Honestly there isnt another place that I do coffee from other than Bigfoot Java. They meet the needs every time and have wonderful staff to accompany this trait. By far the best coffee next to homemade 😉.

Always willing to make something they like to have. Great memories on them and so they are making my beverage before I even get to the window. Very fast even if alone at night and there happens to be a rush. I always come back to this stand because drinks will be made tastefully and not halfway. Price is you get what you pay for.

Got double charged for drinks on a previous visit, went back & showed the staff the charges on my mobile app, refused to take care of my drinks there, had me E-mail the manager, a week later, still no response or call back! Horriable to not take care of your customers!

Wish I could leave zero stars for this place. Coffee is the most important start to your morning when your spending your hard earned money and even tipping every single time my coffe is always made wrong but after my experience two days ago I will never go back to this location I tried my coffee and the pregnant blonde girl asked was it okay I told her no and told her part of what was wrong with it she tried to argue with me about why my drink was correct and how she’s been a barista for 4 years at big foot and this is the way they make drinks. Her nasty attitude and the bad drink left a horrible taste in my mouth for the rest of my day. I wish I got her name people like that shouldn’t be dealing with customers

Favorite place to get my mocha! Allow for some extra time during peak hours tho, they get swamped.. cause theyre just that good! Great drinks and staff!

Normally this place is pretty good but I guess today they decided that even with two people and only helping one other person that theyd rather stand there and stare at us then take our order. Of course we left with nothing and I guess someone else will be taking our money, really hope you guys do better next time.

Always have the same order here, the employees already know our order and make it to perfection every time. Very friendly and courteous always.

Ordered the summer blueberry smash drink and added green tea to it. The batista failed to mention they didnt have blueberries until they gave me the drink and then were like oh we dont have blueberries. Why didnt you say that when I asked about the freaking drink? I was charged for a blueberries smash for lemonade and green tea. Ugh

First time to try out this place so I wanted to try 6 different drinks. The girl making the drinks made me 6 of the same drink. When I asked what they were she told me they are the drinks I (that I never heard of) asked for!! I told her no and she tried to argue with me that I did tell her I ordered them! Wow! So I went through the line again to give her time to make the ones I wanted (not to mention having to wait another 20 minutes in line AGAIN.) When I got to the window she had an attitude and just handed me the drinks. First and last time customer!! Customer service and listening skills are lacking at this location.

Let me start with bigfoot has always been one of my favorites. But a little bit irritated with this location. I stopped and bought a 7$ cup of coffee and asked for a cup of water as well was informed that they cant hand out water but they have bottled water. So I then asked to purchase a water and asked if I could get a cup and was told theres no button to change me for a cup so they cant do that either. Its not like I was just asking for a water I was purchasing coffee and a bottle of water. So no water but then you proceeded to ask me if my dog would like a pupachino no my dog doesnt want a cup full of whip cream he wants a cup of water witch Im sure cost less in overhead to begin with. I have never had a problem asking for water with a order before in my life at big foot or any other establishment. I will only be going to the Puyallup location to redeem my free coffees from here on out since they are more concerned with the cost of a cup then they seem to be about customer satisfaction.

I got twice a day! I wish i could have a little cup of whip cream and pay for it but other than that its great!

Worst service, horrible customer service ever the Baristas dont listen to you and all they do is argue with you. I literally drove thru 20 minutes ago and ordered a suger free mocha and the barista made me a regular mocha and like I said I literally asked for a suger free I cant have suger I stated and she told me I shouldnt be drinking coffee then I like a suger free mocha time to time I am diabetic 2 and cant have suger. I am literally going to to contact the Bbb about the so called business.

Deliciously tasty drinks and fast and friendly service! Baristas always greet you with a smile...always a pleasure to visit here for a yummy treat.

All of them know my order they are the best in the morning and tend to only have 1 or 2 barista who are still learning. Good coffee.

I go daily.....always treated like im bothering them. Always get cold hot chocolates and they never add my points. I get maybe 1 free drink a month.

The only thing i would consider is customer service, the girls there are very disrespectful. every time i go there there is a woman with a attitude. Makes me want to go somewhere else.

Every year there’s always a different staff but the staff they have this season is so rude! They literally act like they don’t want you there and don’t care about their customers, I’ve had to drive back two times because they put the wrong flavor in my drink(redbull mix drink) I don’t mind different flavor but MINT? Uh-huh and when I bring it back they give me attitude like it’s my fault and even slam the window after handing me my drink, never coming back. The one on SOUTHHILL is 10x better. And I know CUSTOMER SERVICE because I myself am a manager and that was not the way to act from their part.

