Anthony was excellent at being patient with our wrapping decisions and was so great at being honest and providing professional assistance. He and his crew fully wrapped our car along with ceramic coating and PPF. They really are OCD, and it’s much appreciated as they took extra care to ensure we were satisfied with the intricate skill this job required.I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service we received because Anthony and his crew went above and beyond to make our car look absolutely stunning while still keeping it as low maintenance as possible. He gave us tons of tips and tricks on how to keep the car in mint condition while cleaning. Because of the ceramic coating, water beads right off. And, the PPF gives me such piece of mind that the original paint is well-protected, knowing how many random kids (and adults) like to come up and touch the car.The wrap was so impressively well done, especially because they had very limited room for error due to a shortage of satin black at the time. They even applied satin smoked lights, which makes all the difference in the look of our car. The satin, the smoked lights, the bold blue trim; it definitely pops! I’d say that the only downside to how good our car looks is when jealous drivers try to overcompensate by cutting us off or trying to pass us while we are just out for an enjoyable casual ride~ lol We constantly turn heads on the road and have received tons of thumbs up. I can’t help but be proud of our Tesla every time we take it out.So thank you, Anthony and crew, for making our unique Tesla possible! I brought my car in looking like a ripe Petri dish. There was hair and dirt from dogs, leftover food from children, oil stains on the seat, and mold had crawled from the trunk all the way to the front seat. OCDetail made these issues with my car non-existent. Today when I got my car back I was jumping for joy, I felt true happiness seeing how beautiful and clean my car looks. I don’t even recognize it. Aside from the amazing work they also provide outstanding customer service. They answered all of my questions explaining in detail what would be done to my car, and they kept up communication giving me daily updates. I will absolutely be back again.

Anthony and his crew are absolutely amazing and it is clear that they take great pride and care of your car, as if it were your own. I had many questions and concerns getting our new Model Y PPF and ceramic coated. Anthony was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, actually listening and answering my questions. I knew I wanted to protect our new car but after having our previous Model 3 done at a different shop up north, I was less than impressed with the level of detail and results they provided. I am so glad I came across these guys in my search of a new detailer, Ive been a car guy my entire life and am incredibly ocd when it comes to how our cars are taken care of. It only took about 5 mins of talking with Anthony to understand that not only did he know his craft, but that he actually cared about how your car turns out. The results are outstanding, virtually no visible seams, incredible shine and depth, slickness that makes washing off dead bugs, road tar, dirt, etc. unbelievingly easy! OCDetail is the best place to go if youre looking for perfection! I recently was gifted a detail on my van (BEST GIFT EVER) and my mother in law recommended OCDetail as theyve worked with Anthony several times on their own vehicles. I wasnt expecting that most of the stains would come out, theyve been there quite awhile and the interior of my car is basically white. He got every stain out of the carpet and seats. I am so impressed with his attention to detail and hard work! Ive attached some before and after pictures. Dont judge. 120,00 miles, 6 years and 3 kids later my van looked like this...My only suggestion for OCDetail is to create a rewards program for repeat clients. Maybe a punch card for $15 off your 6th detail or something to that effect.Thanks Anthony!

We rolled into town after a very long road trip. My beautiful BMW was looking pretty shabby. I called Anthony at OCDetail. Despite a full schedule he worked it out and came to our hotel and made my car gorgeous again. As I write this he is still out there working as the perfectionist that he is. We had our car in which the previous owner had smoked in but with the windows down. We all know that it still sticks inside a cars interior especially when using heat or AC. Our car was cleaned SO well it looked brand new! The stains on the dash and flooring were gone! They use a special machine to circulate the venting system to get smells out (they do not use perfumes or chemicals to just mask things) and it worked! I can use the vents and no smell of cigarettes at all. We were so impressed at how strong of attention was paid to detailing the car out. I highly recommend going here! The owner is very kind.

