I would not have purchased our vehicles from Vidmar if it were not for Mandi! She is a rock star!!! Management could do much better if it had or showed skills. This is one of the few small dealerships where they sit in their offices and shoot the breeze, rather than being seen. The finance manager shows greater professionalism than actual management.

They showed me measurements and explained the why behind recommendations, and they were receptive and responsive to questions. Recently bought a used car from Mr. Miles, a very pleasant saleman there. I had done a little window shopping at all the dealers in Pueblo before and had an idea of what i wanted, little did I know Id be walking out with a change of keys when I came to test drive. Larry and his team were very easy when it came to talking business. Not at any point did I feel like i was being taken advantage of. Everything was straight to the point, clear and concise. If I could mark no stars I would. Monica was unprofessional from the first phone call. She insisted I had to pay for diagnostic for a new starter even though I had an extended warranty. I told her to call Freedom Honda in Springs and talk to Rick in Finance. She wanted nothing to do with customer service and advised me to do it all but I’d still have to pay for diagnostic test. She delayed ordering the part. Never returned a phone call and never called when she said she would. I had to call the service manager to actually get information. He kindly reversed all the work I had to do and allow Freedom Honda to get the work done since Monica didn’t. I would not recommend Vidmar to anyone.

Bob the service manager went over and beyond with his customer service. From the minute we step foot on the property Bob treated my wife and myself with such kindness and respect. He constantly was communicating with me even though I had travel back home to AZ. I was visiting CO when my car overheated. Bob even went to the extent of calling to make sure my in-laws had mad it home safe to AZ, as they drove the car home. The service is A+. The mechanics and staff are very attentive. Ive bought tires there for a great price and when I had a screw in one of them, I brought it in and got it patched very quickly. I took my car to get fixed on Monday with Monica. She promised me so many times that she would call me back but I did not receive 1 phone call from her. The first day I called her then she said she would call me back tomorrow. The second day i was waiting until 4pm then i called her and she said they were working on it then i could get my car back for 2 days if I accepted pay $30 more for overnight shipping. Then i was waiting until Thursday and called her then she said i could get my car on Friday morning, she promised she would call me. And today I didn’t receive any call from her so i called again, she said she would call me by 4pm to let me know. Until 4:30pm i still didn’t receive call from her, i called and someone else told me she LEFT. Unprofessional. The whole week she haven’t ever called me just only 1 time to let me know.
My wife and I bought a new 2020 Honda Pilot and really like it. It is taking time to learn all the new features it has. Several months after the purchase I was unhappy and had difficulty understanding the details of the contract. Derek Vidmar contacted me via a phone call. He was very polite and took time to walk me through the whole process. I now understand where I had difficulty understanding the process. My advice to anyone buying a car anywhere is too ask questions and make sure you understand everything before signing. Unfortunately I spent months stressing out over something for nothing. I own a Honda and lost my key recently. I live a little distance from the dealership and they were so helpful and fast getting me my key code for a local automotive locksmith. It wasnt expensive at all which was great as it wasnt cheap getting a new key cut.

Service department is an honest place. I havent ever had an issue with doing work that wasnt necessary. In fact I asked for something to be done and they came told me my filter was fine so they were gonna leave it for the time being.
I have only used their service department, but they have great customer service and always get your scheduled in a timely manner.
Vidmar has reasonably priced new and used cars. My son was able to get a great deal on his new, used car.

We recently purchased a 2013 Honda CRV from Vidmar. We were extremely satisfied with the process and our car! Shaiya helped us out and she was very accommodating. She was not pushy at all and really listened to what we were looking for. A few days after we purchased the car we had a roof rack installed. Vidmars service department did not let us down either. My husband and I just bought a Honda Clarity from Vidmar. It is a plug in hybrid electric vehicle with so many features it was overwhelming to me. Our salesperson, Mandi Smith, took a great deal of time on two separate occasions to walk us through the features, how to change settings, how to best use the hybrid system to optimize gas mileage and so much more. The entire process was low pressure and helpful. This is our second car buying experience at Vidmar and we will continue to go back to them in the future. We also bought our Honda Odyssey from them. It was three years old at the time, and it has been a great car for us. We have all of our service done at Vidmar because they are fast and honest. Recently, a service was forgotten, and they called me immediately to tell me that they needed to take care of it at no additional charge. To top that all off, we received a thank gift with coffee mugs and cookie cups for buying the Clarity.

I was looking to purchase a certified pre-owned crossover/SUV for my family. I have been looking at cars for years but was finally ready to purchase last week. I had test drove a few different cars, but none of them felt like the one. I looked at the Pilot previously and thought it was a little more then what I wanted to spend. However, after test driving the two options I thought I wanted, I decided to give Honda another shot. I found 2 certified pre-owneds, (1 in Pueblo and 1 in Denver) both would be in our budget. I had every intention of test driving the one in Pueblo and if I liked it we would purchase the one in Denver because it had less miles.When I got to Vidmar Honda I was greeted with a friendly smile and immediately taken to the car I wanted to drive. The salesman Sec Sisneros did an amazing job of explaining all of the bells and whistles of the car from bumper to bumper. He was able to answer every question I had with ease and handled the few objections I had like a pro. He had no idea that I knew that was the car before I even drove it! I made the decision that day to purchase the car. I was to come back with my husband the next day for paperwork.Heres the kicker... the CPO I test drove was on sale... however they also had 4 brand new cars, same exact brand model everything, marked down anywhere from $200-300 less that than the CPO. I ended up purchasing a brand new Pilot the next morning with just 20 miles and plastic still on the screen. We had an absolutely wonderful experience here and with T! As a group of three women with a toddler, she made the experience less intimidating and we would have much preferred purchase from her- unfortunately we found the same car (price, mileage, etc) in Springs and my sister liked the color better. I dont hate, but I took out a SUV for a test drive and it quit working on me. So I had to call them to pick up the car and take me back to Vidmar Motor to pick me up to get my car.I havent heard from them since this happen. And had planned to buy a car. So I am still looking elsewhere.