Horrible service, bad drinks always, apple fritter old and stale. This is the only location Ive had issues at.Things have changed and are way better as of April 2021. Back up to 5 stars!

I went there late last night to pick up 2 drinks and a pastry for a customer. This Bigfoot Java had NO DRINK CARRIERS and was out of the pastry that the customer ordered. Furthermore, I was told that they have been out of drink carriers for 2 weeks! What?!??! A coffee place that sells beverages for a living cant get drink holders for 2 weeks?!?!? Bad management.

My experience was very bad. I waited a long time. I had a 50$ bill they wouldnt take it so I give the my debit card their machine wouldnt work keep asking for another card. She asked me to go get change. (I didnt have time on my way to work) she said I cant give you a free drink took it back and dumped it. Went to starbucks in the same parking lot in and out in 3 minutes used my debit card no problem . The girl was very rude.

Another good coffee place but management is flakey and they get rid of good people and play favorites.

This is a must stop every where you see one. I love the coffee here and the people are always great me. If you need a pick me up they will take care of you. If I could I would rate more than 5⭐ highly recommended

My one experience at a coffee stand and I was blown out of the water. Here were 3 of the happiest most chipper gals dripping with five star customer service! Next thing my car battery dies and my jumper box battery was also dead. One of the baristas pulls her car around to help jump-start my car! Meanwhile the other two are quickly working on the other orders for the cars behind me- many of which they already knew/anticipated by seeing the cars. Inspired me to call and let their manager know about my wonderful experience at her establishment. This was a delightful surprise on the kind of day when it felt like the universe was against me.

Lines can be a little long, but Im always happy with my service. Friendly, helpful, efficient, and polite.

I come here for coffee every week on my way to work. I have yet to be disappointed! The coffee is delicious. These ladies are very polite and know exactly what theyre doing. There is such a great selection of flavors and drinks. You can even get a sweet treat to go with your coffee. I love BigFoot Java!

Long wait for a average drink

It is 9:36 am on November 9, 2019. The rudest girls I have ever dealt with at a Bigfoot Java anywhere. I have been a customer for years. So dissapointed because the reviews before mine are great.

Great coffee and staff.

Doesnt matter if I show up at 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 a.m., bigfoot Java is always open and I can always find something that I like.

Great quality coffee, people who actually know how to make it (unlike many Starbucks) and 24 hour availability. Could you ask for anything else? Oh yeah, they have a 44oz Megafoot for us coffee fiends...which looks ridiculous, but it goes fast.

Where else can you get a mocha at 2 am?And not just ANY mocha a mythical mocha!

Love this location, they almost always get my order right and theyre pretty quick. I have gone to the south hill one and they are constantly forgetting to use white coffee, even when I say it multiple times. This location gets it right pretty much every time. 5 stars for these ladies.

I love this coffee stand and all the girls who work here. They are all incredibly sweet and know exactly how to make the very best drinks. I wont go to any other place.

They are almost always right on the flavoring and their speed of service. I have always been happy with my drink and for the most part the baristas really care.

The service is great and Im served in a timely manner! My usual is an iced americano with some cream. The espresso is delicious not to bitter and full of flavor.

I love BigFoot. The baristas are always friendly and make the drinks pretty quickly. They offer a huge 44 ounce Mega Foot size for iced drinks. Its expensive, but Im a sucker for huge drinks.

This was the first BigFoot I have ever went to and we love it! The girls working in the AM always accommodate to our specialty drinks and they sooo sweet! Plus the coffee is delicious.. of course!

Delicious drinks, I recommend the Yeti Splash Tea. Its not on the menu, you have to ask for it.

When asked to remake drink employee refused

They used to be really good but today was my last day going here. This was the very first time that Ive ever had an undrinkable dirty chai. It was completely awful. It looked and tasted like no milk or coffee was used at all. The time before I got a smoothie and it tasted completely of coffee, almost as if the blender wasnt washed. Definitely go elsewhere.

I like the specialty drink menu better here than other places.

This location is horrible!! Just today, the barista had a more than 5 minute BS conversation with the car in front of me -- something about make-up -- seriously!! I backed up and went to the other side just to get my coffee ordered so I could get to my destination! Also, a few weeks ago, I ordered a latte only to learn 5 minutes and 5 miles later that there was NO coffee even in it!! Needless to say, I will not be returning. Very disappointed! Im only giving it one star because I had no choice if I wanted to leave this review.
