Excellent atmosphere, excellent service. I love that they have a walk-up window. It makes it very convenient for my Sunday morning commute. I have to wait an hour at the park and ride to get my next bus, so it kills some time.

Drinks for always correct, staff kind and quick. I also love how they are using the tablets for payment to save on receipt paper waste etc. The location is right by the freeway so convenient as well.

All of the girls here are super friendly and make you feel very welcomed! Ive never had a bad drink for here. I would definitely recommend getting a double Redbull if your looking for a little pick me up. My go to for now, thanks to one of the girls is blue raspberry, huckleberry and black berry topped with lemonade, its the perfect mix of sweet and sour!

I love this place i always get my coffee here. The workers are very sweet and are always fast and never mess up a drink. I definitely recommend this Bigfoot instead of the other ones in the area lol

I am so disappointed in my daughters favorite coffee place. So my daughter always goes here and uses her swipe credit card. The lady told her they do not except that form of card (although she has used it before there) my daughter then responded I don’t have any other form of payment do you want me to hand you this drink back through the window? The lady smirked and said why you can’t have it for free reached into my daughters car window took it from her and then threw in the trash in front of her closed the window and didn’t even say have a nice day. Not only does my daughter go here almost daily a lot of other people we know do also. this was very very horrible customer service. My daughter was tempted to get a job here just to show this lady how to treat people!!! Someone can make this right and respond and if not we along with quite a few others will not give any more business.

Great spot! I live on caffeine, probably shouldn’t, but it is what it is 🤷🏻‍♂️ ☕️ BigFoot Java consistently makes the best drinks around. Their quick, efficient, and they remembered my order after my 3rd visit. That’s impressive seeing that they receive hundreds of orders per day! Highly recommended!

Really good coffee and reasonable price

Disappointed in the service recived. The barista was not attentive and was too busy chatting with her co worker to even get the order correct. Asked for exta Carmel in the cup recived none at all.

Terrible coffee, burnt and terrible after taste at this specific location. Which is terrible because it’s so hit or miss here, id recommend some retraining!

Not practicing covid precautions at all. Took payment from one customer then went right back to preparing my coffee without even sanitizer

Quick service and delicious coffee!!! I love this place! The mythical mocha is my absolute favorite but they have everything you could want, from energy drinks to smoothies and everything in between. Plus baristas are very pleasant and friendly.

Purchased a non fat pumpkin spiced latte paid 5.09 with tip and there was no flavor in my latte. Second time this has happened to me. I used to love to come to big foot java when I come home to visit my family and this will be my last visit.

Someone needs to show these girls how to make coffee . You pay $5 and drive off to enjoy your cappuccino and it taste like warm milk. I gave them chance so many times and this was last !

God I love their coffee I live in Vancouver but I used to live up there and I drank Bigfoot religiously. When I drive up north I always grab one on my way back home always a 44oz blended to I can dip all the way home.

Usually Big Foot is my fave; however my last 2 visits were unusually not. I asked for a 16 oz blonde latte, & got a watered down coffee. Time before I ordered a hot 16 oz spicy chai tea, & it was so watered down I didnt bother drinking it. I dont purchase $5 beverages thru a drive thru to throw out...

The absolute best anywhere! The morning girls are awesome, the afternoon girls rock, the evening girls.. Amazing. And those that work the weekends, thank you I couldnt do it with out!

It was awful! {Lakewood local} Last time I had wondered why the line on one side had 8 cars and the other 0.I found out afterwards I went through the short line and my order was all messed up. So tried again a month later (other side) & it was the same girl she argued w/me and I just said nevermind..Never again.

Omg so everytime I go to this one I end up waiting 20 min or longer for one small coffee. And only one person in front of me. Some girls are quick but man some are just slow.

They have great service and great drinks but in the mornings they are kind of slow but thats just do to not many people and its pretty busy
