Ive always had to go to Denver in order to buy my cars. Ive never been able to buy a car here in Pueblo, I would get to the point of purchase and suddenly the price would go up. I saw a car that I liked at Colorado credit concepts and called Todd, he gave me the price for the car, which was a great price for the vehicle. When I went to the lot Dave met me and showed me the car. Super nice guy, didnt try to pressure me into a deal, gave me all the information about the car. I went inside and talked to Todd, he made me a great deal on the car. These are not your stereotypical car salesman! When I came in one of them was going out to get lunch and offered to get me something. Where else in Pueblo does that happen! If your in the market for a vehicle definitely give these guys a try.

They sold a car to my brother while it was still under a different owner who didnt pay the bill for it. I went on here and read the reviews before I even thought about buying a car from here, and I saw some bad reviews, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I work at a car dealership and theres always customers that want to complain just to complain. I should have listened... While we were test driving it we found some issues we wanted them to fix. They SAID they fixed it, so we bought it. I took it to my mechanic the other day and found out that they did NOT fix the issues, and now I have to fix them all myself because, of course, the warranty they sold me doesnt cover it. I messaged Dave the salesmen and told him about it and he looked at my message and did not reply. Typical salesman. On top of all that, they told me there was only one open recall on my car, there are THREE. Its no cost to me, but I work full time and now I have to spend my days off going and getting these fixed. I wouldnt recommend these people to my worst enemy.

We bought a 2014 Kia Optima from CCC! We came just look at cars, wasnt expecting to take home a car that day! We were only there for about an hour with NO downpayment! Dave and his coworkers got us in and out in a jiffy. Their costumer service was amazing as well and they were straight up honest about any problems the car may have had previously. If we are in need of a car again, we will be returning to Colorado Credit Concepts!

This place sold me a lemon they told me that there was a knock when I bought but when I went to Mechanic. He told me that the struts and brakes and moter mounts are all screwed and the transmission is completely shot I would not recommend going here to buy a car they don’t even care about there Customers so disrespectful to take advantage of people also I asked questions and they could not answer them . Very disappointed ☹️

Sold a car that had a previous lean on it . This resulted in being stranded at the mall thinking the vehicle was stolen . The car ended up in Colorado Springs at a tow company . This place seems a little shady .

Just FYI Todd and Dave both have very very poor customer service. They tell you their going to get with Aaron and get right back to me in just a few minutes and they NEVER do. They both play the biggest game of run around and take no responsibility. I have bought a car from both Colorado Car Concepts and Wilcoxson within the last 6 weeks and hands down Wilcoxson won my vote.