Nathan in sales went above and beyond when it came to helping me figure out which car to buy. He let me bring all my stuff into the dealership. Stuff meant dog crate, bicycle, and even the dog, to be sure she wouldnt have to jump too high because of arthritis in her ankle.Then after I bought the car he patiently walked me through all the bells and whistles, as I was used to my old 2003 Honda Odyssey, with very basic controls! Worth the drive to work with a smaller dealership that is personable compared to others that just push spam email 5x/day. I received an oil change here and they did a fabulous job. I just scheduled an appointment to get my airbag changed due to the recall and for a routine servicing. Allen is very nice and I appreciate him squeezing me in on Saturday after hearing I work out of the city during weekdays.
Clean but not friendly enough. People come here to spend a lot of money and should be treated with greater respect. They need more staff waiting on customers. The owner should spend more money on a coffee and water for customers. Needs to be more inviting. I feel like Ive been out on a cheap date after I leave there. As soon as a customer walks through the door they should be greeted, wined and dinned.

Scheduling a service appointment was easy and they were able to get me in quick. They were honest with me about what was needed, upfront with the pricing estimate, and got it all done very quickly. They were pleasant to work with, polite, and called to update me throughout the process, which was helpful because my kid and I walked to the nearby children’s museum to play while the care was being worked on. I’ll gladly be back for whatever my car needs.

I cant say enough positive things about a recent experience with Vidmar Honda. The engine mounts failed in our Odyssey van in northern New Mexico. We had to limp along the interstate to the nearest Honda dealer in Pueblo. We were on our way north to the Denver area.Inside of 24 hours Vidmar was able to get the correct parts and fix the van. It was clear that we were in a tough spot, and everyone we worked with was super friendly and helpful.Rhonda our service manager made a particular point of getting the service done before noon, so we could get back on the road sooner.Carol gave us a ride to the aircraft museum in the courtesy shuttle so we would have something to do on the afternoon we arrived. She also gave us a second ride to our hotel and made a special effort to point out local restaurants and landmarks that we might want to see.The work was done well, for a fair price, and the van runs nicely afterward.
Traveling north on I-25 and our check engine light came on in our Accord. Quick diagnosis by Anthony and back on the road. Bob and Anthony were both very helpful and kind. Would recommend and would bring our vehicles here if we lived in Pueblo. Thank you Vidmar!
Saw an online ad for a Honda Odyssey, went in and talked to Nathan Baxter. Took it for a ride, not quite what we were looking for. Went back a couple of days later, took a ride in another van but didnt like color combination. On Friday found one we liked, leased it. We had no problems, no pressure, no unwanted phone calls. Very happy with vehicle.

I highly recommend to take the extra time and drive to Freedom Honda, The service is 1000 times better.I took my 2015 Honda Pilot in to Vidmar Honda for a factory recall, I had to travel 87 miles to take my car in. When I had arrived I had forgotten my wallet in my car and went to get it, I had seen a car being washed in the complementary wash attached to the building.After the repair 1.5 hours later I came up and saw my car had not been complementary washed as i am accustomed to from Honda, and as they handed me my keys, I asked the representative about the wash and his response was “it just started warming up and we didn’t want anything to freeze.” I saw other cars that were being washed and had witnessed a car in the was 1.5 hours prior.The service representative has no right being in customer Service. He has no integrity and lied directly to my face.I will never take my vehicle to Vidmar Honda again.

My mother was in the market for a new vehicle and I helped her by referring her to Vidmar. The purchase was by far the only decent experience of this location. Kind and caring staff in the sales department treated her very well and she was very pleased with the transaction in its entirety. She purchased the vehicle with a full warranty, but the day after the purchase we noticed areas of paint peeling from the vehicle. It looked like a manufacturing issue. We brought it up to the sales staff and they brought it to the attention of the service department. The resolution they came up with was to wait thirty days and bring it in for a warranty repair. After the thirty days it miraculously turns into an out of pocket shared expense with the warranty. That is not taking care of the situation that was pointed out the day after purchase. A few months after this she took it in for an oil change. The service department spent little care with any customer appreciation or attention. To the point of rudeness and belittling statements. When this was brought to the attention of management, they gave a free wash and vacuum service for the next visit. During the next visit with this make it right service offer/appology they managed to break the grill of the vehicle and neglected to vacuum it. Then continue on to give inaccurate information about tire pressure. Moving forward if you choose to purchase a vehicle from this location enjoy the sales department, and avoid the service area. Take your warranty situation to proper qualified and customer oriented locations. Perhaps Colorado Springs and Denver dealers can keep a vehicle on the road and not cause damage. It is completely ridiculously that she has had to go through this.