Gotta give props to Anthony for the job he did on our car. Ive never had a car professionally detailed or cleaned so I wasnt sure what to expect or how much everything would be. I got my wifes car done for Christmas and couldnt be more pleased. I told Anthony from the start this wasnt a fancy car that we show off at events or just to drive around town, and that it was older with inevitable wear and tear on the inside and out. I’m so thrilled with how my truck turned out!!! I took my Pathfinder in for the OCD Interior and it looks better than the day I bought it. I don’t even want my family to get back in it! It needed a good cleaning after hauling 5 boys cross country. I’ve never seen the black interior look so rich. Everything was spotless, it smelled amazing, very affordable for what was all done and Dale was very friendly and personable. I will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely amazing. I brought them a gross SUV that had been sitting and apparently leaking water, so it was covered in mold. Gag anyway. It is spotless now. No smell, nothing. I am impressed. And cheaper than I expected. They gave me a quote and that is exactly what it cost, they returned all calls quickly and kept in touch while they had it so I knew exactly when they would be finished

They do the best job here. I was shocked how good my car looked, it was better than when I bought it! (& I thought it was super clean then) my mom also had her car detailed here, she is super picky and pays way to much attention to detail. But she was very pleased with the result! Awesome and amazing men running this place ! I have 3 dogs and a cat who go everywhere with me. We do tons of hiking and love going to the beach. My car was a disaster of fur, sand, dirt, stains.. and they made it look and smell brand new! The stuff of miracles, really!

Man, these guys are good! They made my truck look extra sexy. The price is definetly fair for the quality of work they do. Although the job was great, there is still some room for improvement (communication). For a two day job (black vehicle) I had to initiate most of the communication for a progress update. As a new customer, somewhat nerve wrecking to trust a business with a $40k vessel without routine follow up. Dash cam footage showed they were professional, meticulous, and properly secured my vehicle overnight (not going to steal your stuff). I will absolutely be a returning customer. Bonus points for showing love to veterans. 4.5 stars.

I highly recommend this company. My husband and I had covered up my 1998 Convertible Mustang for the winter, thinking it was a good idea. Fast forward six months later and when I took the car cover off the inside was covered in mold. I cant even talk about how upset I was. We found OC detailing online and thought we would give them a chance from some of the pictures they had posted. Im so glad we did, I cant be happier with my car. They were able to remove all the mold and get the inside looking cleaner then it had in years. They also got rid of a nest of ants that decided to make the car their home. I will definitely be coming back with all my vehicles in the future. They have earned a life long customer.

Definitely the best detail job I have ever had. I have had my car detailed for years and have never been So Satisfied as I am right now. I had the work done at my house. I was able to get some work done around the house and keep an eye on work. For about 5 straight hours the detailers worked with intensity non-stop, completely dedicated to my car. I watched as the signs of this winter disappeared from my exterior and a deep gorgeous shine was left. My Impala is 7 years old and is definitely shining like new. I just keep walking around it staring at the shine. My vents were cleaned and what meant a lot to me was the area around my shifter and the cracks in the seats were spotless. I would definitely recommend using OCDetail as I couldnt be more satisfied with both the effort and the result. Thanks again!

I really wanted to like their work. The staff is very friendly and they are conveniently located. Sadly, the work wasn’t the greatest. When I came to pick up my car I spent about 20 mins pointing out things they had missed. They fixed it and weren’t rude so I appreciated that, but I shouldn’t have had to do that. Large black streaks down the side of my car, the mirrors being blurry, wheels not wiped off properly. ect ect ect. Then I got in my car and looked up at the moon roof and it was still dirty. I at this point didn’t have time to ask them to clean it. I’d already wasted 20 min. I just did it myself later that night.

I purchased the mobile premium package for my car and they did a fantastic job! Arrived when they said they would, and displayed awesome customer service and respect when they were here. We had a horrible experience with VanCours, so I was very happy to pay for a QUALITY job from OCDetail. Thanks guys👍

Just had my Ford Flex detailed inside, it was a wreck! My kids borrowed it on the east side of the state, with a baby in the back seat spilling... I could not believe how clean they got my carpets, door jambs, running boards, leather seats, etc,. Add to that they are super nice guys, and its a real win! I looked all over town for a place, and I am sooo glad I picked OCDetail, they really do pay attention to the details!

These guys detailed my mothers car and they did an immaculate job. The car was pretty thrashed. When I got it back it looked like the day she drove it off the lot. I will be returning to ocdetail.

Took in a filthy van and they got all the cracks and crevices clean! Anyone who drives a minivan with kids and pets and also uses it for hauling and moving things knows how many secret places there are for dirt. What they did to my weathered mats was unbelievable. Very happy!

