start to my day! Thanks ladies!! 🙂👍🏼

Wow. I rarely feel coffee flavor in my latte. This latte is the worst one that I have ever had in my life. Stay consistent in your quality. I shouldve not give a tip to her.

I love this place, the staff is always friendly and on top of it. If they mess up they fix it quickly and resolve your issue. The prices are reasonable they do not offer a frequent flyer card or anything like that for their customers but other than that its a great little spot to grab a cup or two.

I really like how they advertise new drink creations on their Facebook page! The baristas are always really nice too! But I do wish the drinks tasted more like what’s suppose to be in them. The coffee is very strong so it over powers the flavors. I wish they automatically just made them more flavorful. I think without asking you should atleast be able to taste the different syrups / sauces. Today I had a 24oz gold rush and it just taste like milk and bitter espresso. I’m disappointed. Hoping they fix this and then I can give a 5 star review and become a regular.
