My 16 oz blended mocha and 16 oz iced Americano with a scoop of protein came out to $11, where Im usually paying $8 max at literally any other stand.The americano is God awful. I took 1 sip and almost vomited. I asked for a half scoop of protein to be stirred into my shots of coffee...its so chunky you can see it floating throughout the drink. On top of it all, the drink was warm. An iced drink...was warm. Totally un-drinkable. Shouldve lit a $10 on fire instead.Unfortunate because I work out at the gym in this lot almost daily but I wont be back to this stand.

I’m a delivery worker, I was delivering items to Bean Tree this morning and had quite an unpleasant experience. As expected for 9 am, they were slammed. When I arrived at the address it took me several minutes to find the correct building and once I found that it was a small drive-thru coffee shop, I wasn’t sure where to park my vehicle to begin unloading their items. I didn’t want to cut in front of their customers or slow business down. There was also a vehicle already parked at their back door where it looked like people unload things. After calling a few times, leaving a voicemail, waiting 15 minutes for a message from them about where to unload their items, I drove up and waited behind a few cars at the window where I could speak with a barista. She was extremely dismissive and rude, I tried explaining the situation to her and she told me everyone knows where to put their stuff, I felt kinda dumb and asked if all the other drivers knew where to unload and she said “yup back step is pretty common”, with the most condescending tone possible. I tried to explain that I didn’t want to be late because I know that falls on me, so I tried calling a few times and she rudely interrupted me telling me how slammed they were and that she doesn’t know what to tell me. (I completely understand this, that’s something they could’ve accounted for by putting delivery instructions in the delivery notes).I pride myself in providing my customers with exceptional service and this interaction was less than savory. I’m not sure what happened today, but we were both just trying to do our job and if your employees could be a bit more friendly and communicative, it would go a long way!

Theres one barista girl here who overcharges me and the sad part I even tip her on top of that price.. I have sent over some friends to buy the same drinks and they pay less . when Igo and theres a different barista they also charge me a lower price....smh dislike baristas like that . FYI SHE is the tanned chick with tank tops .

This is my go to coffee place. Ladys are all super friendly and they can make anything you like.

I love Bean Tree. They always know how to make it right. Their coffee is so delicious and a perfect pick me up. The ladies there are so sweet and know exactly what I want. I drive all the way across town to have their coffee. I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great coffee and warm customer service.

Not wearing a mask not getting my money

My hubby and I have had the Bean Tree as our favorite coffee shop since it was first opened 10+ years. The girls are great and they treat each customer personally which is unique! The drinks are simply heavenly! We are spoiled! Love it!

Used to love this shop unfortunately, last few months have been off. Long wait times over 10 mins with only one car ahead of me. Then the drinks have been made wrong 4 times. But I just order a simple iced mocha, nothing added or extra.

Friendly service, app took a bit to figure out, but the employees are very helpful, drinks are good...

Nice little drive thru coffee stop. Im not much of a coffee drinker but I discovered the Bullicious drink, a combo of Red Bull, your choice of flavor (mines raspberry) with a splash of orange juice all splashed over ice. Awesome and refreshing drink and the service is always good.

Simply the best drive through espresso in Puyallup. Maybe the best of any shopperiod. Friendly crew. Never disappoints.

My husband and I wanted to try a new coffee place, since were burnt out on Starbucks and Big foot and we saw The Bean Tree in the parking lot of our gym and decided to try it out. We had the best coffee weve ever had! This place is amazing! Friendly staff and coffee made right! I highly recommend stopping here for some joe! Will definitely be back.

These ladies are fantastic!!! I go 2-3 times a week and they always remember my order and the coffee is some of the best in Puyallup. Even if theres a line, the coffee and service are worth the wait.

This was my favorite coffee stand because of the quality of the coffee and fast paced environment but customer service and consistency of how my drink is made needs to be worked on especially with their regular staff. I only have 1 name but theres more than 1 person involved. Amanda I see almost every time I stop in if I have a request to have something done she tells me it cant be done. Where as there is a wonderful blonde girl always smiling very cheerful and remembers my name (I wish I asked for her name) she knows how to make my drink the way i like it. I even politely ask if I can have the blonde barista make my drink and Amanda told me no. What baffles me is the fact that I know its pride getting in the way of her just showing her how to properly make my drink. So attention to management you just lost a customer because you have a very rude untrained barista who really needs to work on her attitude. I have paid for 3 drinks made by her that were either too watery or too icy.

Was my favorite coffee stand that I had went to every morning and thought the girls were amazing until my boyfriend brought my drink home the same drink I order every time an iced caramel mocachito and they gave me a pumpkin spice only reason I know is I am allergic to it I called the stand and never got a call returned. Also my boyfriend is every picky when it comes to his redbull he doesnt like t flat he like sit straight from the can and do of the barista and she refused to give him the can and gave him the pump redbull which taste flat and doesnt have much flavor what happened to giving people respect that you would want
