So I do have something to share. For years I have chose not to partake of Starbucks. Its expensive for one. Anyhow, this particular day. They did thier thing. Not only was it worth the price. It was delicious. I appriciate you Starbucks....

My daughter was having a rough week (its her first year of Junior High and its been an adjustment). As a treat I decided to take her to Starbucks, shes never had more than a kids hot chocolate and wasnt sure what to order, she ended up ordering something she didnt like (turns out she doesnt like coffee as much as she thought she would). We went back up to the counter to order something different and the young lady at the counter, I believe her name was Kiely, offered to make her a new drink, then asked her what she liked and suggested that she try a strawberry lemonade refresher, when the drink was finished she even brought it out to our table and told my daughter that if she didnt like it to let her know and shed make her something new, but there was no need because my daughter loved it! I really appreciated the level of customer service we recieved but Kiely went above and beyond and for that I want to say, Thank you!

The staff here is always friendly and willing to put up with my sometimes complicated orders. Unfortunately, this is the second time Ive ordered decaf (dont judge, some of us cant handle caffeine but love coffee) and Ive definitely gotten...not decaf. Minus one star because its 3:09am and minus another star because Im still awake.

Not up to expectations today, this is not typical but could have been handled better. I ordered a bagel on mobile app. 20 minutes later still not ready. It was apparent the oven was not working correctly as a technician was actively working on it. I asked twice at the counter about my order and never acknowledged there would be a delay, offer a credit, even explain the situation.

Once again how can you forget the flavoring? This make the 3rd and last chance, no we are sorry, no replacement given.

Reliable. Quick (order online and in store pick up). Everything you need early in the morning.

Well organized for general parking and drive thur.The store is wide open for general seating, more outlets available for people using personal laptops.Great place to go for dine in when needing to catch up on emails and spreadsheets.

What Can Ya Say? Its STARBUCKS... Fast, Friendly, Consistent

This is the cleanest Starbucks Ive ever been to. The grounds are very well kept, and when we are able to sit outside, I look forward to it! While situated right across the street from the fairgrounds, and for how busy the drive thru is; service is always fast, and the location is still quietly peaceful.

Great new addition to the Puyallup Fairgrounds area.The natural lights makes for a great open space that is well lit. The furnishings and decor are very nice and make the interior very welcoming. Great Starbucks design all over this place. There is a great light fixture in this store that will be sure to catch your eye. Lot of wonderful outdoor seating as well.Staff were friendly as always and the food and drinks are consistent with the Starbucks quality we’ve all come to expect.One of the big bonuses about this place is the large parking lot.Check this place out next time you are near the fairgrounds.

First time in here, the staff and atmosphere were GREAT.

They arent open when they are supposed to be according to their website. We pulled in at 6:50pm Friday Oct. 22nd and and their website says that location is open until 7:30.

This place is really fast and has very good service. Nice employees, great atmosphere, and fast service. What more could you ask for?

Coffee cup lid came off in car and coffee spilled in car on carpet and on clothes. The coffee tasted good, just a problem with cardboard coffee cup lid.

Website description hours is in accurate. It says they are currently open until 6 o’clock. Several cars are here in the drive-through now and there is no one here. It is 3:30 in the afternoon.

First time visiting this shop since they opened. Wonderful service! I have never had such nice baristas at Starbucks than the team that was working there this morning. Even during the rush, they were cheerful, thoughtful, helpful, and made our trip fast so we were in the road fast. Love the new milk-free options. About time. 😉

Convenient location and friendly staff. Grabbed a quick Pikes on the way to the fairgrounds across the street. This locatiyhas a drive through and a good deal of parking. Very convenient.

The last 2 times I’ve been they have screwed up on my order. First time I asked for a nitro cold brew with salted caramel foam I got the cold brew. Second time they did the same thing even though the sticker on the cup says nitro. They also didn’t ring up a food item. So had to run another transaction to get that. Will not be back.

I just ordered Uber eats from here and they left the sweetest note. I’m sure Im not the only one but the small things matter in times like this and I wanted to appreciate whoever did this. My egg bites were tasty too, thank you and stay safe and healthy 💛

It is so great to have a Starbucks in downtown. The only downside is the parking spots are super tight and not well thought out. There is no sidewalk to walk from the parking lot to the store. A section of plants strip along the drive through could’ve been a sidewalk. Other than that. The store itself is beautiful. Love the design and I’ve had consistently good tasting coffee.

Wouldn’t recommend coming here to use their internet, wasn’t able to watch any educational videos I needed to so I went to a different coffee shop. Nice atmosphere, lots of crumbs everywhere though (might have just been bad timing when I came).

The store is really lovely. Great seating, atmosphere and tons of natural light. If it was based purely on aesthetics then its a five star. But the internet is horrible! Like developing country bad. I barely could load this page to leave a review. I dont understand why its so horrible. Hard to do anything, either on my computer or phone while here. I hope this gets updated, but Ive been here about a dozen times and its always this bad. Until they fix it, then the place gets a two star from me.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Such caring people who work here. I have been studying here with a co-worker for almost 6 hours doing finance homework and when i said for a water. Eric the barista asked me how my day was and i told him “i was bad” he said aw I’m sorry hope you have a good. He then, passes me my water and continue to take customers orders. Few moments later, Eric came by and asked me what would i like to drink and that it’s on the house since I’m having a terrible time doing homework. I asked him if he could do a tall pink drink and he said he’ll double the size cup up. He then, came by to my table and handed me a venti pink drink. Such the sweetest person. This is my first time coming to this Starbucks, and they will for sure gain my business. Thank you Eric and the 9th n meridian team!

I love this Starbucks store just across the street from the Puyallup Fair! It has been open for about 6 months! The Baristas are fantastic! I tried a sample of the infused cold brew. With some cream it will be yummy!

Every employee was super helpful and caring. They all checked on our needs at one point or another. Great atmosphere, larger cafe area which is nice! Clean!Shout out to the guy who fixed my coffee this morning! He was super kind about it. Also, learned that steamed milk for a latte is hella good... But I need the caffeine from the coffee part to survive🤣.

Worst Starbucks experience to date. Spotty WiFi, narrow parking with an awkward design around the drive thru, uncomfortable chairs and limited table seating (in my humble student’s opinion). Friendly staff as usual but overall this store doesn’t meet my needs. I regretted buying a drink and should have left and chatted with a few people that said the same. Hopefully they serve purpose as fair event coffee provider better.