I put these guys to task on my lifted truck after sand, camping, water spots burned in... They made my truck look like it did after I bought it!! Super polite... OH! and they come to your house. THANKS FELLAS

Im really undecided about these guys. Booked a mobile appointment for 8 AM. Confirmed by the shop when I booked it and again a couple days ago. By 8:30 today, nobody had showed up so I called the shop. Their story was that the SHOP opened at 8. Probably not a big thing if we were planning on taking the morning off, but we planned some stuff for 9 thinking they would be on site at 8 like they said. Signed release forms by text and left the keys for them. Crew showed up at 9:30.We bought the Premium package because it seemed to be a good value for the money based on the description of services. The description says a full hand wash and dry so my expectation was that there would be water and suds. There was none of that. Instead it was squirt bottles and rags. I suppose that technically it was hand washed and dried, but it seems kind of shady to call a squirt bottle bath a hand wash.The package was also supposed to include premium Carnauba hand wax and buff. I interpreted that to mean an applicator pad, some wax and some buffing. What we got was more squirt bottles. For all I know, it could have been the same solution used to wash the car. Again, the description seems kind of shady to me compared to what you actually get. Just right enough to be legal, just wrong enough to make people think they are getting something that they are not.The crew was friendly enough and the van does look a ton better than it did. My wife was so impressed with the difference that she failed to noticed that they missed some details before the crew scurried off. Missed a couple vents, missed part of the overhead console, doesnt look like the interior cloth headliner was touched. Some dirt still under the window trim and between the raised lettering. Rear most bench seat was left down and when we raised it the seats were still perry wet. There were 3 guys on this crew, responsible for doing a good job, and none of them noticed this stuff. Maybe they dont look out for each other. I dont know.In all fairness, the 8 year old van is cleaner than it ever has been before. The windows look great, the exterior is smooth to the touch. The interior is clean except for the things I mentioned, and they did a great job getting rid of smoke and dog odors although now the interior smells like chemicals. I suppose that will go away over the next couple days.Maybe all detailers are like this, but I dont think I will use these guys again. I feel like I was over-promised and under-delivered. I dont like the shady play on words. I dont like being led to believe that I had an 8 AM appointment when the shop had no intention of being on site at that time. Buyer beware. Make sure you understand exactly what their packages include and how they provide those services. Then decide if the price they quote is a good value for your money.PS - After seeing this review, the owner of the company did contact my wife and offer to fix the missed spots if wed bring it to their shop or wait until next time they were in town. HOWEVER, that is after he railed on her about the review. According to him, cars are washed with spray bottles in order to save the environment and to prevent paint scratches caused by traditional hand washing. Same with waxing too I guess. According to him, that little disclaimer is too complicated to put on the website.Well not use this company again, even for the touchups.

I got referred by a friend to this company and got helped by Corey. HE went over everything that needed to be done and explained each step. It had swirl marks and some spilt coffee from my girlfriend. Last time Im allowing that...Anyways he even TALKED ME OUT of purchasing more and said he could fix it with a lower package no problem. Who does that?!Came to my house, took him about 7 hours and I have to say, money well spent. Inside is clean (and i mean clean), smells nice, and I can see my reflection in my car again!One of the best new experiences Iv had. Ive never dealt with a MOBILE detailer before but I doubt I will look around for another. Thank you Corey!

Could not be happier. And honestly can say that Ive always done my own detailing in the past ...my wife had purchased this for my birthday present. I was sceptical at first.but I was VERY impressed with Cory & Tony.s work ethic .great communication very professional conduct & about 5 hrs non stop on my 09 GMC crew cab dually. And I dont even think it looked this good inside and out. when we bought it new in 2009. Money well spent. & definitely will be a return customer. Nicely done gentlemen ....Im in love with my truck again ...thanks to you guys .

I had my motorcycle detailed by these guys and they did such an amazing job! My 2005 Honda Shadow was so dirty and grimy from sitting all winter. The detailer showed up on time, was very polite and professional and got to work right away. He gave special attention to all the small, intricate areas of my bike and left me with a beautiful shine top to bottom! I was so impressed I scheduled them to do a full detail on my car!
